My salesperson was Luis and I initiated contact online. Luis reached out to me right away and answered my questions. I was going to go with a less expensive brand but Luis convinced me to come in person and he kept his word by getting me the deal I wanted. He's also reached out to me several times after the purchase to make sure I'm comfortable and familiar with the car. Exceptional customer service! The paperwork process was smooth and hassle free as well. Great team!

We were helped by David Gozzo. This is the person you want to work with. He made it so easy and fast to sell my car. He came to my home when my schedule permitted. He appraised my car quickly (about 20 min interaction) and gave me the best offer in town. He took care of all the paper work and hand delivered my check to my home! And on top of all that, he was charismatic and a pleasure to work with. I would strongly recommend reaching out to David G., if you are interested in selling your car. Shout out to David!

I was really impressed from beginning to end, the quality of customer service is amazing and hard to beat. Their INFINITI service team is pretty good. The sales team is a different story... Appointment process was easily done through their online system. I had a warranty issue that needed servicing, which would mean I needed alternative transportation. I wanted to make sure I had a loaner beforehand because I was coming from 90 miles away. My service consultant, Hazel, was very kind and courteous. She told me prior to my appointment that there would be means of transportation had it come to needing my car staying overnight etc. She logged what my concerns with the car were, even though some things were not duplicated by their technicians. Those issues may probably come at a later time, in which, I wouldn't hesitate to have them look at it again. The one other issue was taken care of under warranty, and Hazel was able to convey that. Thank you.

Jeffrey was very friendly, detailed, and attentive during my visit at this dealership. He explained everything and made sure to update me about my car which was very nice of him. Ash, Sarah, Sam, and Edgar were a dynamic team that epitomized excellent service to my q50 sport purchase. I was almost the last person at the dealership for the day. They reassured my doubts initially and allowed for a smooth sales experience, from terms to approval status and finalization of financing options. I would highly recommend this location for attention to personal reassurance. They made the time to compare interested vehicles on the market. CPO offers do not last for long, which allowed me to move forward based on my credit worthiness and bank. Made my purchase a lucky one with extended warranty.

I got a fair price for the car I purchased, but the experience was the worst I have ever had buying a car. I've purchased several cars over the internet, all with good experiences, except here. The salesperson, David G, was great but it ended there. I couldn't get anyone to return my calls so that I could get a contract and wire money. Unbelievable, here I am a willing buyer and I couldn't get them to contact me to complete the purchase. All communication was initiated by me. Once I finally received the car I didn't have my copy of the contract or proof of ownership. I had to call, once again, to get that. They delivered the car with a CarFax report - which I already had. Fair price - horrible service. If you look at their reply to me, once again they want me to reach out to them instead of reaching out to a customer that is not satisfied. Their response tells it all.

My first service visit on a used car purchased from them, everything with the service experience went very smooth and professional. The waiting area had nice ammenties, was clean and comfortable. Free WIFI was nice, so I could work while I waited. In this case it was an oil change and inspection, everything was as expected in this regard. Will definitely come back.

Bought a GTI VW here and the service was excellent, staff was all very friendly and made sure we were as comfortable as we could be with food/beverages and checking in while waiting through the buying process steps. They were able to meet me at my desired price out the door and I left a happy customer. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

Another bad dealership in my books! Never go here! My brother just left because they had a good deal on a really nice truck he wanted to see and he was negotiating but seen a charge that was bogus and they wouldn t remove it they said non-optional they argued and he left! Absolutely the worse ALWAYS READ THE FINE PRINT! Clearly they re always wanting to make a sale and not a life long customer! Dam veterans get no respect in this world anymore do they!

Not the best experience. I purchased a certified preowned vehicle. I was told I can have it serviced at any AutoNation. It rains and I learn that there is a leak right over the steering wheel. AutoNation will fix it, but I have to drive it 1 1/2 hours to a certain location if I want a rental car, or I can wait 3 weeks. I asked if someone could deliver a rental. I was told yes and I would get a call back. Now, nobody will accept my calls. I drive 20 min to the closest AutoNation and is reaffirmed that if I need a rental car, the next one will not be available at any local dealer until the last week of Feb. I am forced to wait and suffer through the upcoming rain in a car I just bought.

BUYER BEWARE !In over 50 years of buying and selling cars, this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a dealership. After purchasing a car in early January, I had a few items I wanted to discuss with the dealership. Over the next few weeks I left several messages with both the sales manager as well as the general manager and no one ever called me back. I then contacted AutoNation's corporate headquarters, and was assured someone would contact me within 24 to 48 hours. It has now been well over a month since I started this process and I haven't heard anything from either the dealership or AutoNation. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I would never do business again with AutoNation Infiniti Tustin.

I've been a longtime customer of Autonation INFINITI Tustin, driving the extra distance from LA (about 50 minutes) because I've always appreciated their professionalism and courteous service. Unfortunately, my most recent experience fell far short of those expectations.I brought in my 2017 QX30 for electrical issues, specifically a malfunctioning headlight. After waiting for an entire day in their waiting room, they informed me the car would need to stay overnight to diagnose the problem further. There was also confusion about whether the warranty would cover the parts, which they couldn't clarify at the time.While a two-day wait for repairs isn't ideal, it's certainly manageable if the problem is resolved. However, to my immense disappointment, when I picked up my car, they casually mentioned, "Just an FYI, your headlight is different now. You might notice a difference." Further inquiry revealed they replaced the installed LED headlight with a standard unit, resulting in mismatched lighting colors (one white, one yellow).This lack of communication throughout the repair process was unacceptable. They didn't inform me beforehand about replacing the LED headlight with a different unit, let alone obtain my approval for such a significant aesthetic alteration.I contacted the service manager the next day, hoping to find a resolution. Unfortunately, after some initial communication, she stopped responding to my messages and ignored the issue. To top it all off, they charged me a hefty $650 for this incomplete and frankly, unprofessional service.This experience has completely eroded my trust in Autonation INFINITI Tustin. The wasted time, mismatched headlights, and the unresolved issue with the manager are simply unacceptable. I will not be returning for future service and strongly urge others to consider their options before taking their INFINITI to this dealership!

The current market can be VERY daunting for someone shopping for a car. Not only do you have to find a car that's actually available and at a price that you want, but you also have to find a "good" dealer to work with. That said, I'm happy to say that Autonation INFINITI Tustin is definitely one of those few "good" dealerships that you should feel perfectly comfortable walking into and having a very solid buying experience at.As a first-time buyer, I did my research. I figured what options for financing I had, which vehicle I wanted, the price point, etc. This dealership ended up having the vehicle I was interested at a GREAT price-- which is SO hard to come by in this market.And so I reached out. Aiman received my inquriy, and called me in minutes to make an initial greeting. After some very swift back and forth on clarifying the exact spec of the car, we scheduled a test drive the next day. Upon arriving, Aiman greeted me and answered as many questions as he could. It was a used car that wasn't an Infiniti, so I came in with the expectation that he wouldn't be that knowledgeable in that model-- which is fine!Next, was financing. This was is the part that many people dread. I will say to the potential car buyer out there to please be patient. The process can take a while, but that's because of the truckload of paperwork that has to be filled out. Notably, Teddy was my point of contact for most of the experience. He was equally fantastic, and was so patient in explaining all the things that I didn't completely understand.What I really appreciated is that when they found out that the offered APR was high (the current market + first time buyer), instead of doubling down and try too hard in sugar coating it, they instead encouraged me to get outside financing within 3 business days/refinance right after. This showed to me that they ultimately just wanted the deal to go through, and all while were looking out for my interests too.At the end, we sealed the deal on my 2022 Mini Cooper S with only 4700 miles. I got my outside financing figured out a few days after, and they went above and beyond to make sure that it would kick in after the contract was signed.That said, while that 5-star stands, there were two hiccups.While in the financing department, it was a bit uncomfortable to have roughly 3 people jump in and out of the office, with the salesman standing behind them in half the instances, just to explain things to me. It definitely felt like I was on the hot seat for a certain period of time, until Teddy took over the rest of the process and then it became a bit less awkward.As well as that, despite Autonation's used cars being advertised as no add-ons and haggle-free pricing, unfortunately my car did come with one add-on. They tried their best to convince me that this security insurance thing was not, but I had to stand my ground and be very blunt to then that plain and simply....it was. It was an additional charge that was not disclosed (if it was, it was in the fine, fine print) before I came to the dealer.Ultimately, we came to an agreement that we both agreed on. In my case specifically, even with the add-on the car was a great price anyways. I get it-- they want to make some money too. But I would just appreciate that the dealer be honest with me, rather than try to tell me that an add-on wasn't an add-on (that can't be removed as a charge, mind you).The basis for any business transaction is a that they are mutually beneficial. The dealer gets something (money), and the consumer gets a product or service that they felt was fair. Despite very small hiccups, AutoNation Infiniti does this well and I will be back again.

I could not have asked for a better experience. My family and I were truly amazed by the salesperson Filiberto Flores. He's bilingual so my Spanish speaking family could communicate with him as well to understand what he was talking about. I bought a 2021 BMW 430i , and that vehicle was actually in a next door dealer (Ford I believe) and he was able to bring in the vehicle to test drive it before buying. He was extremely patient and informed me well throughout the whole process. We looked at various vehicles and he gave me the pros and cons of every vehicle I asked him about. Fili and the finance person Sara even stayed after closing hours to make sure I had a satisfying experience. We were all impressed and I know for a fact that if my family gets another vehicle they will for sure go with AUTONATION INFINITI TUSTIN once again!

I called on Wednesday to make an appointment to have my battery replaced under warranty on Saturday. We set a time of 10:00. I arrived at 10:15 and was immediately helped by a service advisor.When I made the appointment I explained the battery had been checked out by AAA as well as O'Reilly's and they both said it needed to be replaced.At 12:47pm I ever sent a video by my service advisor notating the conditions of several items on my car. Specifically noted on the invoice was a transmission fluid leak, rack and pinion leak as well as an oil pan leak. In addition, on the video he mentioned a broken tie rod end.I found it really odd that my car had all these leaks, since my husband would probably murder me if I have any droppings in the driveway. There have been none.At 1:15 pm they returned my car to me with recommendations. I thought a 3-hour wait to have a battery replaced was extremely excessive. They knew in advance that's why I was coming in, so the part should have been in stock. I found the whole process disappointing.

After a call to check if the car was still available I made an appointment with Josh for a test drive (2018 Ford Explorer). When my wife and I arrived it was near the office, spotless inside and out. The purchase process went smoothly, but took awhile. My wife doesn't drive much anymore especially on the freeway and at night. Josh went above and beyond and personal drove our new car to our home.I highly recommend Autonation Infiniti.

I dropped them from 2 star to o 1star. If the experience of being lied to by the sales manager woman , and them not paying for an Uber after they asked me to bring the truck is ridiculous. Wait, there's more, and it includes not being told the truth once again. I know a real shocker right? They wouldn't return my down payment when I brought the truck back. The finance persons said two to three days. It's now been 10 days and nothing. Auto Nation Infiniti did respond to my first review asking to call the GM for further assistance. I've been trying most of the day. Hopefully they connect me to someone that can get something done. I will definitely follow up with an update later today and everyday until they refund my down payment !!!

Worked with Sara. Ultimately couldn t buy the car I was looking at due to autonation not participating in the 2024 used EV credit.That said, Sara was super helpful. She went above and beyond to work with the different levels to try and make it happen.She was incredibly helpful and was very responsive. She put a lot of time in to helping me for which Im very appreciative.

2/5/24:I finally got somebody to follow up and I received the title . I still can't recommend them based on my experience. If you are out of state and pay cash make sure to get the title or have a direct contact at the dealership.1/14/24:I am having a beyond horrible experience with this Dealership after my purchase on 11/6/23. I haven't received the title yet (I paid cash and I am unable to register the vehicle). All I am looking for is for somebody to confirm the status of the process and understand timelines and options. I have been trying to get in touch with Finance (Edgar Himenez), GM (Alder Ortiz)... but nobody gets back to me. Best you get is some random sales person answering the phone and a promise they'll follow up (and they never do).11/7/2023:Great service overall. Ash (Ashkan) was my contact and was beyond helpful through the whole process. Highly recommended!
