My service advisor - Christian was professional, knowledgeable and responsive. He was able to save me time and money by arranging for drop off service to my home. When my Bronco was done with the service he also arranged for the car to be dropped off at my residence so I didn t need to take time out of my day to take an Uber back to the dealership. I also appreciate that they sent me a video of the inspection.

I drove from 5 hours away to buy a used car from these guys. Tyler and Gustavo were super helpful in the whole process. Even the finance guy William was good people! Got a decent trade in offer, clean dealership, and nice hospitality! Make sure you guys check them out! Would definitely come back and buy again :)

This is my go-to place for service and repairs. They are reasonably priced and always do a great job. Making an appointment truly helps and allows you to wait, for a short time. The intake men and women are always pleasant and knowledgeable and even look for coupons or deals they have going for whatever service you require. It is also one of the last places to offer to wash your car when they are done. Mind you, it is a quick wash, but in a pinch, it is worth it.

All I can say are fantastic things about Ford AutoNation. My advisor Armando, he is an exceptional person, the way he talks and communicates with his colleagues even with me. He made me feel that I am important for Ford, he helped me for my recalls in my utility interceptor and also he kept me update. After everything he went above and beyond telling me what the tech found in the vehicle. He did a fantastic job.

I was very impressed with Steve our service rep . He did everything I required of the service team and kept me in the loop up until he notified me that I would need a new master key cut so as to disable the My Key functions. He told me he'd get a quote for the key and email me the cost , that's the last I've heard from him ..... I guess out of sight out of mind .

After having a not so pleasant experience on my last visit, this visit was excellent. Great service and great attitude by Christian my service advisor. He was on top of the entire process and my vehicle was ready earlier than expected. Thank you Christian! Also want to thank Greg Murphy service director at Auto Nation.

Daryle is the BomB!He transferred the car I wanted from another AutoNation dealership and made sure that the car was up to my expectations, he even had a 2nd key made for the car since it only came with one. Service & sales at its best! While doing my contract I had my very favorite person Brittany my service representative do my other car an oil change. During the whole process I was able to do a full zoom (on another matter) getting all three done simultaneously!! I call that multitasking at it's finest.Thank you Daryle for being so awesome!Thank you Brittany for being so accommodating and doing as always a GREAT job on my vehicles! In the last 6 years I have purchased at least 6 vehicles from your dealership, the finance department had a awesome "new" kid" on the block and he new his stuff!

During the purchase of a vehicle from this location we added the maintenance package. I would say that each visit over the past two years was lackluster. We specifically had them check the brakes two times for issues my wife was experiencing when she was driving. After the second time they told her that everything was fine and it was simple brake noise I decided to look it over myself. Having spent 18 years in automotive repair this was an easy task to determine that their assessment was completely incorrect. The rotors were heavily warped and the brake pads were near the end of their life. I went ahead and replaced the pads, rotors, and hardware that they said were "good." This tells me they failed to check the brakes at each request. We will not be going back.

I got my cable bushing replaced which is a part in my Ford that controls the shifting of different gears since it had a recall. I had never had a problem but they switched it because they said it would be a new part so i didn t mind. a day later before i was about to head over to work, my car wouldn t switch into different gears and it was stuck in park so i immediately knew it was the part that was supposedly supposed to be replaced . I called Ford multiple times to where they would just say i would get a call back but i never did. i eventually after multiple attempts ended up getting connected to daniel who was rude when i explained what i needed help with. i told him what it was but he said i would need to leave my car for a day before they even inspect it. this is already time waste because Ford is taking up my time from work and now I have to leave my only source of transportation for them to inspect the vehicle first as if I didn t know what the problem already was. I had no other choice so I called a towing company to take my vehicle to the dealership. when the tow guy arrived, he asked what was wrong with my car and i explained that my car wasn t shifting gears after taking it to ford to be fixed . he opened up the hood of my vehicle and in less than 2 minutes he fully fixed my car and he didn t even charge me! He said Ford had never even attached the part they said they were going to fix so pretty much I was at risk of losing control of my car at any point in time and it could ve switched gears without me knowing. I will never go to this Ford again

My service advisor-Christian Kirk was extremely knowledgeable, professional & honest! Christian helped me every step of the way understanding the repairs needed on my Ford Explorer. The repairs were completed with expertise & in a very timely manner! I will continue to trust my vehicle to Christian & Ford Autonation! Thank you!

Very happy with the recent service that was done on my truck. Tech found my oil pan leaking so I was asked if I wanted to get it fixed. I asked for an estimate. While I was waiting for the estimate I called an independent shop and had them give me an estimate. They quoted the same amount of hours needed. Your price was $1100.00 the other shop was $648.00. I asked the service writer to match the lower price but he said the $1100.00 was the lowest price he could do. I had the other shop do the work. They did it in 4 hours and adjusted the price to $478.00. Plus they checked another issue out at no charge, you wanted to charge $250 to diagnose the issue. Would have loved to have you do the repairs but the price was just too high.

I recently took my fleet car to auto nation Ford in Tustin. it was a great experience; they seamlessly coordinated all the work needed with my fleet management company and arranged a Lyft ride back to home for me and sent another when the car was ready. I was assisted by Mikayla, and she kept me in loop with text messages when things were completed, and rides were requested. I greatly appreciated the speed and communication.

The service director at Tustin auto nation is the absolute best. He was able to fix my Ford f150 check engine light. After putting me in a rental and coordinating with engineering he was able to fix the engine light that was bothering me for 5 months.

Britany is the best ford service rep I ve had the opportunity to work with. She made the entire process extremely convient for me having my car picked up and dropped off at my house! All service was done on my F350 including items I had no idea needed to be done. Pricing was fair.This team will get my business going forward

I came to Autonation because I needed an oil change and someone to check my tire that was getting flat for some reason. I booked an appointment at 11:40am in a saturday and I said to the girl who attended me that I will be waiting until the service s done so after 2 hours waiting I went to her cabin to check any update about my car and She said they were having lunch and just checked my car a couple minutes ago. I kept waiting 1 hour later and came again to another update just because if I booked an appointment it should t take forever to do this service!!! The girl came to me and said that I had to change my tire and the price was $208 But I have the tire warranty from Autonation. She said she needed to send some paperwork to authorization witch She did And then she said it would takes 30 minutes or maybe more to get a response. At this time I was really angry!! She called them and realized they were closed And just will take a look on my case on monday So she gave me the option to pay for the tire or come back on monday after spend 3 hours of my weekend waiting for them!!!!!! I left and My husband called them really angry. They made another appointment for Tuesday so I went there again and they fixed my tire and not replace it Took 2 hours But I definitely don t recommend this place. And definitely don t understand why they make an appointment if they don t have people available to work at right time.

Scheduling the appointment for my F150 service was easy. My service rep was knowledgable, friendly and he communicated well. The service was completed on-time and my truck never looked better when I picked it up! It was an all-around great experience!

I have to say Ford Tustin outdid even their own standard!! I used the pick up my car and return it service this time as I was unable to get in myself due to surgery. The team - including my Awesome Service Manager Bob Selff - did a terrific job . i was notified of status all along the way, car was serviced efficiently and returned to me in excellent condition. LOVE this team!

Sales and finance were great. Car had electrical problems after driving off the lot to my home. Required multiple returns to dealership for diagnostics. Requested extended warranty after they could "not find" a problem. Request denied. Nice car, but now worried to drive any distances expecting problems to return.

My rep VERY helpful/nice. Got recall taken care of. Not sure why Ford needed me to leave my car overnight/days until it was next in line to get a transmission service. I wish I could have just reserved an appointment for that. SO I had to pay for a car rental. :(

Had to take my car three times to get it fixed. Finaly, they got it right!! What I disliked the most was the inconvenience, and they did not offer me a rental in return. But, to make it right they gave me a two-year oil and tire rotation for free. So, in the end they are about making it right. But has room for improvments
