Excellent buying experience in and out in a used subaru! Alex was great very personable and easy to talk to, finance was great no high pressure to buy things I don t want or need. Had service done on my Ford Explorer in Mid-March - new brakes and transmission checked out, during the diagnostics it was determined that the I needed a new water pump as well. After I rescheduled my second appointment, just like the first, everything went smoothly. My service rep - Christian was able to have my car serviced and complete the work before it was promised. Purchased a used car from James. Sent an inquiry regarding a car we saw online. Best price we ve seen on this particular vehicle. Within minutes James called us and did a virtual walk around with us since we live out of the area. Following day, we went down and purchased the vehicle. They had just gotten it in so it needed to be prepped and delivered a few days later. Everyone including the finance team were a pleasure to work with. No pressure. No haggling. Honestly one of the least stressful car purchases we ve ever done. Best part was James delivered the car to us on Wednesday before Thanksgiving as he knew we needed the vehicle for our Thanksgiving plans and went above and beyond to deliver it out to us clean and with a full tank of gas!

Among numerous Ford service centers, AutoNation is the best. They have very good customer agents, so professional and well experienced. They have a very comfortable guest waiting area....Honest team with very good attitude....Definitely recommend...I was honored to be served by Ms. Mikayla, she was so cooperative, professional, and cheerful.

My Representative was Mr. Jarvis who was on time, had the car I wanted ready to go, pulled up right in front. He showed me some of the key features and took me on a test drive. He was very professional and definitely sold me on buying from Tustin Ford before I even showed up to my appointment in person.I couldn't be happier with Mr. Jarvis and the Tustin Ford team. My wife is currently in a Jeep Gladiator, but she definitely wants to look at trading in for a Bronco. I already know we're going straight to Mr. Jarvis at Tustin Ford.

I have a work vehicle that I brought in this morning at 7:10am to Mikayla for a creaking sun visor, rear brake noise and Android Auto not working. She gave me her text information, took my keys, and said she would be in touch. At 10am, I asked for a quote on tires. At 2pm, I asked for an update, as I never heard back. At 4pm, she responded to me with tire quotes. When I asked about the rest of the issues, she let me know at 4:39pm that my vehicle would not be looked at for 3 to 4 days.I took off work today, losing revenue, so my van could go sit at Ford. I wish I could say this is the first time it's happened. My last warranty experience was almost the same. Sat there for DAYS before even being touched.If you need your vehicle and getting warranty work done, go somewhere else.

Location:Okay, Parking:Okay, Service:Misleading and not trustworthy, Did they have the car I wanted:yes, was there any haggling: no, the price is set. Was there waiting even if you had a letter of approval from a financial institution: yes. Did they add extra charges behind my back: : yes over $2500 in services I nerver asked or signed for (they forged my signature) Overall: This was a first-time try, and it was not in a million years what I expected. They took an easy sale ane trew it out the window.l I knew what I wanted and the price I did have an approved letter from my bank, so why did I have to wait for over 3+ hours to get me out the door. They were not that busy, and most of my stuff was a done deal. What really bothered me was when they said they would not hard ding my credit, and they did. There was no need as they had no skin in the game. The bank would hold the note. That bothered me and will stay on my credit for some time. Not happy...(Update 28 August 2023 ) I now understand what the company did and why you should not trust this car lot. As stated, I had an approved financial letter from my bank (B of A) , and they did a second credit check to get another loan at a higher apr, which was not approved. Can you believe it they chose not to accept an approved financial letter to try and get more money off me. Is that the kind of Dealership you want to work with? I had my bank check on this and they were surprised this was even tried by this Company ( I have to wonder how many Customers have been shafted by this practice? Have you really looked at your contract?) Now they want me to sign a new deal because the last contract did not go through. Do they really think I would allow myself to work with people that are not trustworthy? I will not commit to new paperwork with them... 1 Star and I would never recommend this place to anyone...(Update 29 August 2023) As stated I did return the car, and they did try to continue trying to sell it to me. Now, to add some final slaps I get a FEDEX mailer from the Dealership from 22 August 2023. It's a Car Demand letter. Why continue to put me in a contract when you send me a letter like this are you that stupid? Then, I get two more bank letters from Welles Fargo. Seems this Dealership tried to run my credit more than once ( again without my approval) . If you read this and still do business with them, I can't feel sorry for you, all the facts were here...

Truly one of the worst dealerships I ve ever experienced. A deal was agreed upon, then I show up and that changed. Multiple times they tried to take advantage of me and get more money out of me. Wouldn t take no for an answer with warranty. I was told the truck was white, when I showed up after they transferred it from another location and I signed everything, it was a different color.I purchased from here, but I really regret giving them my business. They truly are horrible.Avoid them at all costs.

I have now visited twice "unfortunately" and have been very very happy both times. I say "unfortunate" only because my truck had issues. Christian is who I have been dealing with and I couldn't ask for anyone better. He is very personable and very easy to deal with. Each time my truck has been completed before the estimated time. Just yesterday a friend asked me where he should take his truck and I said Tustin Autonation Ford and I told him to ask for Christian. Thank you!

They were quick to sell me a vehicle along with extended services but when I tried to cancel (after 2 months of calling and no luck) I had to finally go in person just to find out that from 08/23/23 to now 03/12/2024 nothing was even processed!!! Very disappointing. Now they will not return my calls or nothing. Tired of calling, the service contract company as well as the finance company were of better assistance so beware of those extended service contracts or "extra service(s)" they try to sell you. Would give them zero stars if I could.

After a small hiccup in communication that could have gone sour. I was overall very please on how Steve made it better. The service I received at AutoNation Ford in Tustin was excellent. I attribute much of the success to my service technician, Christian. He was honest, straightforward and was focused on saving me money on my repair. My repair was done right each time I brought my vehicle in. I was surprised to receive a text video of my car with the technician showing me areas of concern. Strongly recommend this Ford service center.

Staff is very friendly and helpful - in every department. I ordered a vehicle and was kept informed along the entire process which included updates on the build date, and when it finished production. Then, they provided updates while it was in transit and the anticipated delivery date. When it arrived, they were prepared to process the paperwork quickly so I could pick up my vehicle rather quickly and be on my way. Will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a Ford vehicle.

I went to a lot of Ford dealerships, and when I finally came to Auto Nation Ford Tustin I knew I would get my truck from this dealership. Gustavo was friendly from the start, knew what I wanted in a truck and showed me my options. He helped me figure out the best model and trim packages for what I needed. His manager, Peter, was great as well. Both guys were willing to work with me and made the experience pleasant. I d work with them again, and will send family and friends their way.

I had an appointment and when I arrived there was a line of cars out to the street. I figured they were going to have me come another time, Christian apologized for the wait and took great care of me. He quickly got my information, scheduled a Lift for me to get home, and I was on my way. He then informed me of the status throughout the day and offered to have Lift bring me back to pick-up my car. I have to say that it was beyond what I expected when I first arrived. If you need a Service Advisor, ask for Christian. He's great!

I recently purchased a Bronco Wildtrak from AutoNation Ford Tustin. From the time I ordered the vehicle, I was kept informed as to the production and ultimate delivery of the vehicle to the dealership. The purchase process was handled professionally by all members of the dealership team. There was no pressure and it was a pleasant experience. The sales consultant, Sean, introduced me to the service and parts departments during the purchase process. I have since gone back to add some accessories and both departments were friendly and took care of my needs quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend purchasing or servicing a Ford vehicle from AutoNation Ford Tustin.

I recommend taking your business elsewhere. I bought a certified pre-owned F-150 from Tustin Ford back in 2021, and they did not pay the registration for three months after I bought it. I even got a $73 parking ticket during those three months because of the expired tags. My salesman assured me in an email that they would reimburse me the $73. It's been years and I still contact them from time to time. I know this sounds petty because it's not a lot of money and it was years ago, but I just wanted to share my experience for anyone who is deciding where to take their business.FOLLOW UP: you can see that Tustin Ford quickly responded to my review and asked me to contact them. I did contact them almost two weeks ago and have not received a response yet. Once again, this is my opinion of the type of customer service you will receive from Tustin Ford. Please consider taking your business elsewhere.

First time visit to AutoNation Ford and it was a pleasant one. Daniel greeted me, looked up my vehicle and knew exactly why I was there, and made sure my vehicle taken care of.The next day when my vehicle was ready he communicated with me and even sent me a link for a free Lyft ride to pickup my vehicle. Upon arriving my vehicle was ready & washed!Daniel explained the details of what they did and sent me off as quickly as possible knowing I was on a schedule.Thank you Daniel and AutoNation.

Very easy to make appointments online unlike other Ford locations. Service Advisor even accepted a coupon from a competitive Ford dealer and set up a ride shuttle while my vehicle was being serviced. Service was quick, friendly and on time. No pressure from advisor which I really like. Great experience.

First: I purchased this vehicle for my daughter from AutoNation. Will never Ever go back again!On February 20, 2024 Ford at AutoNation in Tustin replaced my headlight on Ford Escape. They stated my battery needed replacing which I declined as my vehicle didn't show any issues at all.On March 5, 2024, I went to local JiffyLube for an oil change wherein they actually tested electronically vital areas: Battery, battery terminal, brakes, filters, windshield, etc.ALL were 100% OK!!Beware of extra unnecessary "so called" repairs at AutoNation.I will NEVER do business with them again. Trust isn't something that can be undone and returned.
