Extremely helpful and professional staff. Ordered my tire from Tire Rack (specialty tire) and had it shipped to them. They got me in fast completed the job even faster and replaced my spare in the hanger. Would absolutely recommend. Also the place is spotless.

Made my appointment to come get new tires. I received a call the day before my appointment and Martin was very friendly and helpful. I had a new set of tires, a few minor repairs and an alignment and under 2 hours ready to go! Thank you!

Jesse was very friendly and patient. The process was very fast and I got the Michelin Defender tires and alignment for my car which makes my car much more quiet and safe. Make sure you ask for Jesse, he s very hard working and he makes sure you get a great price.

Moses was great to work with. I had some issues getting my wheel lock removed, Moses was really helpful with options and advice on how to best proceed. Super patient and willing to help us out. They get busy and it takes a few hours like most good tire shops. Thx again!

So far this place is legit . Got 4 new tires for my 2016 Ford flex . Customer service is legit and they are helpful . I'll be a customer for a while also Jessie did a great job as well as the other tech!!

Went here for new tires and a front end alignment. The tech found something that another mechanic at a different shop had left unfinished with my car's steering and fixed it. The prices and service are great. Will definitely use again.

Great Customer Service(Jesse helped me out). For once in my life, I feel like I didn't get ripped off by someone that operates on cars. Fixed a flat tire at a fair price in a timely fashion.

Think twice if you planing to alignment of wheels and balance of tires there is no expert. Gave my car on February 02 for services and new tires. paid more than $800 now having issues wobbling. Scared to drive my car.l went back and told about the problem. They said fixed however problem is same. Regretting going there and wasted money.

Super helpful and friendly staff. They always tell me what my car needs. They do quality work and they charge reasonable prices. They are my go to place for my car! They are very good! Highly recommend them.

Went for a radiator fix last month. Horrible experience! They made me wait for days to just contact my insurer & get an approval for the claim. Once they approved, they made me wait for days & never called for the fix to be done. In the whole process, they never called me for a status update & I have to call them multiple times a day (most times, it went on hold for minutes, I have all call records as proof). I had a very good experience before (in May-June 2023), but looks like things have changed. I finally got the repair done by the dealership, that too for a very low price compared to one quoted by them. Not going back to them again, never!

Tried to give this place a shot, wife took our car in for a tire rotation. Car has 7,500 miles on it, they tried to upsell her on a tire balancing. Then, they said it would take 2 hours to rotate even with an appointment. Obviously, not coming back here again after that.

Very rude! I have attempted to go to this location several times and each time get rude service. Today I called as soon as they opened to ask about bringing my car in to repair a tire with a nail in it. The gentleman who answered said I could bring my car in but it would take 2-3 hours. After filling my (completely flat) tire up with air, I drove to American Tire Depot only to be told that they didn t have any availability today . When I explained that I already called and was told I can bring my car in but would pick it up later, I was told that the wrong info was given to me and they don t have availability to repair my tire. For a company that advertises walk-in s and gives information over the phone, only to change it once the customer is in store, is very unprofessional and out right rude. By the time my 10 minute conversation was over my tire was completely flat again and they, so kindly, watched me use my portable air pump to fill my own tire in their parking lot. Seeing as how their service was just a rude previously, I had already sworn them off but was trying them again due to the circumstances of my tire. This has just confirmed that I will never attempt to go to them again.

I needed to replace two rear tires that were wearing unevenly. Moses, the store manager, did an excellent job providing me with competitive tire prices and explaining all costs in detail to my satisfaction.

I was a walk in yesterday, no appointment, for a fix on one of my tires. I noticed a screw and a nail both in one tire and it was losing air continuously. I dropped off the car around 2pm and they were able to get me in their schedule and tire fixed in a little over two hours. Unfortunately I had another appointment to be at through their closing time at 6pm, but they were nice enough to wait for me after closing so I could pick up my car.The staff was very polite and fast. All starting from when I called to ask if they had any availability in their schedule, to dropping off my car, to letting them know I was going to pick up my car late, and finally picking up the car.I unfortunately didn t buy any tires because I wasn t in the market for them. But I will definitely be back for additional services whether it s tire repair or service. Highly recommend this location.

These guys gave me a solid rundown of what tire options I had and what came with each deal. They did an efficient job in a manner of hours and customer service was on point. Martin and his co workers were all helpful and friendly.

Removed the nail from my tire and patched it for free since I had bought my tires here. They finished quicker than they quoted me. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Took the car in to have the tires rotated and the left rear fixed as it was leakingThey did the job in a friendly manner and short time. Great service and no charge as the service was under warranty. What a great surprise!!

I got a flat tire (due to a screw), so on their website, I made a quick appointment for a free tire repair. When I arrived at the shop, I didn't feel welcomed and the receptionist asked me to come back 3pm next day. I know it was 5pm on Friday, but if the appointment was set up, that's the thing a customer would expect it to work.I'd like to kindly ask whomever is managing the appointment system on your website please make it work or don't make the appointment system work if one of your shops cannot handle it. A customer who got a flat tire doesn't want to be turned away because they can't even drive around too long with a flat tire.

Vyron is always very helpful and on top of his service! I dropped off my car for a tire rotation at 8am and was done by 8:30. He was very professional and remember me from the last time I was in the shop and greeted me by name. I would recommend this place for tires.

Just over $700 for a set of 4 tires & aligned for my 2011 Mazda 3 Been getting tires here since 2015. Jose was also very courteous & friendly. Great presentitive for the business

Brought in my Honda Odyssey with my wife. The associate at the desk, Jesse, was incredibly helpful, great customer service and industry knowledge was impressive. He remembered our appointment details like we were long time customers coming in for a routine check up. The experience was very refreshing as I have observed customer service nose diving at other places around me. When you see excellence you gotta give it credit where it is due. And that experience with Jesse was pretty excellent! The only reason this is 4 stars and not 5 is because the time it took to work on the car was longer than first quoted. I think they said 2 hours and it became 3.5 or 4 hours. Regardless, still ended up being a good and necessary visit. Thanks again!!

I ve had FREE tire rotation service for my Tesla Y at American Tire depot in Tustin, CA. The services is not only free but also great - I got it done in an hour.It would cost $65 if done by Tesla.
