I highly recommend their services. I was waiting for two weeks on Safelite auto glass I m only off on Mondays and they canceled on me the first Monday so I waited for the following Monday only for the technician tell me that he cannot repair the windshield. So in order to go with them I would have to wait for the glass to come in and have another week go by which is frustrating. So I told them no thank you.I gave ALFA AUTO GLASS a call, a kind lady picked up and gave me a great quote, was able to come out the same day and Rudy, the technician arrived and explained the process and got started with the replacement and as I was watching him remove/install the windshield I can tell that he knows what he is doing. I am happy overall with ALFA AUTO GLASS, thank you for saving my day.

Guilmar and Fernando were fantastic. I was referred here by a nearby Toyota dealer, and they were fantastic to work with! They took my questions seriously and made sure the job was completed well, test driving to ensure the window was fixed and all the safety features were calibrated correctly. I highly recommend this company!

We cannot say enough about Alfa Auto Glass Mobile Service. The owner, Guilmar Ruano and his assistant, Fernando arrived promptly and fully equipped in two Sprinter vans. From start to finish, they worked meticulously to replace the cracked, passenger-side windshield of our 1999 Rexhall Aerbus. They safely removed and replaced the driver-side windshield, perfectly installing the new gasket and the two windshields. My windshield was shattered on Sunday January 2, 2022. Drove over to Alfa early Monday morning, got a quote and a time of 2:30pm. Came back early and one of the technicians had just rolled in and got to work instantly. Unbelievably professional.. The job was done in about an hour and the quality was astounding. Excellent communication, and came through just as they said! Broke my rear window on a rainy day.... asked for asap repair and they bumped my appointment 3 hours earlier than expected. Repair took only 20 minutes and done!!! Was misquoted a price and they gave me the price I was quoted. Rare to find a business this honest and professional. Alfa Auto Glass was very patient and persistent with my insurance claim. Once claim was finalized they Immediately proceeded with my glasses order and on site windshield replacements. When a homeless man decided to smash my window with a beer bottle for no reason, I was pretty unhappy. When I learned that the window could only be bought from a Lexus dealership (because it was some 'special' type of window), I was even less happy because I knew the dealerships charge double anywhere else. After calling around hoping some auto glass place would have an alternate solution, I finally found Alfa Auto Glass. I'm not sure how he was able to do it when no one else could, but the owner was able to come install my window within 2 hours of my call, and he charged way less than the dealerships who quoted me! Thank you for the quick, quality service! You have one very satisfied customer!

I had the displeasure of having to assist this business with a mutual customer who bought our warranty. As I was trying to locate this business in our system ( a business which has never done business with us before) a rep yelled at me. He said that, " I am not good at my job; that I don't know what I'm talking about and I should just get hung up on because no matter what we need to pay anyway. " He was the most unpleasant person and the most unprofessional gentleman I have ever had to work with. I would not recommend them if you want good customer service or want to use any aftermarket warranties. Do not go to them/him because he does not know what he is doing nor does he want to assist you as the customer to get you covered. I can't imagine how he would treat a customer who disputes the quality of the work completed or how much recourse an unsatisfied customer would be afforded. Beware of this unprofessional business

Super fast repair! Everything was smooth, affordable and easy. If you have a broken window, these guys are the guys!Called them by 8am, we booked an appointment for 10am that same morning and my broken passenger rear window was fixed within 25 minutes!

Terrible customers service called em a week or so ago told em I need a windshield for my car give em make model he said oh ill call u back in a bit.......its been more than a week nothing. And to reply to your respond yes I did called the right number. I called once July 22 u did not pick up the once again July 23 that was when that incident occurred.

Here at Clear Coat Frame & Auto we use Alfa Auto Glass for all of our glass repairs. They only use high quality OEM or PPG glass with expert installation. When you get windshield repair you want to make sure that you are having some one who knows how to get the job done right perform the repair. Many glass companies dont back their work up, but Alfa does.
