Not a trusting vendor. Frustrating experience with payments. Quote on the phone was 38, after service 68. Had to remind technician of the original quote. Gave 48 in cash, did not get my change. Had to demand my change.

This place is not the most organized. It should have been a clear sign that the workshop was empty. They will charge you even if your car does not pass, unlike other places. Save your money and take it to a more reputable place where you get the same service but at a better value. They do not tell you the price or quote you before you hand over your car to them. My car needed more miles to be driven and they charged me for telling me it wasn t ready. Henry was extremely unhelpful and condescending. Stating that just like healthcare you pay for your visit even if something is not wrong. I don t have to pay anything for my healthcare. Comparing a car to a health visit does not make sense to me. They didn t even explain it very well when my car didn t pass. I had to call the store againService: Smog certification

I took my car in for a smog check and was told that everything passed except the drive cycle. I was told it wasn t ready. I had been through this with another vehicle and had to take it to my mechanic, so I told them I was going to take this car to my mechanic. The guys told me all I had to do was follow instructions that they printed for me and it would be ready. I followed every instruction and 3/4 of the way through the car almost stalled out and the engine light came on. My car is regularly serviced and was checked by a mechanic several months ago and had no problems. I came back to tell them what happened. I was yelled at and told not to come back. They are supposed to retest for free if it doesn t pass. I understand they are not mechanics. They shouldn t be offering any solutions if they aren t mechanics. Now I am on the hook for another smog test and a repair bill.

I did my smog check and the man tried to play me and charge me double thinking I wouldn t notice he put down $68 for a smog test. When I asked him why he was charging me so much he asked me How much you want to pay? I said what the cost of your website says. He said oh well if you have coupon you can get discount. He said if you don t have discount it s $38.00. He said he cancelled the other transaction for $68 which I have to now have to watch and make sure he did in fact. Zero honesty in business and trying to take advantage is what you will get.

Angel did a good job of smogging my car efficiently and saved money with their coupon. It's a STAR station and don't do repairs. Angel was courteous and finished the job quickly. I would recommend this station.

Solid place to get a smog check. Wasn't a long wait when I arrived (2 cars in front of me) and I was done within 40 minutes, including waiting. They also have a discount online so you can get the check for $30ish - be sure to use that!

Great smog check place! Went there today because it was the closest to my house despite so-so reviews. The person helping me was very friendly and helpful and also accepted coupon!I don't think the negative reviews are deserved, highly recommended.

Hours on google say they are open Sundays 9-5 but when I went at 3 the guy rudely told me they are closed on Sundays. When I suggested he change the hours online he just talked over me and didn t listen to me.
