Called to ask if someone was available to read the check engine code dude was clueless, suggested I drop it off for the entire day, days from now and maybe we ll see Have brought a few cars here for smog checks and they read the code in 5 min. After dealing with this jerk, never again.

I've been here a few times and I can tell you these guys are awesome. I've been here with some simple and complex maintenance or repairs. The guys never backed down from the job. Today, I needed an oil change. They normally close the garage at 5:00 pm. I went 10 minutes before they closed the garage. I went to the cashier and they took my vehicle without hesitation and fixed it up and finished around 5:30 pm. I highly recommend these guys for your maintenance needs and smog checks. Thank you to the staff and mechanics for staying longer to fix my vehicle. You guys rock!! *big thumbs up*

Been coming to Mike for about a year , short story I had been seeing my past Mechanic for 40 years prob he was in San Dimas , most trustworthy % honest as there ever could be , my mechanic is as important as my Dr's becsuse without him I can't get to my Dr's , Kids ,or Grandkids . I was lucky to meet Mike & now just � a mile from my home . I feel thsi comfortable with Mike as I did with Harrington Motors ( John ) on Wednesday evening stopped by rela,ed a problem w my car He said no problem drop it off Friday evening & guess what I had it back Saturday afternoon , it was not a major job but by no means it was not a 2 hr job ... My wife is extremely happy not having to drive back n forth to Ssn Dimas , we will miss John but have a new friend here in Tustin...

Love the clean pumps, super bright lights at night, but so aggravating to not get the receipt at the pump.25% of the time I have to walk into the office and complain to the attendant that is clueless and doesn t really care what I m complaining about.A real shame that such a fantastic corporation can franchise to whom I just described!

Best place to get your car serviced. Always honest, never recommends anything you don't need. Mike can always be trusted.

Local gem. I've never done anything major there because I have another place I use for the heavy lifting, but it's 30 minutes away and there's no place to eat nearby.For 15 years, this place has been great for: oil changes, battery stuff, flat tires, tail lights, lots of handy things. Also some bigger items like an alternator, hoses, and even a serpentine belt. Very reasonable prices, and they had the needed parts in stock every time.They must be doing something right because they always seem busy, but not too busy to fix my stuff. Being local, I can come back later, or the next day if it's not critical. Or I can go eat next door while I wait my turn. I could throw a rock, and hit El Torito and other places to eat. Or cross the street for another 10 places including Starbucks.Heading down there now for a smog test (and some happy hour drinks, lol). That's when I noticed the lame negative reviews on Google Maps - I called to see if they did smog on Saturdays. And they do. This place is awesome, so I had to post a real review.To the "umm" reviewer... FYI if ANY mechanic seems uncertain of your vehicle diagnosis or repairs necessary, you should go elsewhere anyway, right?

Absolutely horrible place to get your car serviced at. Called to simply ask how much it would be for them to check the OBD code because my check engine light was on. I stated that I did not want a diagnostic report, just simply the code.. the mechanic guy said "ummm... $30." I asked why $30 to just read a code and he said it takes a while to get it.I then had my co-worker (who is also a female) call. She knows about cars and when the guy quoted her $30 as well she questioned why it was that much when it takes no more then 5 minutes.. the guy stuttered and said "ummm... ummm oh you're right. Let me check with my manager." He then came back on the line and stated it was going to cost $20. She used her car lingo and explained to him exactly how the process works and that it shouldn't be that much and all the mechanic said was "ummmm.. well the reader is only $50 why don't you just go buy one." She then began to tell him that he is ripping people off and all he had to say in response was "ummm..." Clearly they base the price of the services they provide based on the customers knowledge of cars. This place has no integrity and I do not recommend anyone ever go here.By the way after calling back the next day and pretending to be interested in the mechanic, I got his name.. Rafael.

Great Mechanic. Nice staff. Very timely... Brought in my own part, and just paid a reasonable rate for Labor. They were quick and efficient... They greatly helped! Thank you to owner Mike!

Mike is the manager...great operation and it is very helpful having a reasonable quality mechanic so close. The gas is always good.
