I found Peterson's garage to be very thorough and efficient. I was headed on a 2,600 mile trip pulling a trailer. The staff at Peterson's made sure my truck was travel ready and my truck with 150, 000 miles on it did great.

Fuel Injection Regulator replacement and she runs good!My only mechanic in this city.They aren't the cheapest, they arent the most expensive.THEY ARE HONEST, and so knowledgeable!They did my serious repair in a timely manner and I can't recommend them more highly.I've run the range of shops in this town and seen and heard enough Bologna to believe in Peterson's alone.Services: Exhaust, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Auto emissions testing, Battery

Overall friendly and helpful. Even if you have an appt you need to get there super early because that tiny shop is super crowded. Also make sure you have a ride home because the older guy will swear he told you even if he didn't.

Fast, honest work. They get you in and out in the time frame that they give.The thing I love the most was they put all the old parts in a box in the trunk.As should be done at any mechanic shop, unless you tell them different.I had my timing chain done on my Hyundai.

Called about a problem with the engine and they said it was exhaust, took 2k and then left my truck so far around the corner unlocked for who knows how long Lucky no one took my radio or tried to steal it

Bottom line is, parts for my Jeep where sent to them defective n wrong. Yes, it was uncomfortable but they stayed with it for me and got my Jeep running like it should! Very grateful n blessed! They have my business... I also drove away with some lessons I can install in my everyday walk!

I took my 2013 Chevy Captiva to Peterson s garage because I was having a lot of errors electrically which I was recommended by electrician to go over to Peterson s garage they confirmed that I had a bad BCM and a bad air conditioner module. The-cost was roughly a little high but due to the quality of service and professionalism it was worth it. My car was delayed two days due to have to order new parts but other than that they kept me updated and in the loop of anything that was happening to the vehicle or they needed to get done before they could release it to me being at 100%. Overall would I go there again yes because the service was amazing but I will only go there if I had the money to go thereServices: Electrical repair, Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning

Made appt because truck was acting up in the fuel area and described issue over phone then husband made appearance before appt to give more detail on problem and Rick ignored everything that was said and when I took the truck in that morning of the appt I had to tell them again what was wrong and then they call that afternoon saying they needed to replace the A/C switch for $160 and if that didn t fix the problem then maybe replacing all the wiring harness which would be a lot of money (their quote)..there is nothing wrong with the A/C and that has nothing to do with the fuel area. They charged $220 and didn t do anything to fix the problem, very unprofessional and will not go backService: General repairs & maintenance

Im not reviewing the capabilities of this business. I'm sure they are very good at what they do. I do however want to comment on the customer service. They scheduled me an appointment that was 2 weeks out. I called the day before and the guy said he was about to call me cause he said I didn't show up for my appointment time. I explained my time is for the next day and thsts the reason I was calling so I could drop my car off so that it would be there the following morning. He insisted they would never schedule an appointment for a Friday. I said well thats the appointment I had scheduled. As a matter of fact it was written on the calender. Anyways I knew they didn't need my business but I do want to put in the ear of othe potential customers of the rude customer service I got. I hope your experience is different. Thank you.

The owner Chuck is a great guy! He's been taking care of my family since I was a little girl. Many cars for many family members over the years. You know you're in good hands when Chuck's in charge!

Over charge for diagnostic 3 time fold than the dealer. They charge you even do they didnt fix the problem.

Peterson's Garage is the BOMB!!! Ron is just as great as his dad that started the business. Honest, friendly, stand-up, hard working, straight-shooter. Ron will straight tell you what the problem is with your car. You want service, you want to be taken care of, and your car fixed, then go to Peterson's Garage & talk to Ron or Jamie Peterson. I love them!!!
