Unfortunately, my experience with this company was extremely negative. I ordered parts for my car, but received the wrong parts that did not fit my car. I also found damage on one of the parts. The customer service also leaves much to be desired. Long delays in responding to inquiries and insufficient assistance in solving problems. I do not recommend this company for purchasing auto parts.An employee named Ray was very unprofessional in his behavior and made several incredibly inappropriate remarks about women.

Ray was just amazing man, very willing to help and quickly jumped to help change my battery and help solve any issues regarding my warranty. Come this way if you need help with any of your car and battery needs.

My car battery died yesterday and my husband called OReillys on Monte Vista in Turlock, CA. He talked to the manager Ray and let him know that his pregnant wife isn't able to jump start her car to make it over for a new battery. Ray quickly offered that they could send someone over to my house, jump start the car, and when I drove it over they would help replace the battery with a new one. Fortunately, I was able to have help jump start it myself and when I did get there, Ray immediately stepped in and took care of everything for me! He even helped me out in the store with a customer who was making me feel a little uncomfortable, asking strange questions about my pregnancy, and Ray quickly asked the customer questions back to steer the conversation away from me and to him. He knew the situation was strange and caught on very quickly and stepped in. All around great service from the whole staff and even my husband who spoke on the phone was impressed with how helpful they were. The only place I'm going to from now on when it comes to my car. Thanks again!

Always extremely helpful and friendly customer service if the part needed isn't available they will have it within an hour or will advise you which of there locations have it in stock, the stores are very clean and stocked well with a variety of items. Personally I love the life time warranty on there parts and it has never been a problem I am a rewards member everything is done by my phone number without a receipt and I also receive digital coupons for great credit that I love to save as much as possible especially in today's economy

O Reilly staff are very customer oriented and are helpful when you re looking for something in particular. They are situated near eateries so this would be an ideal place to grab your parts and some lunch.

My husband and I went in to buy rotors and brakes.They are very efficient. If they don't have the part they get the part either the same day or within 24 hours.The parts guys are friendly and Knowledgeable.I went to pick up the rotors by myself. A man named Angel was working. He saw that I was a bit older and insisted on carrying them out for me.

I have always used Oreilly for any automotive needs for years. But Oreilly in Turlock, Ca has made me choose to spend my money elsewhere. The fact you wouldn t allow a customer to use the restroom is rediculous. And I would have choose 0 stars but they force you to hit one. Hello Advance

Trash manager. Cant just finishing helping me he stops what he's doing with me and checks out like 4-5 people before I'm actually able to leave. What a joke.

This is one of worst orielleys I have yet to buy from...10 people working. 1 at counter . Other slamming boxes down upset that they have to put inventory away I bet, and others in back chatting it up... drove to other side of town to Autozone

Great customer service every time I go in, I use to live around the corner of the lander store and I would still rather make the drive over to this store on monte vista, they go out of their way to help customers out and if they don't have what u need they will do whatever it takes to get it for you in a fast and timely manner! So shout out to the person who runs this store who have a great team

I called and asked for a specific part, and a man by the name of Chris answered the phone and I was pleased by his professionalism and his knowledge of the issue I had. Would 100% recommend this location, they only hire good people.

I stopped at o'reilly on monte Vista in the evening because my headlight was out. I'd already purchased the light but hadn't put it in. I went in to ask if they could install it for me. Turns out the one I had wasn't strong enough so they exchanged it for the right one and put it in for me!! Excellent customer service!! Thank you!

I was there to buy new wiper blades for my pickup,and when I entered,I was greeted by the store manager with a big smile and a hearty "good morning sir,how can i help you"?I purchased the wipers and he even helped me get them installedI would definitely reccomend this store

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. If you are unsure of what is wrong with your car, you can ask the employees same they'll help you figure it out.

Been going here for many years... friendly knowledgeable staff... good location... and fair pricing... if they do not have it in stock... most of the time they can get it the very next day...

Bad experience today just saying we installed the batteries. They told me it s hard to do on your car can t do it and it was so sample took me 15 minutes with bad tools I had lazy people

I was having a really hard time with my car and the workers were very kind, helpful, and patient. They helped me figure out my issue and helped me get the proper material to fix it myself. 10/10 experience

Took my battery in they said they'd charge it it was fine before i took it in needed a little charge came back battery doesn't work now called corporate and got told its my fault yeah my fault for doing business with you better of at AutoZone or tractor supply Co im absolutely furious dont let this happen to you too
