Giveing credit where credit is due for sure nowadays people are scared to even ask for help because either you don't get help or you leave more aggravated than you arrived I forget his name I want to say it was Ralph or Randall or Robert but he went above and beyond and got my problem fixed he was friendly very patient with me because I usually think I know what I'm doing but I don't he explained everything I learned a lot he's very educated on electrical problems with the vehicle I would say I would trust him more than a professional I definitely will spread the word around cuz it's hard to find customer service that actually helps and also you deserves a week paid vacation because he helped me with no air conditioner outside and it was hot today and he still was very patient got the job done he had a good attitude the whole time made the whole experience something I wish I could experience every place I go thank you again

I stopped by here today, headlight out and it was starting to rain. I asked for help to replace my headlamp bulb, and they were hesitant. I don't blame them but a kind clerk named Robert said he would take a look. He helped me replace the bulb as I had no tools with me. He helped a girl out and I was grateful for it. We got back on the road with both headlights in safe and working order. He was a godsend. Thank you sir...

Awesome store with awesome employees. Abraham is such a wonderful nice man who came and helped with a great positive attitude and exquisite customer service. His coworker working him during that time of day yesterday on 6/16/22 around 8:00 pm was very helpful as well. Good clean store!!

Employees were extremely helpful! I had a car battery that I needed testing and they were able to do it even though there was less than an hour from closing. The battery ended up being faulty and they quickly found me a replacement. All told my car is running all thanks to them! Highly recommend!

I had my two batteries tested and one read 12.4 and the other 14.4. Took truck to trusted Auto Mechanic( after jumping) and he immediately stated the battery was no good and store would honor warranty. Purchased September of 2019. The store stated the battery was good and I asked them to charge and check in the am. Went back a couple days later and they said battery was still good. I explained truck is running fine now with new battery and I did not need to jump start the truck. So, I would suggest buying a battery from a different business.

They were helpful when it comes to testing my alternator but they don't print out a paper to tell you what's wrong with your vehicle, like how AutoZone does

Good service. Went to get new wiper blades. Guy put them on but when he did, he let the wiper stick without blade hit glass a bit and next day, I have a huge crack in my windshield stemming from exactly where the wiper blade sits. Don't let them put your wiper blades on.

My son and I went to O'Reillys on Geer Rd in Turlock to get new windshield wipers. Marshall helped us..He measured our old wipers and also installed the new ones on each vehicle. We found him to be helpful, very nice, and went out of his way to make sure we got the right ones. We will definitely continue to shop at this store. The staff is very helpful and friendly..

There are three O'Reilly's Auto parts stores in Turlock. The one with the best selection is the Geer Road location. The good thing about having three O'Reilly's in the same town is that if one doesn't have what you need, one of the other two will.

I always go here as opposed to the auto zone down the street. The guys here are more helpful and the crowd here less ghetto. Too much trash hanging around the auto zone.***the trash hanging around has definitely decreased, but I'm a still hit the o'reillys...***

I went in there to get a battery check. I had called and Curtis was going to help me with it but then I when I got there he was really busy so Jesus checked it for me. Both gentlemen were very nice and courteous. I felt bad for them that they were so busy and it was only them working.Thumbs down to management for only having two people staff the store on a busy day!

The employees are actually really helpful here. Especially the woman with tattoos. I've had multiple issues finding parts for my car and she has gone above and beyond to help me find it. She hasn't let me down yet. I definitely prefer this place to Auto Zone.

The single guy working the counter out front in the morning was very friendly and got me going quick but as soon as I started driving off I see a grey haired lady and another younger female around the back loading a silver crossover with parts. I called the store but I'm not sure what came of it.I just wish they would be out front helping customers instead of stealing...

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service! If I could give 0 stars I would.Placed an order online to be picked up at the store on Friday... had my dad pick them up after he got off work everything was fine. Ended up being the wrong parts even though the online store said they were correct for my car... no big deal though it happens. Ordered the new parts to the SAME store... the Geer Rd location because my dad would be going by it on his way through town. He stopped to return the part and pick up the other parts I had ordered and PAID for online. We were pretty sure they wouldn't refund my card if my card wasn't there so I wasn't worried about that, but when I receive a call from my dad saying they wouldn't give him anything without my card to verify that's just ridiculous! I understand he got upset, but having worked in retail and even managed retail that's just something you have to deal with. Then when I called to see why they wouldn't give them to him the guy told me oh well he could've taken the ones you paid for online we can override that. I told him that's not what my dad was told and he goes well I can't help it if he wasn't understanding. What kind of service is that? I live an hr away and my dad was going to change my brakes this weekend. My 3 yr old and I have the flu. My dad was going to Turlock, now I have to make a special trip because they aren't consistent. That is absurd. Better customer service training is DEFINITELY needed.

This store is horrible, employees are very rude, first off went to return a part then was accused of returning an original part, then they told me they didn't have enough money? makes me not want to step into another O'Reilly store ever again. Always have issues with price matches with the employees not wanting to do them. At auto zone I never have any issues with price matches. Having a commercial account you would think they would treat us with more respect.

Cool staff old manager gone great atmosphere now, new guys always cool and helpful. Good to see store turned it around. Good job..way better than Autozone.

Good supply, good quality, knowledge was a little loose and had significant gaps. I bought the parts they recommended against, they worked perfectly and were better than factory parts. With 35 years in the Industry, they should listen t� someone that previously worked for that Manufacturer.

I used to always go to Auto zone which is a block away from O'Reilly Auto parts since about 2 yrs ago I started going faithfully to O'Reilly's I find it so much better there always decent prices and never crowded quick in and out greated with friendliness and politeness thus making it the #1 Auto parts store for me and if you take my word for it for you as well give them a try you wont be sorry !

Number 1... auto supply store.. 1 have been a customer for over 10 .. No Complaints At All. Geer Rd in Turlock and the location on Mitchell Rd in ceres... Has The Best Employees!!!

Store is okay. Service typical for an auto parts store. If you do your own oil changes, avoid bringing the used oil to this location. The oil tank is always full, which makes it difficult to recycle used motor oil.

I don't know it was okay I wanted to buy wiper blades and the guy offered most expensive and cheapest set with no nothing as to what's better no pros and cons with any thing just feel like as a salesmen he wasn't. Very well informational

I normally dont write reviews but everyone was so nice and helpful that I had to. I needed a drain plug last night and they had it in stock and made it super easy.
