Once I arrived at the shop, I was greeted by Luis. He was professional, courteous, and explained everything in great detail. He communicated with me through text, telephone, and always kept me in the loop. Luis is extremely helpful and goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. Overall, H&R Auto Body Shop was easy to work with. Everything was smooth from start to finish. Luis and his team finished the job sooner than what they had told me, which worked out perfectly in my favor! I highly recommend this auto body shop for all your automotive needs. You will not be disappointed!

Luis is the man! We had backed into a hitch and dented our rear bumper. Luis was quick to respond, took a look at it, and gave us multiple options. He didn't try to oversell or give us unrealistic expectations. We decided to have them fix the dent and polish the scratches. After dropping it off, he called me back within a couple of hours saying that it was finished. It looked brand new, they did a great job! Don't waste your time looking for another auto body shop to fix your vehicle. This is the one! Thanks Luis!

After an accident, we needed a car repair. H & R Auto Body Shop made it easy to get a quote to insurance and schedule the repair. I needed to drop off the car early because of work, and the shop accommodated that. The car looks terrific AND the shop finished three days earlier than expected. Fabulous!

Car came out 100% better! Absolutely satisfied paint perfect, body trim wasn t aligned before now it is, and fixed my fog lights! 10/10 recommend this shop and will always go there. H & R autobody provided me the easiest and straightforward experience dealing with my vehicle repair. Gregg did an outstanding job since the start explaining to me the process & details to communicating with me regarding any parts, extended time periods. Shop was very easy to work with. Susan at the front desk was extremely helpful during the entire process and communicated often. Some of the best customer service and the attention to detail was fabulous. If I crash my car again I can tell you where it'll end up. Right here at H&R Body Shop getting it done right and getting it done right the first time. On top of that they had checked in with me several times by phone letting me know the status and progress of my vehicle!

Amazing job they did on my Honda civic fully restored it to what it was before the accident. Top quality and craftmenship as well as customer support keeping me up to date on what's going on with my car. Been taking my cars to this shop since the mid 90s. This is the best shop to fix your car. They fix it as if ur car was never damaged. They are a great team and staff. Luis, and Susan are awesome as well. Love to deal with this shop. There simply the best.

After having a sticking hinge on my car door for 2 yrs. It finally decided to stick OPEN. So I slammed against it to close it... Ooops bad idea. Called H&R. Luis was extremely accommodating. Took it to them and they fit it in and fixed in 2 hrs. Custom repair job. And as good as new. At a fraction of cost a dealer would charge. Will do business again if needed. I fully recommend this business!

I have had great experiences with H & R. They did beautiful work repairing sun damaged cracked areas of my car and repainting. Our car 2015 Toyota Camry Hybrid was rear ended and suffered damage to the rear bumper and trunk lid. It needed a new rear bumper and trunk lid. I was concerned whether H & R could match the paint, especially on the rear rubber bumper to the rest of the car. The original color of our car is Ruby Pearl Red. They matched it perfectly! There is no way you can tell now the new bumper and trunk lid are not part of the original car. They also paid great attention to getting the gaps and seams just right. A GREAT job! We are thoroughly satisfied. Thank you Luis!

H & R did a great job. I have had my van back for a month now from being in an accident and all the repairs are fixed with no problems. They worked well with me and my insurance and always kept me informed of the status of my vehicle. These people are great, originally was going to be December to make repairs, Luis ordered parts, prepainted, and called to bring jeep in, 6 or7 hours later called for pickup of repaired jeep.Color match was perfect, jeep looked great and I very picky about my vehicles.If you need auto body repairs go to the people, also Susan at the desk is wonderful and friendly as well!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Highly recommend H&R autobody and especially Ernest who helped us every step of the way. He made sure that our parts were ordered rite away and made sure that all original parts were installed in my 2020 Ford Explorer. I am beyond in love with the way my SUV looks. It looks like the way it did when I came out of the Ford dealer back in 2020 I love the new lights they seem to be the newer model of the Ford explores so I am beyond in love. I had to get work done on my fender after hitting a dog. I took my car to H& R body in turlock the staff were polite and professional! Customer service was amazing! I also want to give Luis a shout out for going above and beyond for me. He answered any questions I had, reassuring me, Keeping me updated during this claim. He definitely put me at ease. Had my 2012 civic fixed here, had some issues in the beginning, but then Luis (I believe that's his name) took care of everything. Couldn't be happier. Great dude will be dealing with him from now on. Been a customer since 2007 and plan to be one for a long while.

I took my car in for repairs on 7/13/2020 and it was ready within a few days! Luis followed up with me a few times through out the process which was great! Kate or Katie (forgot her name) and Richard were super helpful. My car looks great!

Best body shop in town! Always professional and always fairly priced. They have been doing our families body and paint work for over 40 years now. We won t go anywhere else as they do such a good job!

I was in an auto accident and initially the insurance company wanted it totaled without looking at it. I worked in the insurance business for years and was always told that H & R did the best and reliable repairs so I insisted they do an inspection on my car(which by the way was my baby). The whole staff were compassionate and understood my frustrations with the insurance company. In the end my vehicle was totaled but I felt better about it knowing that professionals had looked at it. If anything ever happens to another one of my cars... fingers crossed it won't...I will not hesitate to take it to them.

Always super satisfied. Very professional. They are the best. Been using them for over 20 years. Just picked up one vehicle that was hit while parked in the street - beautiful job! Next week I'll be dropping off my van that was backed into. I'm sure I will be more than pleased with the outcome. Now if I could just get these targets off my cars I'd be happy.

What a Great Shop! Fantastic Service, The Quality of work is beyond reproach! These Folks are True Craftsmen. The Folks here, Jeff, Kate, Rick and Henry and all the others are very friendly and are quick to put you at ease. This shop use to be owned by Henry & Rick hence H&R. Had my 74 Z28 painted here 40 years ago. They did a great job!
