Purchased an engine from this company and was misled the entire time. I had to wire all the money up front (do not suggest doing this) and was told they had what I needed and could get it to me within a few weeks. It took months to receive and thousands in repairs to get running. Ordered the engine in June 2023, just picked up the truck yesterday Jan 2024 because of all the issues with the engine. Notified DPT of all the problems, they will not respond to any emails or phone calls about the warranty work. Once they have your money, you're screwed. I am not sure how they are still in business, by the looks of their reviews, probably not for much longer.

Took our money and stopped answering the phone. We had to get the police involved to get our engine retrieved from this place. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!

Be prepared to be constantly Lied to, Cheated, Neglected and Avoided. The owner will tell you what you want to hear, he will tell you how bad he feels for you and your situation, he will tell you how you will be his #1 priority and will help you. The truth is that the owner is very dishonest and unorganized. The machine shop he contracts with turned the crankshaft down to the wrong measurements, then they could not find the correct size bearings, then after having the engine for 10 weeks they discovered that they did not have the correct wire harness connector to test run the engine. The owner says that he ordered the connector from Reno, "had to have it custom made". For one of the most popular engines that CAT makes? Constant lies one after another. Constant problems and complications. Spend the extra money and go to a legitimate engine shop where they have professional people. It will take just as long and cost just as much by the end of the ordeal, but at least you don't have to go through hell with a shady company like this one, who doesn't answer their phones, who has a "full mailbox that cannot accept messages at this time", who lies to you, and then claim that the estimate that you originally received was calculated wrong "by the ladies in the office". That was the latest lie, I think. Hard to keep track at this point. They intentionally make things so bad that they force you to pay them to get your engine the hell out of there to end the nightmare.

This company is A COMPLETE AND TOTAL JOKE! I have paid $40,000 for an engine and the owner continues to give me the run around. He took my money and spent it on something else and cannot produce my engine! Hes a liar, a fraud, a cheapskate and does nothing to make business right! He will scam and get over on amyone and everyone he can. He robs peter to pay paul and if i could give NEGATIVE REVIEWS i would give Wilson a NEGATIVE rating multiplied by an infinity! PLEASE BE SMART DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SCAMMED. Its more fun to just burn your money in a pit fire if u would rather lose money. I PROMISE THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND MY ATTORNEY WILL BE IN TOUCH WTH HIM SHORTLY AND I HOPE AMND PRAY HIS BUSINESS SINKS!

2nd to none. They are truly professional. Had my n14 rebuilt there twice. The integrity speaks for itself for the way they conduct business from A to Z. I feel blessed to know them.

Scammers they will try to get you to wire them money directly with no invoice. When I drove out there to look at the engine they had a used engine with a hand carved ESN on it trying to sell it as new...

Sent a deposit of $10,500 in March 2022, still do not have our engine. Will not answer the phone, messages or emails. BEWARE!!! You will get ripped off..

SOLD THE FOLLOWING COMPANY INJECTORS AND DID NOT RECEIVED A PAYMENT, CLAIMING THAT THE PAYMENT WAS SENT VIA CHECK AND STATED HE " SENT THE CHECK TO THE WRONG ADDRESS". PLEASE DO BE AWARE OF THE FOLLOWING COMPANY, AND DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO HAVE ANY TYPE OF CREDIT. TRIED CALLING AND PHONE NUMBER SEND ME STRAIGHT TO VOICEMAIL.

This place is a joke i had a motor built by them it was a nt855 and 2 hours after i installed it the compressor they rebuilt started knocking called them they said how can it be knocking that fast i told them i dont know u rebuild it when it did not need it cuz it was just fine so they replaced it i installed it then 1 hour after that the fuel pump started leaking out of the side cover and they sent it off and had it repaired found out it was a bad gasket then 2 days later the accessory drive that they rebuilt went out and it was an act of god to get them to replace it they ended up coming out and replacing it after 3 days of arguing then the front cover started leaking at the crank seal and accessory drive seal found out they replaced the cobe with a used one when i believe my cover had a couple stripped holes and that problem is still on going they wont answer the phone or return any calls and they try and blame everyone. So if i was you i would stay clear of this place there are better shops in fresno
