I took my car in to get repaired by them and was told it was all good, something told me to check my trunk because they had to fix my bumper. I opened my trunk and the bumper was not even sealedto the trunk at all, I could literally see the street through it. I wish I took a picture. I went inside to ask why it wasn t sealed to the car as it had never been like that before, even when I had gotten it fixedbefore somewhere else it was not left anywhere similar to that. They went and got the owner and another worker which just thought pushing on the bumper was going to fix it but I said thatwasn t fixing the issue so they ended up pulling it in the back again and adjusting it. The issue that I have with them is that they couldn t even make sure the job was done CORRECTLY, if I had driven off then it would ve been my issue left to deal with. They are QUICK to want to cash the check but can t even insure that it was done properly or accurately. I don t know if it was because I was a woman and they just wanted to take advantage but they didn t even take accountability or apologize for trying to leave my car like that. Save your time and money and look into better shops, I only went with them because of the insurance but won t make that mistake again.

Took over three weeks to install a new bumper. Had to pay 900$ out of pocket for a rental car since they kept delaying the job. Again over three weeks for a bumper. Ridiculous.

Absolutely best experience I have had overall repairing damage to my car. They handled everything with the other guy's insurance company and restored my 20 year old almost classic auto to pristine condition! Having restored classic cars over the past 30 plus years, I am extremely picky about my cars, so I was especially impressed that they were able to match a very difficult pearl paint, which they did to perfection! And... they completely detailed inside and out before returning it to me! Without question, Bonander has my business for life!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I go there for estimate the astimate my car for 2300 some the tire pressure light was on, but I don t wanted to add to my claim I told him let me check and I let you know after I check is not the air I take back to the shop after that, I spoke with insurance I m gonna cash out after the shop know I cash out the give me different estimate for 1900+ the tire pressure light on. I add a little dent under my door. The jest trying st .. money

I have taken two of my vehicles to the body shop to be repaired after damage was done to them. Both vehicles turned out great. I was very happy with my experience with the shop. They are professional and very knowledgeable. They were very friendly and helped me through every step of the process. I highly recommend them and I will use them for all my auto repair needs.

Body work and paint turned out great but had "mechanical" issues that were not addressed correctly. Front axle was shifted to drivers side after being replaced, so an "adjustable" track bar was added and cab was shifted over...this caused some issues with another repair later. Grill support was not bolted in and I had to bring it back, That was found researching issue with replacement axle vacuum hubs not working. Grill bolted in and a part was replaced but vacuum hubs still didn't work. Although they were willing to correct the problem, truck was not in a condition to drive there due to a water leak which was not believed to be caused by the accident. I'd rather fix it myself than go back again...

I HAVE HAD MY VEHICLES FIXED A FEW TIMES AND THEY HAVE DONE A TERRFIC JOB. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GREAT EXPECIALLY THE LADY AT THE COUNTER. EVERYONE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. THANK YOU BONANDER BODY SHOP

Not good at all they gave me a estimate say my car was 98% totaled then a few days later they say they are fixing it and state farm said they told them it was 75% not good to be dishonest.
