Use to think this is a good place until I drove away & heard the guy say I was gullible guess he must have sold me something I didn't need. It's hard to find a place thats not ready to screw you over.

So this was my first time trying this place I have a very busy schedule and I was overdue on my oil change so I decided to give them a try honestly they where very fast , very informative My mechanic was named DannyHe definitely knew what he was doing , when he changed the air filter he showed me the new one and advised me he was putting it in so I could visually see it some places say they replace it but don t , Very friendly definitely will be coming back I brought my 2023 chevy 2500 this was actually the first oil change on it and the best part about this place is you don t even have to get out of your car lolService: Tires

Went in for an oil change and left with a a broken air intake. It has been weeks and the problem has not been resolved. I will have to take my business elsewhere.

Terrific service! Took their time and made sure the job was done right! Rudy has a great smile and recognizes his customers and has something positive to say. I appreciated Terry making sure the oil was cleaned of my engine. Thank you for your great service and kind words!!

Employees are super concentrated on their jobs. They meticulously go down the list of things your vehicle needs serviced. They do try to upsell some things, but that is expected at any automotive shop.

Had an oil change, printout said fluid s were okay and I was told the fluids looked good. So I trusted the workers. Long story short my car needed fluids. When I called and spoke to the manager I was told the workers assumed the fluids were fine. But they will make sure to check from now on anyway if you do decide to go just be safe and check for yourself.

I came here to get my Ford Edge 2013 oil change done and the next week I was in to do a transmission oil change on it and boy we're they professional they had all the gear and well organized instructors telling the workers exactly what to do and I was impressed and my vehicle runs smoother and feels like new ! I am glad to see everyone smiling and having a good time at work after all that's what we all want to be paid decent and have a great time ! Thank you Valvoline workers we appreciate your service we will be back !

Always a great experience going here, the crew is very knowledgeable, the service is quick, and the prices aren't super high. Highly recommend this company and especially this location.

Just did an oil change and they charged a ridiculous amount and I looked up prices and Groupons they have right now and the original price is posted. The price I was charged was almost double with a coupon and no extras. Super scam I would not recommend.

The guys here are always so helpful and honest. Never once have I felt like they tried to sell me something I didn t need and in fact were an amazing help when I was in need of it. I always leave knowing my car is safe for the road. Bought a battery for my Kia Sportage in May of 2022. Battery died the other day and it took 3 days to get one, but it finally came in. Free replacement! Great job guys. And thank you very much!

Went with my twin sister yesterday and had a great coupon. The manager, Miguel I think?, was very conversational and courteous. When we first pulled up they were having computer problems and immediately informed us and asked if we would like to stay and wait. We agreed and they quickly had the computers back up and before we knew it, our car was serviced with a kind reminder about a new oil cap that was needed and a radiator flush was recommended. I would send any of my friends there. All the team was kind, respectful and quick. Thank you Valvoline crew.

First and last time I bring a company truck here, I was up sold over $200 on an oil change, cheap quality cabin filter and top off service with an extra oil fee that was over $39 didn t specify what exactly it was to. Here I was thinking I d bring all our trucks here since I thought it was fast and easy but sometimes it s just better to wait at a professional shop you trust that won t price gouge.Service: Oil change

This place has always been great, but they started suctioning oil out instead of draining it without disclosing the change. I'm not a fan of this method.

Their so sweet I ve been coming here for a year now. I could go in with any problem or concern on my car an they check it out to make sure nothing is wrong. Best customer service as well I ve never had to wait longer that 5 mins to get my car checked. Manuel an Eric are two of the men that I have worked with that have taken the time to care for my car. Very reliable, friendly an comfortable atmosphere. I ve recommended this place to all my friends an family.

I was happy with the speed and price of the oil change. I guess I ve been spoiled by all the other Valvoline places, because this location did not ask to check my lights, blinkers, turn signals, or break lights nor did they check my tires air pressure.

The technicians at the Tulare Valvoline Instant Oil Change are always friendly and professional. They do a quality job and get me in and out quickly. The last time I was there a technician noticed that my vacuum line was cracked and I was able to get it fixed at my dealership before any major issues could develop. My wife took our company truck in for an oil change. When she returned, I looked at the work order. It stated that the lubrication points (grease zerks) were sealed. There are in fact, 2 grease zerks on the front steering of the truck.I called the shop location and spoke with the manager Rodolfo (Rudy). I explained what I observed and asked why the work order indicated there were no greaseable fittings when in fact there were greaseablefittings. He stated that their grease gun was broken and therefore they were not greasing any vehicles even though it is included. I asked him why they didn't have a backup grease gun or even a hand-held gun. He stated they did not. (hard to believe this at a lube shop)I then asked him why they did not inform their customers before the service that they could not provide the service the customer was paying for or give them the option to return later for the greasing or simplygo to another shop. He had no answer. I informed him that stating on the work order that there were no greaseable fitting was blatantly fraudulent and misleading. At the minimum, they should have stated on the work order that there were 2 greaseable fittings and that they were not greased. Had I not checked the truck, I would believe that all services paid for were in fact performed.I asked him if he thought it was reasonable that I now wouldspend my time and fuel to drive 20 minutes back to his shop for a service they were paid to have already performed. He stated he wasn't going to spend his time or fuel to come to me and hung up.I called Valvoline and was told the area manager would call me in a few days. When I finally got to speak with the manager he defended the shop.I filed a complaint with the Bureau of Automotive Repair. They investigated and agreed with me. If this business can't be honest and handle a minor problem imagine what they'll do with a larger problem. Buyer beware! Valvoline lost my business. Loyalty is a two-way street!Service: Oil change

Very quick, professional service. However a little on the pricier side. Their prices increased for Synthetic oil change. It's cheaper if you bring your own oil.

My sons girlfriend was here and they treated her as bad as his sister who was unaware of their HORRIBLE service. Could ve gotten oil change, tire rotation, etc for less at the dealer! Will be telling EVERYONE NOT TO COME HERE! I know my husbands coworkers daughter came here, too, and they charged her for a LOT. She was unaware. Take advantage of young ladies. Horrible!
