Tulare Glass came to my house a month ago to measure for a broken glass shower door. They told me it would take about a week to order it. They would not update me on their progress unless I called them every other day. Three weeks later they finallly got the door from their order. They came over to install the door but did not have all of the hardware. They did not have the rollers to hang the door on. They told me it would take about four days to get them in. It's been more than a week so I called them and they said they can't find them. Again, they won't update me unless I call. I've been witout this shower for a month now but that doesn't seem to matter to them. I do feel comfortable giving them the one "required" star since they did update the glass doors in my guest bathroom...after three weeks of calling and waiting.

Tammy was incredibly sweet over the phone and accommodating to help with a chip in my windshield. She explained the process and when s the best time to come. When I came in Eric was very helpful and customer service oriented while fixing my chip. Incredibly affordable compared to other places in bigger cities and other local glass companies while in Tulare. In and out in 5 minutes and the chip was basically invisible by the time I left. Thank you Tammy and Eric!

Got a great window at a fair price. This place is exceedingly busy but they found a way to get guys out to replace the stationary glass pane on a sliding door in a very timely manner. Installers were on-time, quiet and very knowledgeable.

This company installed my bathroom glass parts a few years ago. I called because the door to the shower was unable to open due to it sagging down. First, I called and the lady said ok we will send someone out to fix it. They came and they fixed it. I get a call a day later hello you owe us 100 dollars for a service fee. No fee was expressed when I initially asked for them to come out here. I would have had no problem paying this had they informed me there was a fee for fixing a product that is defective that they installed. Massive attitude on the phone. Could have just said ok do you mind talking to my manager. A simple conversation would have likely fixed this. But this women is extremely rude. Customer isn't always right anymore.Service was fast and problem is fixed for now. I guess I can say they do their job.

Ely Auto Parts had a window broken overnight. I called them at 8:15 in the morning. They had the window replaced and the building secure within 2 hours. Amazing response and professional service. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Great service, as soon as I walked they help and began to fix my cracked window. Price was good and it was a pleasure to talk with the owner, I d recommend them to anyone!GS

I bought a used new SUV on Friday and noticed when washing it there was a small crack. On Monday I took it to Tulare Glass so they could fix it so it won t run. A young employee drove it into the shop to work on it. The older Owner Man was called back to see my window and when he returned he told me it can t be fixed! He said it running and then told me the original crack that was there had already been beaded. I noticed a new crack near the original crack. Then he Advised me to keep my windows gaped so the crack doesn t get worse. I Trusted this shop with my vehicle. I am appalled that the owner doesn t take responsibility for his employer. I will never need his services again. I get to look forward to replacing my windshield.

These guys saved me $300 I can't tell you how pleased I am. Not o ly did they save me a ton of money they fixed my sliding glass door same day. I highly recommend these guys.

Tulare glass made me some screens. and they were very helpfull and patient. I got the size wrong and they fixed them for free. Very inexpensive also! Very nice people too!

They advertise in Fresno for window tinting. They not only don't do the window tinting their-selves, they outsource it to a guy named Mario. They don't even provide window tinting services to the area they are advertising. What a joke. Go somewhere else to get your window tinting done!!

I ordered 2 8�10 and 2 5�7 pieces of glass.It took almost. a week to get them done.
