I tell you!! Alexis is very polite and didn't hesitate to give me the best costumer service, I'm very satisfied and will be recommending to go inside and ask for Alex!!! He save my lights and swamped them from HID to LED check them out

I brought my car battery to get it tested to see if it's working they told me that it should be ready in a hour so I called within an hour to see if my battery was good they said that I have a bad battery so I went to pick up the battery the guy that gave it to me which was the manager Jesus said that they were not able to get to it . I am very disappointed that they told me that my battery was not good which was not even tested .I just wonder if they do this to everyone.

I go thru this location quite a bit for my repairs but after today never again. I bought a 170 part for my car and was told it would have been ready for pick up within 2 hours I call 3 hours later to find out they lost the part and it was sent to a mechanic shop. Called the hub where it was shipped was told that the location I ordered if from signed for it. When I called back I was told they don't know what shop it went to nose when I would be avaliable for pick up. The employees where rude and unprofessional. When I went to pick up my part the manager was sitting there laughing as if it was a joke. Completely unprofessional will be filing a formal complaint with corporate

I ve been going here for awhile now and they ve treated me alright. Can t complain. Just be aware of their drivers. They stop at the worse spots possible. All white Nissan pickups. Current models.

Bob helped me out today with a return. He went beyond his position to help me out and I appreciate it. We ve all had that day when nothing is going our way with a repair. Bob , accepting the return ended my day on a good note. Thanks brotha.

This location is extremely Unprofessional with business account holders. Refused service due to personal reasons and retaliation. Emeralda, Alfonso and Bob make it difficult to complete simple invoice transactions even with all information and authorization given from holder in person, and decided to refuse service all while making a scene and getting loud with customers present in line. They need customer service and simple communication training.

Came in to check about a part the clerk behind to counter was busy on the phone taking a personal he thought i wasn't paying attention. There was nobody in the store at that time had me waiting for a bit i asked for the part they had the part but i went somewhere else. Im not using my hard earned money at an establishment that don't have hard worker's his name was Estevon or something similar to that. I went to Vato zone instead.

Great service. If you're towing a trailer you can use the dirt lot on the side to park.

Definitely will not do business with them when who ever the main person there can't even help out one of the local businesses, I will not recommend this location to any of my friends . Local businesses should have a tab that they can use but I guess O'Reilly is just all about the money or just don't believe in helping out local businesses Hey your part of the community now so think about it if not close up and put your business elsewhere.

Their is a girl that works Their, that is very rude very, also stole my credit card info. I noticed she's been working Their for a while now . How sad an Their stealing ppls card info. The big boy that works Their also is very unprofessional no one Their has-been professional what's sad is I'm about to sue

Not busy.No waiting.Answered every question.Had what I needed.Weird thing tho-There's a barrier of several feet between you and the counter roped off by flags in which one of you has to lean way into the 'forbidden area' or the counter person just comes over to you to perform any kind of transaction...lol*my inner question:Does raising ones voice to be heard more clearly (expelling more breath, via deeper lung air) while conducting business lower or increase your risk of getting sick??Is it better than being hit with spittle during close range conversation??HmmmmmmMakes ya wonder.

The lady who works there is very unprofessional when I came in she was complaining about having to help someone who just left i didn't care as it's none of my business but when she was helping us find a hose she made an unnecessary comment I ignored it, brushed it off thanked her and left .I come here very often with my bf we work on cars together my whole family does I live around the block so we come here often I will avoid coming here just because of her making me feel uncomfortable sucks because we never had issues with the guys who work there always smooth fast purchases until yesterday when she was there my review and 1 star is for her.

Friendly, helpful, i just told the worker what I needed for my car and he got everything I needed for my car, i just waited and he brought it to me, and he just rang me up and I paid, and on my way home less then 10 minutes!!!!
