Extremely slow service... The employees were not concerned with customer service or the customers' time. Out of the two representatives in view, one disappeared and the other had no customer service skills... I walked out, I've always held O'Reilly over the other guys... after this experience, I have changed my outlook.

I visited O'Reilly's in Tulare on prosperity.and some girl that works there has no customer service skills .I would probably say how can I help you she just stood there .They know nothing .

Decided to be a good samaritan today and help a man push his truck into their parking lot. I know I work at autozone but the way this lady treated me when I asked her to check his battery and telling me they can't test it if it's dead and it's cap , I can literally go to autozone and test that while its dead and the customer can see if the battery needs to be recharged. Or if there's a dead cell, I'm not sure what machines they use but for the next time. I would like the store manager or the DM to explain to them to not be in a brute manner and tell a customer that they would need it off the car and charge it to see if it' works or not And I get I could have gone to autozone for the employees. Reading this, but again, his vehicle died next to your guy. Just parking lot so why not give you guys a sell but clearly did not want it

Good luck trying to get anybody to answer their phone, both locations and Tulare their service. As far as answering. Their phones is no Bueno better off going to AutoZone. At least they answer their phones.

Shout out to Larry and Eric they know what there doing very quick on helping so recommend this spot best customer service you can ask note sorry to say there other team members won t help like the two lady s n the other guy won t mention no names but the one with orange hair

I came in for a battery for my truck and Esteban was quick with getting me helped and back on the road. The staff at this location has been some of the most accommodating and knowledgeable staff I have encountered at any of the local O'Reilly Auto Parts stores. Customer service is great .

What a wonderful way to start the New Year. We came out to a dead battery. Called David at O Reilly and he saved the day. Went above and beyond assisting us and helping us get on our way. He demonstrated the ultimate in Customer Service. We are so grateful and are a confirmed O Reilly customer for life!

Just wanted to share a great experience I had at the Tulare location went in for lightbulbs and a gentleman by the name of Josh helped me and went above and beyond even checked out my vehicle to help me figure out the issue I was having and even offered to change the bulbs . Great service and customer care . Will be back. Keep up the great work .

Great service from Luis, Miguel..I explained about how we needed to exchange an ignition part..How we bought the wrong year..Cuz we're grieving our familys losing my husband's youngest brother & our 2-son's within a 10-months.

First we can start with the overall customer service was terrible the employee had a terrible attitude and was just not happy to be at work, was not willing to assist with nothing couldnt help for anything and no one else was at the store to help apparently the genius sent the 3 other employees on break at the same time. So we were both out if luck couldnt get the help i needed what a huge waste of time and energy i wont ever come back to this place.

I had to ask for their help at this location quite a few times yesterday and each and every time I got someone different, but each of them were as helpful as the other. Answered all my questions and even helped test my battery and alternator out in the blistering heat of over 100 degrees that day. After I made the purchase they even installed my battery and re-tested my alternator to make sure it wasn't a false reading of a fail!! I've never really asked for any help at any other location as much as I did hear, but the level of service I received at this location will have me travel from Visalia all the way to Tulare just for this experience.

I went to O'reilly's not for the prices but the service. Clerk came out to my truck and checked battery twice, and even jumped started it twice. Ended up paying 200 bucks for their best truck battery but I do not get that service from Autozone. Sure I paid more but it was late at night and I just needed the right answers right away. No bull, no "I don't know" answers, just tell me what it is and gimmee. Thanks O'reilly's.

They answer all my simple questions,always get better service at O'Reillys than autozone who's employees already look frustrated half the time I go also they've given me the wrong parts..never have as much problems at O'Reillys.But I mean it comes down to the employees..some suck some are good and that goes for everywhere I just find the ratio of good employees and service to be higher at O'Reillys

Auto parts employees should have an idea or some knowledge of what they sell right? O'Reilly's for the most part has employees that will ask you if they don't know exactly what you need. So that's defenetly a PLUS. Versus AutoZone employees who often give you the Wrong Parts and then you Have to go Back and waste your time and your gas which is NOT cheap. It's aggravating... . So Yes I definitely recommend. O'Reilly's over AutoZone.

Always well stocked store with great customer service and the wait at the counter is never long, the parts are a little pricey compared to pepboys or AutoZone but they are quality parts with warranty

BRIAN was giving my spouse a hard time paying being rude and also ACCUSED MY SPOUSE THAT THE $100 BILL WAS FAKE HE DID NOT TEST THE $100 IN FRONT OF MY SPOUSE HE INSTEAD CALLED THE POLICE AND POLICE SAID THE $100 BILL WAS REAL!!

Very poor customer service and their employees discriminate against women and act like they don't know what they're talking about because they're a female.
