We called to have my husbands AC serviced and got an appointment the next morning. We were given an estimate. It turned out that it needed a small part as well as a Freon charge. The actual bill was less than the original estimate. We were kept informed about the repairs and timeline for completion. I recommend this business.

Updated - 2 walk in with different counter lady was way better than first walk in,Greeting was great, uplifting, even when I was on the phone was piloted and helped expedite my smog service, other woman hope changes her demeanor, giving 5 due to the second experience and service. Only adjustment recommend is the other woman s approach to customers.Thanks

Outstanding service here! I needed a smog, the staff was very friendly and the lady at the desk was very helpful in explaining the smog process. I highly recommend this smog shop, look at my high rating here on GoogleMaps I take my reviews seriously. 5 star experience!!

HONEST, They are great! My ac went out. I got it checked out at Firestone and they said I needed a new battery and said my ac was out because 2 parts needed to be replaced. They wanted to charge me 900. I ended up coming to Camara and Chris said only 1 thing needed to be fix and was a drastic price difference! They do honest work and Nellie the receptionist is always helpful!

I was from out of town, needed my AC looked at. They were referred to me by their brothers shop since they couldn t fit me in. Turned out something very simple & quickly resolved. It was great to know that they were honest with me , resolved in a matter of minutes. Thank you!

No one likes to take their car or truck to a mechanic, but , if the need should raise Camara Auto Is The Best Place Go. Always Fast and Friendly Service but more importantly Very Knowledgeable And Affordable.

Called them 10 minutes to closing requesting a smog cert so we can sell our vehicle. Other places wouldn't take me so close to closing. The lady that I spoke to on the phone was extremely nice and got me right in (regardless of how close it was to closing for the day) thank you for your service Camara's.

I brought my Jeep to them because two of my smog monitors wouldn't set and the previous mechanic's shop I used couldn't figure it out. I dropped my Jeep off on Thursday just before they closed, and before lunch the next day they had figured it out and smogged it for me. I wish I had known about them months ago. They were friendly, helpful, and willing to have the tech who was going to work on my Jeep talk through the issue with me.

My wife and I were just passing through and noticed that we were having some problems with our Honda's brakes. We called in the morning and they got us in within the next 1.5 hours and replaced the brake rotors and brake pads. The most awesome part about it is that they knew we were trying to get back on the road at lunch time, so they worked hard to get us back on the road shortly after noon. I think they may have skipped lunch to work on it. On top of that, we felt the price for parts and labor was fair, their place was clean, and their staff was very friendly and courteous. Thanks so much, Camara!

They helped me when no other shop would due to the fact that my emmission sticker is missing. I felt that they were pleasant, honest and fair with me. I will be coming back.

I had a similar experience as some others are posting regarding the smog. I took my vehicle in, it failed. I was told by the receptionist that I'll get some sort of discount for the second smog and when I took it in, John (I believe, an older gentleman), gave me a discounted price before the smog. It failed again and he charged me full price. I asked about the discount and he said he can't give me one due to the vehicle being older and it takes a different sort of test. Don't give your customers one price, then swap it afterwards. I was fortunate enough to save enough money to purchase a new vehicle. I'll no longer give this place anymore of my hard earned money just to be ripped off. Save your money, everyone, and go somewhere else. If you're having trouble finding a business that smogs vehicles older than 2000 models, take a look around Visalia. Best of luck to those out there in that regard.

I took my 2006 Chevy Duramax for a check engine and battery light it took them a month to fix the problem . Finally I got my truck and the next day the lights came back on. Took truck back to have them repair the first issue and had to pay some other fees that other issues were found and with all repairs I paid over $1,000.00. At the end the problems were never fixed since lights came back within 2 days and smog check didn t pass. Be aware this place is a SCAM and do not take your vehicle s here. My smog check was finally passed after taking it to another shop.

Good auto shop. The auto techs are friendly as well as the front staff. They may be somewhat pricey but you get what you pay for. A good job with a warranty. There're not as costly as the dealership.

John camara the owner and his service writers Juan and Cisco are very knowledgeable in Automotive and honest and will tell you what's exactly wrong with your vehicle. They will get the job done right great mechanics and the secretary's who take care of the finish work in regards to the billing are very friendly.

Good honest people at Camara Auto. It's a little pricier, but I always go there for my smog checks because they don't charge extra to check the vehicle again if it fails. I've learned the hard way at other places. Nice staff and waiting room too.

Supposed to be new computer from Mopar. Cost me 980 at least, well it didn t last 6 years so I m replacing it and found out they got remanufactured computer from Oriely for a third of the price so make sure you re getting the quality of parts they claim they re putting in your vehicle

Pretty racist till I told them I was spanic- italian. Outer that good. History says Portugues are mix with Arab ( if it was because of that).

My son took his car here for a smog. They said the car failed. Took it somewhere else on the same day without fixing or doing anything to the car and the other place said it passed with flying colors. Hmmmm something doesn't seem right with this.
