We are extremely satisfied with the repairs done to our SUV by Caliber collision! Geneva was very helpful and provided a quality service with her expertise which gave us peace of mind that we would be taken care of! We received frequent updates on the status of parts ordered to the repairs itself. David with Tulare Caliber Collision was an amazing point of contact, he kept me informed via text and call when needed. My whole experience was amazing quick and painless, all things considered! My vehicle repairs were handled expeditiously and I was so happy to get my Car back earlier than expected!

Remarkably quick turnaround, I had everything taken care of in a week. The staff is so friendly, the atmosphere welcoming and relaxing with popcorn, hot chocolate and water to set you at ease in the midst of a not so pleasant experience (dealing with the remnants of a car accident). They also were super helpful in coordinating with Enterprise for the rental both for pick up and drop off. To say they exceeded my expectations is an understatement!

Received my car back. There is one new headlight and one old headlight. One is led and one is halogen. My car looks Frankensteinish. There was over spray on the drivers window. My car also now makes a loud noise it never made before. When talking to caliber they don t seem to want to fix the problem. We ll see if they do. I am in contact with the insurance company. If I could do it over again I would have chose golden state in Porterville and waited longer to get my car back.

Everyone at Caliber Collision was very helpful to my grandmother needing work done to her vehicle after her accident. The work on her vehicle was complete sooner than expected and we are very pleased with the work done. We would definitely recommend their services to anyone.

Tony was very businesslike. He gave me a quick estimate, and scheduled me promptly. They had the electric go out, but, did the work by hand to service my car quickly. I had the door bumper guards taken off and the doors buffed.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

We used Caliber Collision for the repair of out Chevy Camaro. They did an amazing job on the repair (paint damage to the top of our car)! We were kept informed as the process went along, and the job was done before the promised time, and we were able to pick our car up three days sooner! Very professional and GREAT customer service!!!

This is a repair shop I would definitely recommend to people I know cause they were super fast and do such amazing work. I was kept updated the whole time of the progress of my car and it was ready a whole lot sooner then we expected. He gave me the rundown on everything from the cost to the work it needed and was just awesome.

Caliber Collision has done it again! By any means, words can t express my gratitude enough for these guys!! I love bringing my cars here to be worked on! They always do such an amazing job by going above and beyond with their work!These guys really helped me get out of a pinch by literally helping me deal with a tow company taking my car to their yard when they shouldn t have. Caliber Collision went all the way to Visalia to bring my car back to their shop in Tulare when it should ve been the tow company bring it back. They also had to deal with the tow company being very complicated and hard to work with when trying to take the car. This is the last time I use AAA While Caliber Collision was working on my car, they noticed something else that was unrelated and they went ahead and had this repaired at no cost!! Tony even walked me over to his auto shop mechanic to have him do some other work. LOVE YOU TONY

Always been wary of repair shops but this experience has changed that! A big thanks to Geneva for explaining the process of everything to me, and making it easy. My truck wasn t in the shop 3 hours before they had fixed all my issues and then washed and detailed my truck! Best experience I could ask for I would give 10 stars if I could

I took my car in for a few minor issues and the manager went ahead and ordered everything for me and even waited 3 months for me to return from a work trip. I appreciate the work even though they weren t too major. It s the attention to detail for me. Thanks Jeff!

My side view mirror got clipped by another car. The whole thing was busted off. After inspecting the damage, Tony not only gave me a quote, but he also gave me the option to research and buy my own replacement mirror, and he would take care of installation! I'm extremely impressed by his transparency, honesty, and openness. Folks at other businesses might try to sell me marked up parts for their own profit, but not Tony at Caliber Collision! I highly recommend getting repairs done here!Service: Body & Trim

Geneva Mendez and Caliber Collision in Tulare California were very helpful with the best customer service I ve ever experienced. They did and awesome job on my Honda Pilot!!! If you have the option to go here, you won t regret it. I got a call back, a date in the books, repairs and paint done, and my car was back in my driveway all before the first available service date the Visalia Caliber had given me a month into a game of phone tag. David at the Tulare Caliber was extremely professional, communicative, and diligent. I was very satisfied with the work and service.
