I wish autozone would have had fabric choice on their filter choices for type of steering wheel cover. There is 17 pages of steering wheels. :( :(

I normally don t do reviews but the auto zone team is amazing!! They deserve a 5 star review! From the moment I walked in to the moment I left they were so friendly and helpful. George G. was very helpful and kind. He went above and beyond to help me out today.

This review should show 5 stars, but for some reason it's only showing 4. So five stars and here's why:On a road trip from Los Angeles to Merced, my wife and son were forced to stop in Tulare as the front panel on the underside of the car started dragging on the ground. They didn't have enough time to get it fixed properly as they had an appointment to get to, but they also couldn't continue with the car in that state. They stopped at AutoZone to see if anyone could help. And BEN GARZA rose to the task! Without hesitation, he fixed the underside of the car in 105 degree heat. When my wife tried to offer him a tip for his kindness, he refused. Needless to say, Ben Garza at AutoZone was amazing! With that kind of help and assistance, we can say without a doubt that the customer service at the AutoZone in Tulare is unparalleled. Thank you, Ben Garza and AutoZone!

I initially stopped here (and at the Big Brand Tire) a couple of weeks ago after having an emergency stop due to concerns about my car overheating during a major interstate relocation.The woman who serviced us (I apologize as I forgot her name) went the extra mile to make certain our coolant levels were excellent and even recommended the Big Brand Tire Company as her husband worked there and he could run a full diagnostic on my car.The service they both provided meant I could get back on the road, confident that my car was in good shape.Thank you for this.

Love this place my husband and i go here a lot i would say lol. Manger Alex is a 10(+) he has very good customer service/he will help out any way he can. He dose what he needs to and then some and thats what a dam good manger should be like. Some worker's there want to push u in and out next person not it shouldn't be like that. Like i said very good manager service.

Had to stop and buy a bulb for my headlight that had gone out at night. The 2 employees were very helpful. 1 helped me install the bulb as I did not have the necessary tools to do the job. Very appreciative of their professionalism and helpfulness.

This store is super busy, yet they still somehow manage to install batteries, wipers, headlights , air filters, steering wheel and seat covers, mats, hub caps, and air fresheners (those are some of the things I ve seen shopping here). I understand that they re not Mechanics, but are always willing to help, for FREE, specially for an old person like myself.The manager Demi is a Gem, and the whole company should acknowledge that. I know I do.

Came in for a new battery Leticia was super sweet, but Victor G went the extra mile he was the only mechanic there willing to change my battery and he has no idea how helpful he was to me! These two are simply awesome!!!!

horrible customer service. was helped by an older women who seemed very irritated & i believe she was the manager on duty which i would ve expected better service from her, but no she was so rude. i used to love coming here but they lost my business after being treated this way.

Very friendly staff I would go here again they're very good at their work, and everything seemed organized and clean I like that it's not the busiest so easy in and out and many workers were present also located close to the freeway 99

My go to when in need for a quick in and out. Last few times the cashiers have been very busy helping others with issues regarding batteries or other issues. Wish they had a dedicated cashier. A few customers left because the wait was too long. I was already there so I stayed and thankfully after the others left I was next.

They are courteous, and installed the new battery. The store did not have in stock the maximum cranking amps for my car, but they did have one that was more than the battery that came with the car. Grateful for their help.

Raul T assisted me with my car battery. He checked it and it was bad so he was quick to find someone to help me at the register while he replaced it right away. Wasted no time! Very respectfull guy and always had a positive attitude and genuine smile on his face. This is top quality service.

I got there wed dec 29 5:25. There were 2 cashiers no people on the line. They are not willing to get you. Specially mx guy with the earing. Once again he thinks Im arab.

Thank you Vincent!!! Wow I am currently 27 weeks pregnant with twins. And recently was unable to get into my truck. I switched Vehicles with my wife and when I got into car It would not kick over easy. Stressed I was gonna get stranded I went in. He not only checked battery but informed me of a warranty on battery. I was so grateful since that was a $215 expense.And right now money is tight. He was so nice and respectful.I noticed a ring and wanted to shake his spouses hand. Because you don t come across men like him everyday!

Anthony, an employee at your store, did such a fantastic job that my less technologically savvy aunt demanded I write him a positive review. Apparently he not only helped her with her vehicle issues effectively, but did it despite pressure by impatient and inferior customers. She was very clear that any negative reviews about Anthony were untrue, and was impacted enough to be upset by said reviews in the first place. Excellent job, Anthony!

This visit was like most of my trips to this chain. I wander the aisle looking for my item without anyone asking whether or not I need assistance. There was one person on the floor stocking shelves oblivious to the needs of customers. One person helping a customer at the counter AND working the register. The rest of the employees are in the back stock area talking. Customer service on the floor does not seem to be much of a concern.

I appreciate the promptness of assistance delivered by the employees at this store. I was able to call ahead and inquire about the part i needed to ensure it was available. It was and i was able to get in and out with my part in a considerably quick amount of time.

They were more than helpful. Helped me find the right windshield wipers for my make and model of my car. Even came out to my car to take off my old wipers and replaced them worth the new ones. I couldn't of asked for a more friendly experience! !
