They were friendly and kind. I liked how someone was working the front office so I didn't have to wait longer. It took 1.5 hours to get 4 new tires. I felt that was a long wait but I brought work to work on so time went by faster. I recommend to bring something to stay busy so time seems to go faster.

I was not in need in any tire service, but I did need some official paperwork with an odometer reading for insurance purposes. Kasey was more than willing to help me out and get me what I needed in a matter of minutes. I appreciate the fast and courteous service that we don t often see these days. I will definitely be back when I am in need of tire services!

Was staying at the hotel next door while my truck was getting fixed in Porterville. When I got the truck back I went over there to see if they had a spare lug nut we noticed was missing during the towing process. The rep was very helpful and found the right fit for me within minutes and was super personable. Great customer service! Would take my truck there if I lived in town.

Absolutely wonderful! Had a flat tire, came in when they opened and they fixed me up in less than an hour with a new tire for just $120. They didn t even have the tire at the location and managed to get one from the other store within that hour. Incredibly friendly and quick!

Had all four TPM sensors replaced and the work was outstanding. These guys can do just about anything on your can in addition to great tires! Great team with an awesome attitude.

Super helpful. Great and fair pricing on all the tires I ve picked up from there for a few different vehicles. I ve had alignments and tires rotated and every time their service is consistently great.

Having a nail in my tire isn't so bad because of AMERICAN TIRE DEPOT. They'll remove the nail, double plug the hole, and send you on your way without charging you for service or the parts they used. America doesn't get any better than this. GOD BLESS AMERICAN TIRE DEPOT!!!

American Tire Depot offers a free tire rotation (and I didn't even purchase my tires there). I think that's a great community service they offer. I was in and out within one hour. And they didn't try to up-sell other services, which I appreciate.The only downside of my experience was that I made an 8am appointment the night before, but they still took a walk-in before me. I'm not sure why I should make an appointment if they are going complete the work as first-come, first-served. I shouldn't complain, since they did the work for free.I would recommend American Tire Depot.

I would recommend American tire Depot to everybody they're awesome they were right on it had a screw in my tire that was making it go flat, and they fixed it for free Angel the technician that fixed my tire did an outstanding job and quick friendly service I just found my tire store I'll never go anywhere else again thanks angel and thanks to the front manager guy too.

Casey and the guys were awesome, helpful, friendly, and quick to get us back on the road! I m so glad I came here for the new set of tires on our 4WD pickup! I ll be bringing my X5 in for tires too!

Had a fantastic experience there. Eric was really professional and was patient with all the questions I had. Best part about the visit was that they offered to take me into the shop and walk me through their observations. Highly recommend!

We're on an epic family road trip from Michigan. We broke down, and were towed here. Amazing service! They were able to get the parts within hours and had us back on the road within 3hrs. Thank you Casey and team for being so fast and so friendly!

Just got my rear brakes replaced. The experience was very good so far. I was able to bring my own brand new parts and have them professionally installed. Wish I done it long ago. The mechanic Eric was very helpful and went the extra mile. The manager Efrain Valencia was friendly and efficient. Great experience overall.

Fast, friendly service, honest, experienced, family oriented, some of the best guys I trust working on my families vehicles. Cost efficient, and the best deals you can get. Very knowledgeable when it comes to sercing vehicles, highly recommend to anyone and everyone.

Fantastic service and knowledgeable personnel. 4 new tires / balance / alignment and an oil change. Service was done quickly and they kept me up to speed with progress throughout. When they recommended extra items (filters), they showed me the condition of my filters and explained why they recommend replacements, not just tell me that its needed. Strongly recommended.

American tires is such a great place to go not only tires but oil change and most regular car maintenance. No sales pressure and the work is superb.! And a big plus for me is that their manager is really nice and helpful and always explains exactly what the mechanics are doing. I would recommend Tulare s American Tires to anyone needing speedy, excellent service at a fair price.

We got a flat that was beyond repair while we were on a road trip and came to American Tire Depot for help. Christian was incredibly helpful and friendly and was able to order a tire for us the next day. When we came back for service, the amazing techs (Joey and Eric) informed Christian about our misaligned tires and made sure we were aware of the repair that needed to be done. They were all extremely efficient, communicative and friendly! Christian and the techs customer service went above and beyond an my partner and I felt we were in good hand the entire time. Also, at no point was sales pressure put on us at all! I wish I lived closer to this location so I could make it my go-to tire store!

We were out of town and broke down. Casey and the team got us fixed up and back on the road in only a couple hours. Friendly service, very helpful. I can't recommend these folks enough.

Great experience! I had a flat and had to stay in the hotel next door over night. Convenient location and excellent customer service. Also, great work! My car is running smoothly now and couldn t be happier. Honestly, it hasn t driven this well in years. I really appreciate everything that they did for me.
