Stopped here for much needed gas while visiting the Donner Park & Museum. Soooo worth the small fee for a full day use to see everything. Lots to see inside the museum which also shows a film on the Donner Party, a shop that sells everything related; clothes, books, etc. Free maps on spot locations of history which you can visit on the walking trail. Visit the Monument statue outside the visitors center before walking the small trail of history, a must-see. Beautiful day at the lake, beachside. Can BBQ, picnic, and swim lakeside on your day pass. Also offers camping. Then drive into Truckee. Lots to see and mire history.

Was a little nervous because of some iffy reviews but this was a really good wash. If I lived in the area I would definitely be back. Only issue that could be corrected is the directions outside the wash. I didn t see any green or red lights but there are digital directions actually inside.

This store practices price gauging and, worst of all, forced bundling. I was forced to buy a set of cable tensioners when I already had them, and didn t want them. I repeatedly told the cashier that I did NOT want this item, however they told me something along the lines of we won t sell you the chains unless you buy these tensioners, which, again, I didn t need and was forced to buy. I called the store, and a guy by the name of Alonzo admitted to forcing me to buy them, and told me to return them. I tried to return the tensioners at a later date, and was told that I needed a receipt in addition to the sale voucher. Sure enough, I pulled out the receipt, and the employee told me there was nothing they could do, even after numerous attempts of me trying to explain the situation. Not only that, but the new store cashier INSISTED, that I was not forced to purchase these, when I know for a fact that I and many other have been. Please don t force people to buy things they don t need! This is not only an unethical business practice, but coupled with the 100+% markup on MSRP of the chains ($29 chains for $80), it is also illegal.

I *loved* this place. Oh my gosh. Worth the 8 hour drive just to take this place in! Clientele flexing some drip fits!

Vehicle stuck in a snow storm. Uber to J&L and back to buy tire cables. They provide the wrong size cables for the tire size I provided (which they admit). I discover the mistake during the install so they refuse to make good on their error. No credibility or accountability.

Stopped in for something to drink the employees were very friendly place was very clean everything was reasonably priced considering a lot of places jack up the prices because their tourist traps along the freeway taking advantage of the people going to the mountains

Drama on the highways. Almost got snowed in, but this place had sbow chains for my tires! Crises averted.

The ONLY place in Truckee to get a car wash. So when I filled up my car wouldn't take 8 gallons (only 6.7) so the automatic car wash was TEN BUCKS! And that was the basicWhat a racket!

Just gassed up here on the way back from Tahoe. it was very crowded with cars trying to get gas and the inside was crowded as well. Nice staff though.

Gas is a bit expensive, but the lot for s clean and we'll kept. Has air and water for $0.75 and a pretty nice mini Mart. Easy getting in and out.

Easy place on and off the freeway for travelers. The interior was clean and organized, the bathrooms are very clean and well stocked.

What all can you say about a gas station gas is a little high.they have what you need when you get some gas drinks ,snacks. bathroom was clean

Truly the best run gas station in Truckee service is amazing always clean and comfortable best car wash fastest pumps don't go anywhere else

They sell tire chains, they were about $85. If you plan on having someone put the chains on your tires, that can cost an extra $30.
