A nice small gas station with clean bathrooms. They also have snow chains if you need them.

Worse day of my life, there was a really bad snow storm on my way back home. Stopped at this Chevron location to purchase snow tires. Showed the lady Kimberly photo of my tire with it's size, she looked at her book to confirm the size and gave me one that is supposed to be the right one. guys who helped me warned me it was too big, but I told them she confirmed it was the right one. After installing and driving not too far from the location. chains got tangled up in my axcel and broke my ABS connector that caused all the lights to turn on and scratched both sides of my vehicle. took me 2 hours to have someone help me untangle the chains. came back to the store to get the right size and she will not help me. I had to beg and cry and she finally got her manager Richard who confirmed that she gave me chains for a truck. my brand new honda have now a damaged they cost me for ove 5k.

No Snow Chains are sold here I just checked that was the previous location across the street before they moved. Clean place, friendly staff, love the long window washer handles I dont have to stretch to clean my windows theyve got all kinds of snacks

This is a good gas station, they have snacks, snow chains, which is helpful. But yesterday during the I-80 road closure there was a situation that causes me to write a negative review. There was a long line inside to the restroom, and at some point the cashier came and asked everybody in the line to go outside and form the line there! I think it was very inconsiderate. There were people with kids in the line, and everybody were already stressed out because of the whole road situation. And I think gas stations are supposed to provide a warm place for people during such situations, and instead we were asked to stand outside.Moreover, that request created a mess, because half of the line didn t go outside, and the line got split, so the order was broken.There also was no soap in the restroom.It s understandable that it s hard to accommodate a large group of people in a small gas station, but I think it still could be done without asking people to go out.

The people behind the counter were the rudest people I have ever experienced in truckee. Attempting to simply get gas and pay by credit card was like pulling teeth. This is my first and last time at this gas station.

Nice gas station, the employees are very nice and very helpful. Clean restrooms, good size grocery choices and snow chains for all the dummies who come up during a winter storm warning.

Josh and matt hands down the best combo of employees i have ever seen. From helping people with there gas, listening to tourists problems and making change for people. They truly have it down. The nightshift guy is kindof a bummer he just creeps

Don't buy chains here. Told me $60, and the charge showed as $75 on my credit card statement. I also accidentally purchased the wrong size (my fault), and they wouldn't refund me. Go somewhere else.

The sign saying 13 feet clearance is wrong, my Semi fit under with about a foot gap easily to fill up

It's about it's about one of the only places that didn't bother me when I needed a place to stay because I couldn't make it home without my lights working very well and I thank you very much so grateful

Only stop here late nites on my way back from a service call. The nite guy is cool and seems to know when i can gab or if i gotta jet...freshest apple fritter and coffee is perfect temp.

Good to have gas station at this location, but one of the cashiers need to learn how not to look like an idiot ...(day shift )
