Great place to get car washed. Automated does good job if grime is not dried on for days,Manual stalls work better for that. Don't know about vacuums never used.Attendent is respectful, kind, very helpful.

One of if not the worst car washes I ve ever been to. Touchless car wash barely even makes an attempt at cleaning your car. You could go through it three or four times and your car would still be filthy more than 50% of the time the car wash itself doesn t even work most recently the door to let you in and out of the car wash, broke, stranding me inside of it.This place is the definition of a business that has completely stopped caring about the product they offerAVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

TOTAL SCAM! I live in Truckee & have been to this carwash several times. On two occasions the machine where you pay in each individual station has taken my money & it doesn't register/I never get a car wash. It's like the coins get stuck & you can't have them returned & you don't get your car wash. I tried calling management, emailing management, knocking on their on-site door &... nothing. This isn't the 1st time it's happened, either. Still waiting to get my money back... how about responding now Crossroads?

This place is a disgrace. No soap or chemicals. Literally water and a brush for self Carwash. Touch less car wash hasn't been serviced either. The photo shows how much "Supreme" soap was sprayed on. Somebody please help this place.

Touch less car wash doesn t clean, leaves soap on car. The owner has taken pictures of my car 3 times so far to check my membership even after speaking to him about not taking pictures of my car. Also, unlimited washes is misleading. You are only allowed 1 wash per day, and as mentioned, soap is left on your car after wash. Will be canceling my membership.

This place is a pos. Took my payment just fine - but the machine never started up. Called the phone number for the location - which went straight to a full voicemail box. AVOID THIS RIPOFF

Doesn t clean my car in one go, esp in the winter. The unlimited plan only allows for a single wash per day, so that s fun. Also, today the touchless wash is closed. No note, just cones blocking it.EDIT: 4 times over the last several weeks I ve swung by for a wash and the touchless lane has been closed. I ll be canceling because they ve charged me for 2 months now without the ability to wash my car whenever I need.

The first vacuum i used was clogged so that was 3 dollars down the drain as I used a card swipe. Then I went to another vacuum and started cleaning. For the card reader there is a label that says that you get 11 minutes for $3 well I got charged 3 dollars but only got 4 minutes of vacuum time. Now the car wash is lying saying I contacted them and they handled it. That is a blatant lie. I did not call them and they did not handle it. They still charged me 10 dollars and the vacuum still only gave me 4 minutes per swipe. They are robbing people and lying. Don't forget the false charges. You should be able to have the charges reversed by the bank as they fraudulently charged you for services not received.

UPDATE: The owner reached out and was genuine about fixing the issue and putting in place safety measures incase there's a future malfunction. Changing my review from 1star to 3 stars.DO NOT USE! I got TRAPPED inside the car wash - both garage doors closed and then the exit door never opened after the wash completed. I tried calling the phone number - no answer. Theres no instructions inside on what to do if doors dont open. I don t know how long I would ve been stuck there. Luckily someone happened to pay to have their car washed, which opened the door you drive in through. At that point I was able to back out. Worst experience ever.

The vacuum literally says $3 for 11 minutes credit card right next to the card reader. I was charged 10 dollars for four minutes and then realized written in sharpie on the side of the vacuum it says $10 for four minutes . Seems intentionally misleading.

I used my credit card. After inserting my card and starting to rinse, the rinse stopped within 30 seconds. I was charged $4.50. I reinserted my card and was able to wash normally and was charged another $4.50. I emailed the manager using the email address on the website but received no response. I feel I am entitled to a refund of $4.50.

Went to use one of the self service bays. Put my $5 in the change dispenser before I realized,a) it dispenses tokensb) the self service controller takes credit cardsThe tokens are worth $1 each and the machine needs $4 to start. I put in one and the machine beeped, but nothing else. Assuming it needed all four to get going, I put in 3 more. Still nothing but a beep. Realizing at this point I had wasted my money, I went ahead and dropped in the last one, cause what else was I going to do with it? Begrudgingly used my credit card instead and it worked just fine. Washing my truck took 6.5 minutes and my card was charged $10. The facility is in good shape and the location is convenient, so I'll keep using the place, but I won't make the mistake of using tokens again.

Chose the $10 car wash, paid with a $20 and didn't receive my change, no attendant on site, called multiple times and sent two emails and no response. If there is damage to your vehicle from the wash, they probably won't address it either. Very disappointed in the lack of care when it comes to customers losing money. There is another automatic car wash in town, don't lose your money here.

tried paying with card but the machine didn t stop charging me until i kept on spamming the stop button. come here if you wanna get your money stolen. I m also going to need a refund on the money it stole from me

I wrote this two months ago, but waited to post to see if it would get fixed. Still bad today. It used to be five stars, but now some of the sprayers and dryers didn't work. Seems like it hasn't been maintained. My vehicle came out soggy and dirty.

The best local place to wash your vehicle, either in the 5 do it yourself bays or in the one pay and drive through bay. Reasonably priced and usually always clean, vacuums always work and there's a little vending machine for various supplies. Its a token operated station, and you can get a good deal if you bring a $20.

So basically the automatic car wash took off some of the paint on my car.Went in to get it washed and noticed a couple of clear gel like spots on my car a couple days later that had partially dried onto the paint. Figured it was tree resin, so I just hand washed the spots, and noticed the dried parts pulled up some of the paint when they came off. What ever it was dried on there like a rock.Went through the automatic wash again today after it snowed and I got some road salt on the car. Immediately noticed A BUNCH of the clear tree sap like stuff all over my car again that wasn t there when I went through the wash. It was literally everywhere. Luckily I was able to get it off before it dried. I pulled up a handful of the gel (there was literally that much) and immediately recognized the smell as that synthetic car wash soap they use.Idk if the pipe is busted or it s not mixing it correctly with the water or what, but just beware it ll just drop giant globs of gel on your car that ll eventually dry and eventually chip the paint.

This is the second time I've been to this car wash since I moved here and the second time I've been disappointed. My complaint is for the vacuum station. Both times the vacuum barely worked and didnt really sick up anything from my carpets, not even sand or dirt. And I had removed harmful and large objects as to not obstruct the vacuum. I thought the vacuum suction would have been fixed or cleaned up by now, but still the same. A waste of my time and money. PLEASE fix the vacuum so it actually functions as a car vacuum! I want to support local businesses so please keep up with vacuum maintenance so I can return and write a good review next time. Thanks!

After washing my car I was approached by an aggressive Mexican man who accused me of leaving a bag of trash near the wash bay. As a woman I felt extremely threatened and intimidated when he came running toward my car and shouted obscenities at me. I do not recommend that women visit this business alone or even with their children. Please stay aware of your surroundings there.

I need a refund on 2/8/23. The blue stick or tube hit my rear mirror and did not work anymore. I'd try to contact the owner but looks like the phone number does not work.

For burning man dumps have you considered chaining off the lot?? I think people would be less likely to dump there if they can't go into the property

Just another car wash. Need Tokens to wash. Selector knob for washing modes did not work properly.

They moved the vacuums out front so people block the entrance. 2 bays were OOS. Got a nice long rinse for $3 though.

Only carwash in Truckee that offers self service. Also can do the auto wash when open. Affordable and has vacuums. Open even when it snows.

Paid $13. It gave a rinse and a sealant. Car came out worse than it went in. Something is broken. Never use it again. Tried calling just rings and rings

Worst car wash experience ever.. paid and didn't even get a car wash.. the thing never moved after telling me to stop. Smh
