I came in on march 24 but I didn t need an oil change. I had I had another unexpected pickle with my car, not only were Lawrence and healthy able to take me immediately, they gave me the absolute best customer service I have ever had in Tracy!!! Those two and their entire crew are the most kindhearted genuine people you will ever meet! They were absolutely amazing and once my dealership warranty is up, I will only be coming to this location for any work that any of my vehicles need! Thank you so much, Lawrence and healthy for all of your amazing customer service!

Amazing team! Everyone here is very knowledgeable about their services and what they can do for your car. Kylie and Kevin and the oil changer in the bay are all great people and will take great care of you. I'll be going here from now on!

I drove in yesterday, 10/31/23 around 12-1:15pm. I cannot remember the gentleman s name that first helped me. He was wearing glasses and was the one to do all the price and process explaining. He was so helpful, kind, and very informative. The assistant manager B with red hair was amazing as well! She was able to get my transmission fluid replaced and done fast! Also very friendly! There was another gentleman with pulled back hair in a pony tail that was also around for a bit and very kind and Elle s during the process. Glad I was able to find this location and will definitely be coming back and for any further needs I may need for my car. Thank you!!Service: Transmission

They told me they couldn t honor the Groupon I purchased even though the address matched on the site and I purchased the same oil type off my car. I made sure to purchase the full synthetic oil but they still wouldn t honor it. I purchased the same deal last year from the valvoline modesto mchenry and they were great. Won t be coming here again.

The Asian guy serving you is EXTREMELY DISHONEST. tried to claim my rear lights were all out and needed replacement. Not sure they even changed my oil with full synthetic as I had asked them to. DONT GO HERE. VERY DISHONEST PEOPLE

This place is the best no wait stay in your car while they explain everything to you. Very professional ask about coupons they are available. Would highly recommend BEST IN TRACY in and out within 20mins
