Outstanding Sales, Service and Equipment. Ignacio (Nacho) spent extra time understanding my needs, showing me several different models and helping me choose appropriate model for my needs. Shanoah (Parts Mgr) helped me with spare tire and extra tid bits and gave me great deal. Overall it was great experience and very helpful. If your looking for trailer, I highly recommend Travln Toys... A+ + +

I bought a RawMaxx enclosed trailer October 2023 from Travelin Toyz. I had the privilege to have Ignacio as my sales guy. He has a lot of knowledge about the trailers they are selling. He kindly showed us his inventory and got us moved into the perfect trailer for a great price. Shenowa assisted us in parts department with buying all the locks necessary to secure the trailer. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and gave me a good deal at checkout time. They had exactly what I needed. I had a minor lighting problem between the truck and trailer that caused me to have to revisit the store. I spoke with Josh in the service department and without hesitation, he began diagnosing the problem. John, also in the service department also helped out and the problem turned out to be the truck. Both were very diligent in helping and the getting the problem worked out. John found that there was water in the truck s 7 way plug. He got it apart, cleaned it out and thoroughly went through it with dialect grease. He also greased the ball and gave me a pin to keep the tongue locked down. Great help from a great group of people.

Had good luck with new trailer sales (purchased two trailers from em) and they've got a great spare parts group, the service dept however is a different matter entirely. Was the worst service experience I've had in 40ys of owning vehicles...made appt 2 weeks out, earliest spot they could get me in. Explained intermittent electric brake issues on 15 yr old dump trailer I bought from them. Said just replace everything, what ever it takes, no budget provided.. Was told one to 2 days max. Called day three, guy said "who told u that?". Told me was "next in line". Called day 5, again told I was "next in line"..likely wouldn't be ready this week. "We'll call you"No call following week, called day 9, told was "just finished". Had only replaced the plug, never even pulled the wheels. Picked it up, charged $160 for hour labor and a plug. Of course it's not fixed...still has same intermittent prob. From my perspective, they were misleading/dishonest in communication, rude, and incompetent. Last time I'll be back, at least for service

Ignacio took good care of me easy fast process. Helped me with any question or concern i had towards my purchase on my trailer. Excellent service definatly reccommend buying here. Great service A+

I was just checking out location cause I drive past it on my to work. I'm in early stages of shopping for utility trailer for my L.L.C. so I thought I'd swing by and check them out. The price of the trailers were far cheaper than I expected.

Be careful. The people that help you look are not helpful. And obviously they don't point out any damages on their trailers. You have to look it through. However! Darn good deal! No payments down for me.

Looking for a new trailer for my new Ranger 1000 crew and they had the perfect trailer and the manager even took my old trailer in on trade. I have read most of the reviews on here and can't post anything negative because I was treated great . Remember if your just a tire kicker it's is hard to imagine anyone wanting to assist you unless you are serious about purchasing.

Purchased a new stock combo trailer last month. Planned on buying a cheaper steel trailer, but my wife wanted the aluminum 20' with dressing room. Delt with David Padilla, who was not well versed in their products. Financing was approved quickly so I arranged to pick up the trailer the next Saturday. I explained to David that we were moving across country and would be in a hurry to get on the road. My wife and I arrived first thing Saturday to pick it up and NOTHING was ready. (Paperwork or trailer). They brought the trailer up and I noticed damage by the tackroom door. Also the trailer was filthy, oxidized, battery for the jack was dead, the electric jack cover was damaged and the tires were almost flat. I expressed my concerns to Lenny, the manager and he agreed and was empathetic. They aired the tires, installed a new battery and told me when I brought it back for repairs, they would detail it.(After I asked). Once on the road, I noticed I had lost my trailer brakes and lights. The wiring was done wrong (at the factory I assumed) and my truck blew 3 fuses! I returned the trailer the following Monday, and thanks to the service person, Steve, the trailer was ready the following week . It was repaired, clean and the wiring was correct. When I buy something new and spend 25k on it, I expect a little more service and product reliability at the onset.

Had a wheel seal go out on my hotshot trailer. Found these guys on a Google search and showed up unannounced. They dropped what they were doing to get me back on the road. Great company to deal with.

Helpful, friendly and funny!!! My sister purchased a new enclosed trailer, hitch and locks. Transaction went smoothly and everything was installed and tested by their competent staff.

Worst place to go when looking to buy a trailer. The general manager won t even take you into consideration when browsing but the moment you say you ve picked one he shows up kissing a** trying to be all friendly. Terrible service to me to the few around which I sadly had to witness ;(

I've got a little bit heavier Duty trailer with the spare tire all the extras locks for the front everything from Santa Rosa trailer tire because they were $1,300 cheaper even a hundred dollars I spend in gas in the day it took me to go get it for $1,300 I owe ya $1,300 savings I will drive to the side of California thank you

take your money and run the other way as quick as possible. Lenny, the general manager is a crook. He will say whatever he has to to get you to come down and make the drive and as soon as you make the drive, he turns denies everything he said on the phone.

Hi Travlin Toys Is A Great Place to Come Too. But There is ONE BIG PROBLEM WITH THE TIME THAT THEY OPENING SOOOO SOOOO SOOOO LATEEE LATEEE LATE IN THE MORNING AT 9 O CLOCK COME ON WE AS TRUCK DRIVERS THAT BRING you ALL These Toys (ESPECIALLY TOO US THOSE DOING INTERNATIONAL LOADS WE LIKE IT EARLY THE LATES @ 7 O OPENING) Would Love see That the Owner Would Please Change That Thanks in Advance

I deliver trailers from Mexico to this place and the manager they had was a real pain but it's better now that he has been let go, really great guy who unloads the trailers and the rest of the staff I don't deal with so much so I wouldn't know about them that much
