We went to Tracy Nissan looking for a car for my dad, we had a very pleasant time wee well served by one of their sales agents. His name is Elias a very professional and attentive person. He made sure we were well served all the time always alerted to any questions we had and listened carefully all we had to say. He give my dad the best service and at lest helped my dad to make up his mind about what vehicle to buy. We walked out of Tracy Nissan very please and happy with our purchase.The sales manager Victor was the second person we met at the time to purchase. He is a very experienced person not only as a manager but widely knowledgeable about many things.It was definitely a pleasure making business with them. We left that place with a smile on our faces and very satisfied thanks to the help of these two gentlemen Elias and Victor.Thank you for serving our Tracy city.

I came to Tracy Nissan not knowing what kind of car I wanted, just a price range and mileage preference. Nathalie helped me and instantly it felt like talking to a friend. I never felt pressured throughout the entire process. She worked with me on the price and allowed me time to weigh options and think it over. Buying a car can be a daunting process, and she definitely made me feel heard and made the experience enjoyable.Victor helped me with financing, and was very friendly. I like that he went over add-ons and packages, but there was never any pressure to buy.The entire team was very helpful and friendly. Personal stories were shared, tips and tricks, I felt like they really had my back. Hoping this car lasts forever. But I d definitely come back to purchase another and refer any friends to them.

We walked in and just looking around. Robert who approached and assisted us. We looked at different cars and drive test all three. Robert was not bothered at all when we were still undecided. Victor who then helped us when we finally found a vehicle. Robert and Victor provided all the information about the vehicles that we looked at. Victor who assisted us with all the pricing and affordable payment. Overall from the beginning to the end of the deal, Victor was very patience with our decision and not even forcing us to buy. He cared about how much we can afford and to fit our budget. Tracy Nissan is a go to place when you look for your next vehicle. A+ to customer service that they provided.Thank you! We walked out here and seeing the biggest smile from daughter is priceless. The process took awhile, but it was worth it.Kudos to Victor, Robert, Jason (Manager), and Joseu! Keep up the good work!

We went in today to look at some cars. Valentino stepped up to help us right away. He gave awesome customer service and was able to answer every question with confidence. We then reviewed the financing with Josue. He was a pleasure to work with and seemed to know his job like the back of his hand. They both were very professional and efficient. We ended up purchasing a 2019 Subaru Crosstrek and we are excited about the purchase and just happy with the overall experience. We will definitely be keeping you in mind if the opportunity to refer comes about. -Ben & Denise.

I was impressed by how the staff stepped in and helped their coworkers who were relatively new at their position. Everyone was courteous, professional and I never felt pressured into anything. They were all great but I was particularly impressed with Robert, I think he s the Sales Manager. He was very knowledgeable of the products and even sensed I didn t like something. He even knew why I didn t like it.Again, Tim, Robert, Victor, Josue (I think) and Natalie were terrific at their respective jobs and helpful with one another. If I m in the market for another vehicle anytime soon, I ll strongly consider Tracy Nissan.

We purchased a 2023 Nissan Rogue today at Tracy Nissan. Victor assisted us and was very informative and helpful. This is our fourth Nissan we have purchased and our second from Tracy Nissan, very happy with their service. Definitely recommend Tracy Nissan.

My experience was much less than ideal. I was hoping for transparency during my transaction, I did not receive that. I insisted on coming back the next day to sign final paperwork, but I was denied. I was promised the paperwork would be done very soon, and that I could be on my way.( I had a newborn daughter at home and staying all afternoon was not an option.). The manager, Robert, added several extras to the price of the vehicle that were never disclosed to me. He kept bringing out a blank sheet of paper with monthly payment estimates scribbled here and there. The interest rate I would be paying was not immediately disclosed either. I had to ask. The salesperson played dumb and acted as if he had no clue why the price of the vehicle suddenly increased so much. Adding extras without my consent was just awful. I finally said I needed to go home and I was given paperwork to sign electronically from my home. By signing at home, I was not given the opportunity to have each, and every thing explained to me as they should have been.One star, is because I got a vehicle. The experience, the increased price of the vehicle (because of the tacked- in extras), the overall disregard for me and my need to get home to my newborn, and the lack of transparency was very, very disappointing.The other star is for Victor in financing. He was pleasant to work with.

I called spoke to Marco gave him all my info so I can walk out with my 2024 Altima SR. He kept me in the loop told me he had numbers that fit what I was asking and he made it happen I was so excited. Be customer service from start to finish from his whole team. If you re looking for a car stop at the Nissan dealer in Tracy and ask for Marco.

I wouldn t buy another Nissan nor bring here for service. Service rep/technician are not well trained. If you plan to keep it stock then you might be in luck but if you plan to change anything then they will void your warranty. I was being told that my Nissan accessory was aftermarket and it voids warranty and when I pointed out that it was a Nissan part number then he changed to I have larger tires so that s going t to void warranty. It might be just this dealer my first time here they took 4 hrs to do oil change. It was on the lift for 3 hrs. Nissan sells you a truck but don t want you to use it. Just baby it and keep it on the pavement.

Robert, the manager, was also very accommodating and patient. They made the car buying process much less hectic than previous experiences we have had elsewhere.

Nissan Tracy treated me with respect and professionalism compared to dealerships that try to force numbers and packages down your throat without logical reasoning. Troy and Thomas got us through acceptable numbers that fit for our budget. Daniel was super personable. He was easy to talk to and got us through the entire process feeling like long time friends.
