This guys did a outstanding job with the installation of a lifting kit for my truck, I has a Toyota 4runner the guys installed a 3 inch lift kid (fox 2.5 shocks and coilovers + JBA upper control arms) and leveling the truck, the 4runner looks awesome and thanks to the guys for the great service, Patrick is very helpful when it comes to mechanical advice and he also provides a great customer service, everybody on the shop are friendly and knowledgeable.I highly recommend this repair shop.

Tracy Mufler and auto is the worst auto shop in the area. There is no professionalism. They installed the wrong parts on my front wheel suspension and instead of fixing the problem they lied to me, said they made adjustments. Now my front wheel is in danger of breaking off. My truck has been down for a month, for a job that can be done in one day. DO NOT bring your vehicle to Tracy Muffler and Auto.Service: Tires

Had a great experience! Patrick, Lamont and team were courteous! Did a nice job taking care of my RS Camaro, which is my baby! Yes, I love my car and they treated us with great care! I'll refer and use their services again! Thanks guys, appreciate it!

This place is a joke if you get your cars worked on here make sure you(yourself) check what your paying for charging like $400 on labor on parts they didn't even installed plus charged me for the new parts they didnt install.... see for yourself carlos since you said that couldn't be seen without raising the truck and even if that was the case ... the only legit charge there is the new tires

I was referred to Tracy Muffler/Michael by a friend. The negative reviews almost scared me off until I saw he was the new owner with some good reviews and decided to go with him. We are SO GLAD WE DID! Our RV catalytic converter was cut out and stolen 1 week before a planned trip in it. Called Michael Monday morning, told him our situation and he was on it, got the parts in next day and it was done on Wednesday! He was so prompt, responsive, kind (& dealt with our insurance) the whole way through. I took a handful of his cards and will share our excellent experience with everyone we know. Update- the work done by this place is still causing us problems. Since they "fixed" our car the hood won't completely shut and the work they did caused one of the front tires to rub against something. We were told by a real mechanic that we would need some sort of kit to fix the problem. He also told us the people who did the original work had no clue what they were doing since a transmission should be removed from the bottom, and whatever was done to our car to cause the issue would only be done if something was being taken out from the top. Again, these people are not professionals. Take your car somewhere else or you'll leave with more problems than you went in with.This dump botched my original transmission replacement after taking a month to do the actual work. They were closed for covid and got shipped the wrong transmission. All of that seemed plausible until we brought it back 5 weeks ago. They haven't been open or taken my calls in over 2 weeks. I'm currently there as I write this and nobody is here. Never been through anything like this. Worst experience I've ever gone through as a consumer

Brought in my 2007 Rx-8 to get a resonator and muffler delete. Very fast and great service. They make you feel very welcome and take great care of their customers. You can t beat their quality and prices anywhere else in the area.

Don't waste your time like I did. Had taken my car in because another mechanic diagnosed a exhaust leak. First impression wasn't good, since I scheduled appointment for when they opened & had to wait for the owner to show up over 45 minutes. They confirmed there was a problem, but couldn't see me until the following week due to being backlogged. I said no problem & made the appointment. Next week comes along & I dropped off my car the day before so they could see it first thing in the morning as instructed. Waited to hear from them & nothing. Called several times & finally got through on the 5th try. Come to find out they didn't even know my car was there & thier exhaust specialist was on leave. Would have been one thing if they had told me that when I dropped my car off, but instead, I wasted most of my day waiting and still had no idea what was wrong with my car. Took it to a place in Manteca & they assessed the problem and made all repairs the same day for half the cost of "replacing the exhaust manifold" like I had been quoted the first time I had gone in.Service: Exhaust

I was totally happy with the service and how professional Patrick was he took the time to explain the questions that I had. My catalytic converter was stolen in front of my house they did work in a timely manner to get my truck back to me. Thank you Patrick. I recommend Tracy Muffler.

DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE, EVEN IF IT IS THROUGH YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY. The owner, whom is bald, was incredibly rude when I went to go pick up my vehicle. My car runs HORRIBLE after getting services done here. It makes noises I ve never heard before.The workers verbally harassed/catcalled several women nearby. When I was in line, the owner, bald dude, appeared to be accepting stolen catalytic converters for cash. Other reviews here are saying this place takes money from insurance, BUT DOESN T DO ANYTHING AT ALL. This place is 100% suspicious and do not take your property here. I needed a new catalytic converter for my car. They replaced mine and left my wires hanging underneath my car so not even two months later I drove up to Reno from Tracy and my car got stuck on donner pass in the middle of the night while it was snowing. I could have died. My car literally went out while I'm on the freeway and it's because they didn't clip my wires back up.After speaking with the owner, he did not care or try to correct the situation in anyway. After giving them $2000, the wouldn't reimburse me for the damages of $385 that should've been so much more.

Went there for a coupon in a add for a/c service for 49.99. Said inspection of a/c system recover and recharge up to 1 lb of Freon. but it didn't work. Then my car had a bum compressor so it would hold Freon. So I paid 85.00 for something i already knew. Other places said they would do the diagnose for free. I just went here cause of the coupon but it didnt work wish I had gone to the other place. Disappointed. Waste of time and money. I hate taking my car anywhere better off just working on it myself. Can't trust any mechanic as far as im concerned.

Me and my wife wanted to buy a used 2018 Durango from the local Chevy Dealer. We heard a few small clicks and decided to have a pre buy inspection dome here. They squeezed us in late at 430 and still were very professional and thorough. They were able to duplicate and locate the sound that the car was making. And provide a printout for the dealership to have and review. There was a small transmission leak and the brake brwxlets were losses and rusted.. somehow. Sonwe took that information back to the dealership. Efficient, fast and seemed very knowledgeable and trustworthy/experienced.Services: Transmission, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes

I had damaged my GMC 2500 HD tail pipe after talking to Patrick I chose Tracy Muffler. The quote was fair and they did what they said in the time they said. Professional polite customer service from start to finish. I would recommend them and will give them return buissness.

Attempted to use their business. The hours on their website says open until 6 but the business phone doesn't have a voicemail and nobody answered my call. Sent an email to schedule an appointment but nobody has gotten back to me.

Brought in my 2014 BMW 535i to do a muffler and resonator delete and they exceeded my expectations!! They did AMAZING work and it sounds so good! Will be back again for more work done!!

I went there yesterday to put Black Exhaust Tips to my C5 Corvette and this guy did very poor job . Tips are not align straight that they look bad .There is damage to the car and the tips .
