When I ordered a blank OEM key for my Honda motorcycle at PartZilla, I thought it won't be a big deal to cut it at any local locksmith. Oh boy, was I wrong...Many locksmiths won't even try to cut it if they don't have software support for your brand/model and send you straight to the dealershipGuys at Tracy Lock & Safe told me to bring my motorcycle in so we can test the duplicate and if it doesn't work, I don't owe them anything and my only loss would be a spoiled blank for $20. Great deal! I would've totally expected a non-refundable deposit insteadWell, it took time for the locksmith to cut it manually, but the key worked flawlessly and it looks 100% identical to laser cut high-tech original - and only at a fraction of dealership duplicate key price

I locked my keys in the car and felt like a completely idiot! I called and spoke with Yalani and she was so nice!! It was great to hear a friendly voice after being so hard on myself for locking my keys in the car lol. She told me it would be a 2-3 hour wait but Jesse showed up within 10min. Jesse was amazing!!! He was so nice and easy going and reassured me that I indeed was not an idiot for doing this, that it happens lol. Honestly I m glad I locked my keys in the car. God blessed me to come across two amazing souls in a world full of cruel people. Whoever is the owner and boss should feel very honored to have these two apart of their team! Thank you so much again!!

Tim is an honest and true professional with patience. He is an expert in his field. There prices are also fair and if they cant solve the problem, there is no charge. That s Confidence!!! I do highly recommend him and his services.

I got my honda civic key fob wet, i called the honda dealership who did not have any in stock and was on back order, they recommended tracy lock and safe and my goodness they deserve more than 5 stars! They fortunately had my key fob i needed in the store! Dan and Jesse took care of me immediately, same day everything, but what surprised me was just how nice and just stellar customer service they were so kind and understanding to my situation everything was taken care of so professionally and so throughly i didnt mind the price they got me out of weeks of waiting and inconvience thank you guys!

The locksmith that came out named Russell, was great!! Rare car to lose a key, but they finally made it happen after 3 days!! $280!!!!! ....KEY fob for another car, (the actual locksmith), at the shop, couldn't replace a battery, he didn't know how!!!? Nice people though. Oct 12th 2022, update, got battery for key fob n it installed, cost less then $25!

Needed some keys made. Not ordinary keys. They were professional and quick. Not cheap for what I needed but they all worked perfectly. Can t get it done at home depot. Good folks.

Made an appointment to have them come out and have keys made around 2-3pm. They didn t arrive to that time period so I called and another person said they would be here for sure by 4. Person didn t show up so they had no other option but to schedule me the next day.Poor service and judgement.

Responsive, honest, and will get your problem taken care of. Someone stole our truck key and Tracy Lock & Safe sent someone to make another truck key came out to us to program to truck! Saved me money for towing to dealership!

Best Locksmith !!Last week my door in my house was locked and key was suddenly broken. I called them and Ryan attended the call, he was very professional in talk and he send the technician in 30 mins to fix the issue. I will definitely recommend them for their amazing service.

The person assisting us for locks with a missing key was great. He gave us a few options and suggestions and let us choose what we wanted. His flexibility was very helpful. Great place.

Scheduled a 9:00 am appointment and tech never showed up or called and 45 min later I called to find out what was going on then I was informed that the tech had another emergency call and would be another 45 min before he could come out . Never thought about a courtesy call to let me know instead stood me up and wasted my time . I would never call them again or refer them to anyone !!!

Dude was rude giving me prices that are more expensive than a dealership trying to charge me for a chipped key when there's no chip in key. Owner rude rushed off phone if I could give negative stars he would have 5

Gentleman that made my key was nice enough. Lady at counter was abrupt and not friendly. Like what do u want. But they made my keys so I would go back.

Tracy lock & safe is great. I go there to get copies of my keys, there selection is great, and they even do copies of car keys. Thank you guys at Tracy Lock.

Great customer service, feels like a small town shop. Prices are not the best but they can do just about anything that deals with keys, safes, locks.

these guys never called me back after 2 days I called multiple times and the response was we will tell the tec to put a rush on it or sorry will have someone call you back asap here i am 2 days later nothing?

This place is horrible. Today, the technician called me that he was going to be here in 25 minutes, but never showed up and wasted my time more than an hour. No call and no apology. Sad story.

Remove an old busted key from my tonneau cover and made me a new one. Friendly, nice , fast and only 15 bucks !!!!

Called this number first because it's called TRACY lock. Was informed it would cost 125 and that they are "45 minutes out"As in, not in Tracy apparently.

The most ridiculously outrageous prices around. Go anywhere else. $130 to clone the chip in a new key. It's literally two minutes work.

Do some calling around. They are more expensive than dealership and charges double the price for a trip charge.
