Tracy Glass was referred to us by our bathroom contractor and the recommendation was well deserved. They did a great job of setting expectations and completing our shower glass installs beautifully. I have used Tracy Glass Shop on several occasions and I have always been pleased with work. They are reliable, reasonable and their work is outstanding. Great customer service from the office to out in the field. I highly recommend them. Look at the shower doors they replaced for me. See the before and after. I love my new shower doors

Tracy Glass is fantastic! They came to measure our storefront right away (for free), gave us the best quote, amazing customer service, ordered and installed our glass within days (not weeks). Took them 30 minutes to clean, remove the old, and install the new. I glad we didn't go with what our neighbouring store owners picked...it has been 2 weeks and they still don't have their storefront fixed. If you need any glass, call Tracy Glass (under new management)

We had our shower in the master bathroom replaced with a black frame shower. The guys came out and were done within a few hours. They were extremely professional and the shower is gorgeous! We are so excited and are very pleased with how the upgrade made our bathroom look brand new. Thank you Tracy Glass Shop!

Tracy Glass Shop saved our business thousands of dollars in losses by showing up within hours to replace our window!The team was very accommodating and worked with us on great pricing for a higher grade commercial glass than what was here before.Now we are contracting them to add some decorative custom glass to our home.They have earned our trust and business, we highly recommend Tracy Glass Shop!!

I had a great experience working with the Tracy Glass Shop and will be returning to them for all my glass needs going forward. They installed an amazing floor to ceiling shower enclosure to complete my master bath remodel and I couldn't be happier with the work, the glass, the price, and the team involved with the install. I highly recommend TGS to everyone!

So happy with our experience at Tracy Glass Shop! They installed three frameless shower door surrounds, including a special sand blasted privacy door. Highly recommend! Timely, friendly, and professional!

Dave and Renee were beyond helpful! I was out of town and needed a window and glass replaced on a sliding door. They promptly went out to measure, had the glass ordered and installed within a five day period. Very competitive pricing and very streamlined, personal service. Grateful!

We just had all of the windows replaced in our home. I had been looking for someone to install windows for over 5 years. Within 2 weeks of coming out to measure, new windows were in! Finally, a business that got back to me in a timely manner, answered my questions, got an estimate together so that l could get the job done. And we are very happy with the windows as well as the way the install went.

I have had the pleasure of working with Tracy Glass the past few months and have been very pleased with the service and products they offer. Fair minded, great prices, conscientious workers, on time for appointments; if you need window work in the greater Stockton, Tracy or Modesto area, this is the place to check first.

Always great service and friendly. This time needed sliding screen door bottom runner and she went right behind the office and is this what you need? Yep, in and out very quickly even with us having a fun conversation. Never a bad experience.

The guys were verY nice but there was a few things I didn t like1. They re no carful to details, they kept slamming the door ever time the would go in and out the house.2. They don t clean very good when they re done.3. The glue they put on the windows is everywhere, very messy.4. The most important they were not wearing MASKS for safety due to COVID-19 I really think they should wear them at all times.Other then that they are nice and very fast. I would give them 4 stars but not today due to the things mention.

Gosh, what can I say my experience seems to be similar to others. I called them to question a change order and the person literally blew his stack. Mind you I was just questioning - not saying that we were going to go ahead and do it.I didn't learn until later that they had done work previously at this job site and were thought of as having done a very poor job as well as this person having an irascible temper. Apparently when this person was complained about the response was oh that's the owner.So it makes sense that the business is so small when that's how they interact with their clientele. And the comeback of we're one of the few glass services in Tracy tells us we need to look outside of Tracy. We're not on an island.
