Had my car worked on here after my fender bender. Great work and looked like new and functioned like new for my trunk. Honest about how long it would take and informed me about the cost upfront and a long the way. Great customer care and service. Will definitely come back and worked my insurance to cover most of my cost of repair.

Best body shop in town for sure. Couldn t be happier with the work Armin and his team did on my car. Perfect, as if nothing ever happened. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone I know if they need quality work.

Great experience and work from this shop. My estimator Keyon communicated thoroughly and kept me updated. Got my car back quickly and in the time that they said they would. These people are great. They are certified and did an impeccable job on our F-Type R. We used them again when someone backed into my wife s Range Rover and when my Toyota got hit at the airport. Whether you have a Kia or a Ferrari you can trust them to take care of it.

Excellent service done on the repairs on my vehicle. Took longer than expected, but you can't control parts being delivered. They always kept us updated on the status and called as soon as it was ready. Thank you for the great work and dealing with my insurance. Looks like a new car again.

Let me tell you why I am a returning customer and will be until I move from the area if i ever do. Feb 2021 I rear ended a person, it was my fault, and my car was bad. I read the reviews and simply told the tow truck driver to leave my Durango there. The next morning I go in before work, I meet Sal who is simply the best. He told me my car might be a complete total but wasn't sure until they looked at it. My insurance company wanted to total my car and give me pennies. I literally cried to Sal saying I can't replace my car with what they want to give me, Sal went to bat for me. Got my insurance to fix my car and my car came back looking amazing and drove like nothing happened. Fast forward 6 months, I was rear ended and that totaled out my Durango.I purchased a 2020 Durango RT and love in, March 23 I was rear ended in my new car. Once again I go to Tracy Collision. The work they do on their vehicles is amazing. You cannot tell my car was ever rear ended and she looks brand new.Tracy Collision and Sal do what is right by their customers. They never made me feel stupid for asking questions or anything. We ended up at Tracy Collision through a referral from my guy at Tracy Chevrolet. We had great service. Reuben gave us options and then we asked for his recommendation. Even though the job was a little pricey for us, it didn't seem as though he was trying to take us to the bank. He was very up front with us even giving us recommendations on care after the job was completed. Received the vehicle back earlier than expected and it looked really good. Yes, I would use them again if I had to.......

For how expensive they are they do not do a great job. Just out to get as much money as they can, that s all they care about. On top of that if the insurance doesn t give that much money (like progressive) they won t accept it, such greed.

I had a little fender bender and right away, I knew that I would be taking my car to Tracy Collision (TC). I know and trust the Ghorbani's and their skilled team. They are fair and go above and beyond to get the job done right.TC was in constant contact with me during my repairs to keep me updated. Really, I heard more from TC than my own insurance carrier. They kept me in the loop when additional damage was found and really worked with my insurance carrier to get my car looking excellent. They did such a good job!!!!Seriously the best shop in all of the extended east bay area and beyond. Worth the drive from ALAMEDA to get there.I highly recommend Tracy Collision to all my friends. As all these other reviews have already stated, this shop rocks.

USAA has always sent me to Cooks - I stopped by Tracy Collision because of their new clean looking building - My visit was a none insurance issue. I wanted to see if their dent wizard could remove some dents from the truck. The wizard was not happy with his work and did not charge Tracy Collision so they did not charge me, I understood the risk in the beginning. When funds become available I will return to have the body work done. Treated very wellService: Body & Trim

This place is a scam, the managers there are the rudest people I've come across. They don't know how to do business in any professional manner. All they care about is stealing money from you and your insurance company just to put into their own pockets. If you value your time, money, and vehicle you will stay away from this place. The bald manager (never gave me his name) was the worst of them all. I had to put the one star to post the review, but it doesn't even deserve that.

To accurately describe Tracy Collision, my best suggestion is to combine exceptional customer service; knowledgeable and up-to-date automobile bodywork expertise; ethical and honest business practices, and a passion to achieve a perfect final result. In other words, they are amazing at what they do. Every business could learn operational skills from Tracy Collision. Their success is not by accident (no pun intended). Rather, their success is from years of experience.When my Lexus required repair due to an accident, there was no hesitation about where I would take it to have the work done. When the work was completed, my vehicle looked beautiful and new again. On top of that, I didn't have to deal with any issues from my insurance company. Tracy Collision handled everything! It was a painless transaction which rendered better than expected results.Armin and Lori have been working their entire adult life in this industry and clearly their focus is on performing quality work and customer service. To achieve enduring success, they know the importance of surrounding themselves with a team having the same work ethics, principles, and values as they do. Mediocrity is not an option.Importantly, Tracy Collision will provide the same high quality service to a Ford Fiesta as they do to a Mercedes Benz. They know that irrespective of the make, every vehicle they work on is important and that attitude translates to valuing every vehicle owner. I know this to be true because I overheard Lori interacting with a Fiesta owner and she was just as kind and sincere as she was to me! In my opinion, that speaks volumes of Tracy Collision.To summarize, the repairs to my Lexus are amazing and the ease of the transaction unbelievably unexpected. I would award 10 stars if I could.Thank you everyone at Tracy Collision and specifically, Lori and Armin!

Being in an accident is stressful enough. Tracy Collision was our second choice. Not one regret with that decisionExcellent customer service from beginning to end. Sal took care of me and my car.

Figured third time was the charm. Went in to get an estimate (again)...should ve learned the first two times. I already know what s wrong and he still wanted the vehicle there. The other two times time vehicle was there and still dealt with the same individual. This is the third time I ve requested an estimate from this company (different quotes for different reasons). I always get the same cocky young kid. Every time I leave there I am always 1000 times more frustrated than when I came in. I like to keep my business local but I won t be going here for anything ever again.

I received my car back from Tracy Colision Center yesterday afternoon. I am so pleased with the whole experience, that I could not wait to write this review. My interaction with repair/body shops in the past has been minimal. I cannot say that I have had a bad experience. After working with Tracy colision center, I realized that there is a whole other level of professionalism and service, that many service related companies are falling short of. Tracy colision center made me feel completely comfortable and confident in their ability to get my car back on the road. I had to have my car back for work, and Mario made sure to meet my deadline, with time to spare. As far as the condition of my vehicle. I am amazed at how spectacular my car looks. I am a very detail oriented person, who is very meticulous about caring for my vehicles. Tracy colision center met and exceeded every one of my expectations, while still meeting my deadline. Thank you to Mario and all those who made it happen for me. If you have the chance to use Tracy Colision Center, you will not be disappointed!

Took in my lexus for rear end fix. We came in and paid for the the repair. They gave us the keys and said your vehicle is on the side have a good day. What a crappie delivery of a vehicle. Upon inspection of the vehicle a few issues were found. Bumper is a little loose and you can still see the dent. The woman helping me did not care. She was even proud to say shes new and still learning but boasted about knowing,"that's the way they repair bumper covers instead of replacing them". F-

Maybe they deal primarily with insurance claims, but I went in there for a quote on a brand new bumper primered already and was quoted 1000.00. Thought it was pretty high for a paint job considering it was for a small car

My experience with Tracy Collision was a very honest, pleasant, professional, and satisfying experience. I felt that Armin and his team exceeded my expectations of what to expect from a collision repair shop. As a certified mechanic myself I hold a very high expectation of any business related to the automotive industry, to the highest standard imaginable. Tracy collision fulfilled those expectations by sharing there knowledge and performing exceptional work. Armin understood any concerns that plagued me through the process. Armin even went as far as fighting my insurance company for the use of oem parts on my truck, since I didn't have an oem endorsement in my insurance policy. Armin truly understood when I told him that I could never afford a Lamborghini and that my truck is my lamborghini. Thats the kind of service I received from Tracy collision, I would definitely recommend Tracy collision.

They repaired my damage last year 2014 and I am looking at them again this year. Yes, another hit...What I appreciate is that they did a bit of touch-up on a rock hit that was no where hear my damage. Big thumbs up!
