Nice to have a business that you can trust! We have been bringing our trailer here for various things for a few years now and great service. There is also a retail shop inside as well. Highly recommend Roger's !!

Just had our trailer in for warranty and upgrade work and are extremely happy with everything we had done. Ryan was very helpful from in making sure everything that could be covered was and in making sure everything was 100% to our satisfaction. Zero complaints. They are amazing! Had my jacks installed my tanks replaced and some electrical dome. They have always made sure I made it to my next camping trip. Great place to go!

I recently had repair work done there very helpful staff when it came to dealing with the service contract . also very helpful service tech. Thee work performed was good quality and the finish work was better than I expected will use them again if the need arises

This family run business is excellent. Knowledgeable staff, speedy service, a great place to store your trailer and pick up ready to go. We have dealt with them for over 15 years, purchased a new trailer, sold a trailer through them and have had them do repairs on a used trailer we purchased. Time and again they have come through for us. Give them a try!

The people here are great and always are willing to help me. They happily answer my questions, no matter how silly they may be. Their prices are fair. I now store my little pop-up trailer there now. I'm sure you'll be happy with Roger's.

Small town neighborhood service in the greater bay area. Armando, Ryan, and team were knowledgable, happy to answer questions, and eager to take a look at problems without the 'big city' way of 'first you need to talk to the service writer, then you need to drop it off for a week, then take a call from the service writer who spoke to the technician, etc...'. You get to interact with the people who are going to or are working on your home away from home.The person helping at the parts area, interesting experience again not what one wouldn't be expected at a small town shop except this is in the middle of the SF bay area. For the size of the parts/accessories area, they got a lot packed in there, and they knew exactly where everything was. Could you save a couple of bucks buying online? Yeah, but nothing like being able to go in, match up the part to verify, and getting it then and there on the spot to get you back on the road again!

I was introduced to you Paul and Ryan through the original owner of our trailer that we purchased. He had originally purchased the trailer in 2010 from Rogers. I found they are an excellent team and do high quality work. I have since learned they will do work that most other places will not do. I am happy to highly recommend Roger's camping trailers or any work that needs to be done on your RV or trailer.

We needed a new, very specific item for our RV and Roger's was able to get the part overnighted for us. No other RV business we contacted could come close. It was either this part will work or it will be a week or more.

Thus far I have been treated right by this family operated business. All employees have been courteous and very professional. I will definitely be returning for service to have my RV for maintenance and or any repairs.

Worst customer service I've had. I went to ask for a lock for a truck bed cover, the lady at the register was Rude . Not helpful at all like it sais on the feedbacks. I'll never go back, it's a store that won't help you to get what you need, and they don't even know what they really have to offer
