I'll start by saying this was our 4th RV purchase, so I'm not new to the game. This was by far our worst experience with any dealership. We were specifically looking for an Intech travel trailer, which unfortunately are sold by very few dealerships. My family and I traveled to this location 3 hours away from our home because their website had all of the models we were looking for in stock. Upon arriving, they were all already sold. A couple of them were still on the lot so the sales associate offered to walk us through them. It was obvious this sales person had zero knowledge of these trailers apart from reading the brochure I'm sure. When my wife asked if we could turn the dinette into a bed, he said it wasn't possible with this trailer... what rv dinette doesn't turn into a bed!? Anyways, the sales person tells me we can order the model we want and it will take 3 months with a $500 refundable deposit. We spec out the trailer to how we want, we give them the info for our trade. Sales manager comes back and says they can order it with a $2,000 non refundable deposit and it will take 6 weeks. Clearly not on the same page. The sales manager refused to give me a solid offer on my trade while we were there, he explained he needed to get some bids on it and they would call me back later that day to finish everything. My family and I left, never received a call. Two days went by, and I called them back, and they acted like they never recalled the situation. He took down my trade in info again and said he would call back shortly. No call back. I called back 2 days later and I could hear the frustration in his voice saying I already told you I'm waiting on some bids. Honestly what kind of dealership doesn't want to make a sale? I shouldn't be the one hunting you down! Needless to say we ended up going to a dealership even further away out of state and was able to accomplish everything all in one day with a very professional sales team even though we ended up paying more than we might have at Nohr's. If you can avoid this dealership I absolutely would.

The Nohr s RV team exceeded our expectations on the purchase of our Nash trailer. Our sales rep, Anthony, was responsive and made sure the sale and final details rolled out smoothly. Russell and Daniel gave us a comprehensive walk through, helping us with replacement of our trailer ball so we were certain to have a safe tow. Lastly, Robb took care of the paperwork efficiently and professionally. We can t wait to head out on the road!

Brought out camper to get fixed under warranty in Mid November. Had to call multiple times to attempt to get an update with no response multiple times. We were told end of December that things were approved and parts should be shipping soon. Then radio silence again. Ended up calling forest river corporate who said that claim was never approved due to blurry pictures being sent. They had apparently attempted to get in contact with Nohrs to get new photos. Ended up picking our trailer up today not fixed to take to a different dealer. Informed service department of conversation with forest river, no answers and RV was left dirty. Feeling very frustrated about being lied to about the status of our RV and lack of interest in getting it fixed.

We purchased our InTech Discover at Nohr's. Ours Sales person was Kyle. We live out of town and he was able to set the whole transaction up for us so all we had to do was show up, sign some papers and take it home. He was very informative and stayed in contact with us the whole time with updates while we waited for our trailer to be delivered to Nohr's and while it was being prepped for our pick up. Kyle made the purchase of our first travel trailer seamless. Thank You!!!

Utilized their text messaging for a possible service question today. I had gotten no response back. Definitely not a good business practice to offer a service and not respond. I'll go spend my time and money elsewhere. They lost me as a potential customer.

First, this is no reflection on Intech trailers. Nohr s salesperson I would give a 1 at best. Knowledge of the trailer was lacking. If you are going to sell a product, at least know what you are selling. I knew more after watching a couple of YouTube videos. Next, when it came down to the final pricing, Nohr s threw in a $2000 shipping charge and $900 dollar prep fee. I stated the salesperson did not mention that prior to finance. The salesperson said he did and basically said I was wrong. Even if he did mention the two added charges, he should have been more accepting to the misunderstanding, not, he the salesperson, did mention the added charges and I was wrong. In the end, it was the price of the trailer and $450 for dealer prep of the trailer. Now this creates the more issues.Second, if you charge for a service, i.e., dealer prep, then you should receive services charge. It was noted to mount the propane tank. Nohr s wanted to local the tank on the opposite side of the slide out kitchen. Again, I had to pull up pictures on my phone showing the propane tank mounted next to the slide out kitchen. The propane hose included was fitted for the tank to be next to the slide out kitchen. Nohr s wanted to mount the tank opposite of the kitchen and stated just buy a longer hose. WHAT!Third, Intech point of sale states you can use a 1 pound tank or a 20 pound propane tank for the stove. On this issue I go back to the $450 prep service charge of the trailer. Nohr s stated part of the service was to test and check for gas leaks. Fast forward to the first morning of our trip and I started to get ready to use the stove for pancakes. I go to hook up a 1 pound tank and I cannot because a fitting was missing. So, I wounder how you can test for leaks when the fitting is missing. I did call Intech and they said the fitting was included.Last, prepping and reviewing the trailer was included in the $450 service charge. The person in charge of showing how to use and maintain the trailer lacked knowledge of the trailer. He lacked on how to setup the 270 degree awing, how to store the fold out bed; when he was completed there were extra straps and said he did not know where they went and addition to, he did not inform me of the maintenance needed on the lug nuts; needing to be torque after so many miles. The label was next to one of the tires on the trailer. The license plate holder had special screw fittings so the plate would fit snug next to the wall of the trailer. One screw was correct and the second must have been lost and they use just a nut and bolt. The plate stuck out and looks tacky. After I brought the trailer home, my wife looked at the window and there is no way they were cleaned. In conclusion, Nohr s pricing was misleading and slide-of-hand. Dealer prep was dismal. Buyer beware.

Everyone involved during the purchase of our trailer were friendly and professional. We drove up from San Diego to purchase and everything went smooth.

I have been to this establishment several times. Each time I come in and stand at the desk or ask for assistance the female at the front desk says that she will call for another person to assist me. I wait for about 15 minutes before I get frustrated and just walk out. The people inside just walk around and ignore me like I'm not even there. Today I camebin to purchase a refrigerator for my RV with no assistance at all. I waited for Donna to come out to assist me with no luck after the lady at the front desk said that she would call and have Donna to assist me. I'm not sure if they didn't believe that I had the cash to purchase or just what but, someone not of color walked in and they immediately asked if they could help them. I'm not real big on the race thing and try to never see things this way but this was so in your face and crazy that it infuriated me. They never have to worry about me returning to purchase anything. I will drive to the end of the earth to get what I need or just purchase a new RV before returning.

I just completed the purchase of a small Little Guy Max trailer intended to be our home from home during retirement travels. I had a great experience at Nohr's. Kyle was our salesman. He was responsive, knowledgeable and we couldn't ask for a more professional and easy to work with person. The whole buying experience was great, especially as it was conducted in a completely "non pushy" manner. I highly recommend using Nohrs if you are looking for an RV or trailer.

Super helpful staff. When doing the walkthrough for the TAXA Mantis they were very knowledgeable about the RV and explained everything in detail. If you are thinking about getting an RV and live in the Bay Area, this is the place to go!

I was hoping to leave a good review and share a good experience, since we had a good salesman which is Kyle. However it has been a completely the opposite.I am very upset with tough out come of this purchase.1-. We purchase an 2022 RV on march 08th 2023, paid it full in cash in hopes to be able to use this beautiful vacational RV for this upcoming spring and summer vacations 2023. Unfortunately those were nothings but hopes, since the situacion changed dramatically and became into a nightmare.2-. The day we agreed on picking up (march 08th, 2023) the trailer from Nohr's Rv Center located in 2450 Toste Rd, Tracy, CA, 95377, we had to hire an special driver so he can help us deliver this huge Rv to our home located in San Leandro area, (not Nohr's business just for context). 2 days later after purchased we came to realized that it had a mayor electrical issue. We tried to get in contact with Nohr's customer service multiple times and with differents departments base on the information they provide it for us. Unfortunately nobody was able to help us on finding a solution in regards to this issue.3-. After 2 weeks of waiting with no response they finally reach out to us, to schedule an appointment for us to be able to drop off the RV back to their location in Tracy, meaning we would have to hire a second person to drop off the RV to their facilities, then they proceeded to inform us that their next appointment for us was just for inspection would be for June 14th, 2023, bassically 3 months later from the purchase date, meaning we wouldn't have access to use it. Keep in mind this is a brand new trailer we had recently purchased, where we were informed that it had no issues.4-. We had to hire an electrician by our own, for him to be able to diagnose where the electrical problem was coming from. We find out that the whole trailer electrical power was damage and unfortunately won't work with a normal electricity.Thankfully our electrician help us resolve this issue after of course paying him for his service and electrical job $5000.00. We had to spend unnecessary money to resolve this problem, since already had plans to travel for vacations. We are very upset with this situation and are hoping they can provide better customer service for futures clients, since we know how hard it is to have to go through this whole situation.

I tried to order parts specific to arctic fox.I communicated by email twice then 3 phone calls. Each phone call I was told the parts guy was out but would get back to me. They never did. 1 star...

We just purchased our first travel trailer from Nohr's and we have extremely satisfied with our entire buying experience. Mike, the salesman, was informative, accommodating, and patient. Chris, the finance manager, was helpful and kind and he made the paperwork process as seamless as possible. Roberto, the service technician who completed the walk-through with us, was genuine and took the time to explain everything that we had any questions about. Leanna, the service manager, worked with us to replace two damaged tires (not the dealership's fault, it was clearly a shipping issue) that we did not notice until just a few minutes before we left the lot. Almost everything that I have read about buying a travel trailer, even a new one, made me incredibly wary about the process, but I will say that the staff at Nohr's have certainly proven the critics wrong, in my view. I will note that I do not feel like we got an amazing deal for the unit that we purchased, we paid a fair market price, however I would trade the small amount more that we spent for good dealer who will operate professionally and ethically, as opposed to the experiences that I have read about other dealers. I would absolutely recommend Nohr's to those in the market for a new RV.

Update: The sales manager, Dave reached out to me after hearing I had a bad experience. He listened to my concerns and sent me a revised price quote for a trailer I was interested in ordering. Please be sure to communicate with the manager if you have a bad experience with one of the sales staff. Some of their staff are new and may not know everything about the process yet. After many days of wasted time working with Austin in sales at Nohr's RV in Tracy I've figured out that their dealership is charging $5k more for an Intech Explore than any of the other west coast dealerships There's a big demand for RVs and especially this trailer and they are exploiting that. When I asked Austin why they were charging $2,200 for freight and $1,200 for "dealer prep" on a 7x13 trailer and none of the other dealerships were I was told they are a small dealership and therefore have to make more profit off each RV they sell. In the next sentence he said he would work with me though because it's not just about the money for him. He then promptly ghosted me. No more returned phone calls or texts. I called today to talk to the sales manager and was told he wasn't there or available to talk to. When I asked that salesman about the pricing he laughed at me and said it would be fine with them if I ordered it somewhere else. Without a doubt the worst customer service I've dealt with when trying to buy something this costly. I have excellent credit and have never been treated so poorly by a business. Do yourself a favor and save yourself a headache and don't do any business with Nohr's RV in Tracy. They only want to do business with you if you are willing to pay whatever crazy amount they are asking. Also beware, they advertise one price and then add tons of exorbitant fees to it and tell you that they're the same fees all dealerships charge. This is not true, you will be ripped off.

I will never shop at Nohr's or recommend them to anyone. They were rude, added a 25% "market adjustment" plus a setup fee and $1,600 "transport" fee to the inTech Flyer Pursue I was looking at. The Pursue itself looked as though someone took it off roading and had dried mud on the tires and underside. They refused to show the factory sticker and when I suggested we negotiate the price, I was told that this wasn't the RV for me. ended up purchasing elsewhere and payed $6k less than what Nohr's wanted for the same RV.

Thanks Nohr's for kindly support for my first Camper trailer!Sales Even was very friendly and patiently explained and showed me many different campers. Service specialists, Steve, helped me fixing a problem of my breake control at the time of picking up and installed back up camera. And David, sales manager showed me all necessary items I need to have, he was very knowledgeable.I am very happy with their teams and services. I will recommend to anybody. And I feel like I have a expert on my back. Thanks Nohr's !!

I would give Nohr RV a zero if it weren t for our sales guy (Keith). He was great - went above and beyond to sell us the trailer and get it ready to go quickly. The rest of our experience was terrible. Financing is a joke - they jerk your around and give false promises. We have excellent credit and the best they could do was 5% over 72 months, even though we requested 60 months - really?!? I went through our credit union and got 3.9% over 60 months - no hassle, super easy! When I told Chris at Nohr, he said oh wait - we can match that and it ll make it easier on all of us . No thanks - should ve been honest in the first place! They also didn t tell us the RV would take 2 weeks to be ready to go off the lot. It was a basic RV... luckily Keith came through and we got it the next weekend. Also, don t expect any support after the sale. I called the service center 3 times with questions and left 3 messages - no return call!If possible, buy your RV somewhere else! If you must buy from Nohr, ask for Keith and get your financing secured somewhere else!

These people are awesome! Just bought a new Flagstaff 832bws from them. They were the only dealership around that was willing to order us a trailer the way we wanted it. Couldn t be happier with the trailer and the way their entire staff took care of everything. Very professional and friendly at the same time.

My husband and I recently bought a travel trailer here. The people were awesome! Jimmy was super helpful and answered all of our questions... even the ones I asked more than once! Cassie and Joe were great. We lived the atmosphere and the prices and the whole process was way less stressful than we imagined. I would definitely recommend anyone to try them first. You won't go anywhere else!!

We purchased a new 2018 trailer and new weight distribution hitch from Nohr's as part of a trade in. Their review of our old RV was very fair and we were happy with the value of our exchange. Our sales rep called a couple of weeks later to make sure we were happy, that was a new thing for me usually I don't hear from sales people after the sale is through. I really appreciate that attention to customers. The walkthrough of how the new hitch worked was good, especially some tips they had to make hooking up and disconnecting easier. The walkthrough on the trailer itself was fairly good, but they weren't able to answer all of our questions, I'd hope they would know the model a bit better. There was one issue with it, part of the original assembly. We called up the service department and they were able to look at it within a week and were able to fix it that day while I had breakfast next door. My wife and I were really happy with the friendliness and helpfulness of the service staff.

They promised the moon and gave me Swiss cheese. Worst customer service I ve ever received! The only good experience we had was from Burt the salesman. When we arrived there were a bunch of staff standing around talking. One salesman came up to help us and then decided he was going to help someone else and passed us on to Burt. We ended up finding a trailer and sat down to talk numbers. We never really got a straight answer and finance kept saying it will take a little bit longer. We spent all day there and multiple staff come up and tell us how great their reviews were and that they had great service. However due to it being Sunday they said they would try the banks tomorrow and call us (which is understandable). We told them we lived 3 hours away and they said no problem we will deliver for free. On Monday I got a text saying they had a bank but needed info so I sent it to them. But never heard back. Called Tuesday and Rick tells me he s called me a couple times and sent me an email. I told him I did not receive any emails or calls and made me feel like I was wrong and gave me the wrong information. After getting off the phone I had an email from him sent while we were talking on the phone. My husband called back and discussed numbers but % rate was too high. They said they would get back to us. Two days go by and we ve heard nothing. Friday My husband called and they told us everything was good, we had the rate, months, and payment we wanted, we put a down payment and they said they would call to set up a drop off time. I again heard nothing, called Saturday and was basically told it s our busy weekend your stuff will have to wait. Then was called to tell us they d be sending the paperwork to sign and we d have to send it back and then they would send the trailer (which was not told to us before) so now we have to wait longer. We re going on almost 2 weeks trying to get this done and I finally get paperwork on Thursday. Which has another 2 years of payment on it that was never mentioned or discussed. When I called to inquire they told me it was done to get percentage rate and nothing could be done so I cancelled my deal... I was patient, gave them plenty of time, and understand they were working with the bank. What I don t understand is why I had to call almost every time, why each time I got different numbers, why they couldn t just communicate with me. Obviously they did not want to work very hard for my business... that next weekend we went to another dealership, took 45mins, got a better unit, better deal, and better service. We also found out Nohr s sent our info to everyone and that they didn t even have the percentage rate they said they did. They were going to YO-YO finance us by having us sign on one deal, take the unit and then call us back and tell us they couldn t get that deal and have to go up. Not worth the time and headache!!

Nohr's is great. I was greeted and welcomed by every single employee I encountered. Mike, Mario and Shawn are the best. Fantastic selection of trailers, and all sorts of camping accessories. Very friendly and professional atmosphere. When I decide what trailer I want to buy, it will be from here for sure.

My family is loving the EPro travel trailer I purchased from Nohr's RV! Their patience over the 2 years it took for me to make the purchase decision was the reason I kept coming back to look for the right trailer. When I finally made the decision to purchase, the whole process went smooth and my trailer was delivered and ready to go for my first trip, propane topped off and all! My only regret is that I did not purchase my trailer sooner from them! I'd recommend this rv dealer to anyone in the area looking for camper!

We purchased a Class A RV from here during the first wave of Covid. We were unable to get it registered for almost a year. Once Nohr finally sent us all the required documents to register the vehicle they sent a title, signed by someone in their office AND NOTARIZED with our names on it. We never signed a title. They literally wrote our names on this title and had it notarized in their offices. We have since tried to sell it. Turns out they misreprented the year of the RV, if not outright lied, and sold us an older RV than all the paperwork stated. Is this the reason they took so long to send the paperwork we needed to register the vehicle? We will never know. We only discovered this when the title company did research about why the VIN doesn't match the paperwork they sent us. I am tempted to sue this company for fraud- on multiple fronts. Forging my signature on an official document (the title), lying and having us sign paperwork stating the vehicle is one year when it's actually another, etc. Go elsewhere. You can't trust anything you get or hear from these people.

We recently purchased our first travel trailer, Shockwave T21MX and are very delighted to own a great Toyhauler that is very convenient for our business. The sale price was very good and the trailer we received is outstanding, much better than we expected. The sales staff were very cordial, polite and very helpful. The Sales Manager, Rudy, went out of his way to satisfy us in every way, he is a true professional in what he does. During the walk through, Jimmy showed us everything we needed to know and more, even though we asked the same questions, he was very polite in answering them to teach us what we should know. What an outstanding individual, a great asset to the organization. I also spoke to the Service Manager, Mark about my concerns and questions, he answered them with great deal of care and took care of my needs promptly. What an outstanding Service Dept you have. It is a reflection of Mark who leads his crew. Everyone that I have met were very nice, caring, polite, and sincerely wanted to satisfy you. It is a great organization that I would go to buy or Service there. I highly recommend buying your RV needs at Norhr's RV Center.
