Came in for an oil change before a big trip. And they are beyond helpful! Took care of everything and were super friendly, felt like I was talking with family. I d recommend this shop to anyone in or out of town. 10/10

They gave me fair price and were very honest compared to other shops in Tracy. Tito diagnosed my car and right got on the car to fix it. Took my 2020 silverado to midas for routine maintnace, alignment, and to have a catalytic converter cover installed. I called around to many other places who offered simular service for almost double the price. I will be returning every time I need any car related service.

Trash place. Reported wrong miles to carfax. Manager rude and didn't even apologize. The guy Said is a player ,he will pretend that he know what he's doing. Dont go there !

Took. My my truck in to be serviced (oil change, filter replacement, etc) the manager Ashleigh was honestly amazing not only did she get it taken care of quick and efficiently but she was very helpful and personable. And the mechanics were amazing. They were all very knowledgeable and even saw my brakes were looking a bit worn out and recommended a change which the manager totally sold me on. Amazing prices! Definitely my new go to shop.

I called them on Saturday to make an appointment for sunday. They told me to show up at 8:30 a.m. I did. The sign on the door says they're closed on sundays. I checked Google and they said they were open on Sundays but then I checked the website and that said they were closed on sundays. I don't know why the employee would tell me to show up on Sunday morning at 8:30 a.m. if you knew they were closed. Horrible customer service. I read some of the reviews and I should have known better. They seem pretty sketchy. Overcharging people not switching out oil filters. Maybe it's a blessing they weren't open.

On my way to work my car was making loud noises and hard to break took it to Midas the manager greeted me in the parking lot put my car immediately inside to evaluate see what s was wrong with a car show me my routers and brakes wore done so replaced them for me in 1 1/2 buck to my job thank youTeam fastest brake job everService: General repairs & maintenance

My car was leaking coolant and they were able to diagnose it quickly and make the repair. Tito and Pedro were both excellent and hard worker i recommend 10/10

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR and DO NOT try MIDAS auto services you will regret it,Already filled a complaint to the BAR ( California bureau of automotive repair) at department of consumer affairs.Very rude and unprofessional technicians and managersI emailed THE CORPORATE with the complain AND will HAVE MY POLICE REPORT NUMBER ADDED ON MY REVIEW soon.; i changed my struts april 2018 then i got 2 new front tires May 2019 then i changed my control arm, tie rod ends, bushings, stabilizer bar links, ball joints also April and May 2019, after getting the tires by less than a week i decided to have alignment with midas auto services,The tech said i tried to do your alignment 3 times and i can not,Is it salvage title i said no,he said i don't� think so then,he said i got the reason it's� because you have bigger rimsby the way my original is 15R and mine is 17R so he said i will try the 4th time and you can test drive it the warranty is 6 months, i said okay.At the time a guy who work there was just telling me how professional� and advanced the tech they have " talking about the guy who said i can not give you good alignment because i think it's� salvage or the bigger rims!",That's fine until now.I test drove it, it was not fine so i said i will visit them again,At 04 June i was on high way from San Ramon to Tracy,the car was about to hit a huge truck contractor suddenly with no reason me and my family were about to die, were very shocked and afraid of driving, i said it may be a pavement issues then took an exit to drop my brother in law off,i found i have a flat tire on driver side and i have a photo i used the spare tire to go home,Then i visited� midas website for appointment 4:30PM,i was late at 5:00PM.The head tech "they call him MIKE" was very aggressive, rude and said yelling at me waving his hands this is not our issue go get me paperwork for new struts,i told him i did it myself,he said not my business and also said go get original stock rims so we can give you good alignment,i told him i want my money back he said to the lady working there : schedule him appointment� tomorrow and left me while he was saying no refund and laugh at me,I told her i will call the police then i thought I'm late so no problem to come next day and left.I went next day for alignment,They found that the RIGHT passenger side front wheel is about to get explode with same issue,So they said go get new tire so we can refund you,I said this is the second tire and it's your issue,they said again "go change your struts they are broken",I left very upset and didn't know what to do,I got new tire,then went somewhere else for alignment.I have a before and after print out and i got it fixed.They called me asking twice regarding refund second time was June-08 she asked for last 4 digits on my card for refund,I called them the next day, she said will call you back on Monday June-10 because someone will be here she was not clear about what she said,then disappeared again no refund and no show!Until JUNE-13 Thursday i called them back the guy works there told me you can call the manager back again next Monday or Tuesday!I Didn't get my money back, this place is a SCAM.

I highly recommend Tracy Midas they are very friendly, nice and helpful honest and they go above and behind to help you fix the problem I put new brake and I service my car as well I m very happy with them I will recommend every one to help and support tracy Midas they are under new ownership the new owner is very nice and amazing family .

Don t go here. The guy charged $300 ($120 for brake pads and $180 for labor, OEM brake pads were only $65 from the dealer) just to replace break pads on my wife s car I was out of town otherwise I probably would ve changed them myself. After replacing them I had to go back twice because they started to squeak.Save the hassle and buy brakes from the dealer and try to YouTube how to change them or get them done professionally elsewhere Please Avoid!!!!

Great mechanic shop in Tracy, everyone in the shop was friendly and welcoming. They started right on my car and changed the brakes, oil change. Overall, the service was awesome and quick. updatedStill 1 star and more review how bad this place is. They used very low quality brakes that's why it guarantees for life. However they charge for labor to replace of the brake. After not even 2 years I needed to replace all my brakes from them. They quoted only a little cheaper than replacing the set new from somewhere else. As rotors are not guarantee. My advice go somewhere else for brakes.-----if you see reviews on "Horrible customer service the lady in the front is extremely rude."..pretty much sums my personal experience here too. Had my brake and rotors done here and now I don't feel safe using my car with my kids in it. Lifetime warranty means nothing when they did it wrong. the whole car still shakes when I try to brake. They claim I need to break it in. Really. New brake works or they don't. Now I need to get some other brake shop to do it right for my family safety.

I was hoping they would be like the manteca midas. Boy was I wrong.They called me at 3:30 telling me my car was ready for pickup.(they close at 5)I asked if I could pick it up the following day because my daughter had a Dr's. Appointment and I wouldn't be able to make it before closing. The lady up front (she wasrude, shouldn't be up front with her customer service) told me no I couldn't pick up the next day due to liability. That she could take payment over the phone and give my keys and paperwork to chevron. How is that not a liability? To give my keys to some random employee at chevron? So I canceled my daughter's appointment went to grab my car and the keys and paperwork were just sitting on the front counter.Expensive and terrible customer service . Almost spent 2,000$ here and they treated me like garbage.I Will never come back and get any work done here.

My husband and I were on our way from LA to Santa Rosa when we hit a tire on the freeway. We stopped at Midas and Ashley and Michael were so friendly and helpful! They gave us a nice discount and fixed our issue quickly. Thanks again Ashley and Michael for your great service!

I had work done on my Toyota Tundra. Brakes replacement-rotors, pads, caliper etc, oil change, transmission fluid flush, you name it I've had it done here. Whenever I needed parts they had them there the same day so that the service repair wasn't halted.Ashley and Michael have always treated me with respect and they are always upfront about cost and repairs. I was never under any feelings I was being mislead or overcharged. I will continue to use their awesome service and recommend others to do the same.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Oil change
