I bought a used Mercedes-Benz ML 500 at the end of December, 2023. I was very concerned about not receiving a run-around after contacting other dealerships and either not hearing back at all or requesting new credit information after I already provided everything that was asked for. I took the trip from San Jose to Tracy, hoping for the best, and I did, in fact, get the best.Melissa was extremely helpful and speedy and very transparent in all of her actions, also offering helpful advice. She informed me that she had test driven the car and replaced the breaks after determining this was needed and all I had to wait for were the installation of sensors that she was able to do that day. I had to let her know that I was concerned about the low gas level, and she rectified this issue as well.When I was able to bring the car for a check up to AAA, all it needed was oil and a new battery. Needless to say, I am extremely happy with the car and the amazing service I received. I didn't have to worry about DMV registration either, since she took care of that as well. Thank you so much!

Great Experience. Found 2006 ACURA on Craigslist ad. Made appointment for Sunday, agreed on the deal and purchase immediately. Great selection of cars on the lot. We will definitely return for another.

Went there with my son Friday afternoon to check out SUV I saw online we were met with a very nice lady at the front desk I don't know her name forgot to ask but my son saw a name plate on top of her desk and he said mom her name is Melissa. She was very professional and fast and very nice. This lady can handle 10 customers at the same time. Then we met Moiz I like doing business with this guy he was more relaxed and easy going type of guy. He even went to put gas in the SUV we were getting and brought back me and my son cups of coffee very sweet of him. Thank you Moiz and Melissa for assisting us with trying to get a car so we don't have to take Uber anymore. We will be back again after we pay off this one.

I called to pay my tags the gentleman that answer said he was going to assist me an I was going to be able to pay over the phone. I ask him if he can check for me 2 order vehicles so I won t do multiple transactions and said he would help me I txt him the information and never reply to me or at least took the time to txt an tell me he was not going to help me.The next day I called his assistant an she said it will take her 1/2 hour and she will get me the information I requested so I can make the payment. 3hrs later an no response I even message her again she did not bother to reply an let me know she will not be able to assist me.I work in customer service and their customer service sucks! No type of communication what oh ever at least to tell you they won t be able to assist you further worst than the DMV

Buyer beware! My son found a car here he wanted. Was told that the car had no issues. 2 days later the car left my son stranded. Payed $800 to fix it. 2 months later the car is garbage. Almost $6000 to fix it. Will never return here.

No professionalism at this establishment , they don t send info when you ask , if you need to see a car you will wait a long period before they show it to you, they have no communication and will sell a car they said was yours already. Good luck with buying a car from here

Way faster than DMV. This place has a nice lobby and it's kid friendly which is a huge plus. I will definitely send my friends and family here in the future.

Really bad customer service. I called and made an appointment to see a car at 8am, they confirmed. I get there and they open at 9am. So I wait til 9:30 with multiple attempts to contact them letting them know I was there. Two hours later I get a text message saying "Sorry I over slept." I rate MHZ Auto 0 stars!

I applied about a week ago. I had ti call them back to find out where I stood, I was interested in a particular truck and didnt understand the lack of motivation to sell me a truck. So I decided to call 2 days ago with a promise of a call back and still had to call again today. The responses sounded more like they disnt want to be bothered so Im taking my business elsewherw.

nice staff, I was unable to process dmv registration due to they on lunch break 12:30-1:30. I have to wait until they get back. Still better than the dmv wait time.

They list a lot if cars on OfferUp. I've been waiting a week for a reply on one question. How does a car dealer not know what tilt steering wheel Is? After I explained, still no reply. Horrible follow up.
