Such a great experience with Kristie and Manny! Both were so patient and helpful throughout the whole process of getting my new car. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase! All of the staff here have a great sense of humor and are so kind! Would recommend this dealership!

First time coming here with my wife to finance a car, drove out from Fresno and our experience was amazing! Kristie was super helpful and awesome with helping us she made the whole process quick and easy answered any questions we had. Highly recommend coming here if you're looking for a car.

Was helped out by Kristie today! She was so patient with us, answered all our questions and was not pushy at all! We needed more time to think before we make a purchase and she made sure all our concerns were addressed and fixed if possible. Would definitely return to this dealership in the future.

First time financing a car and they were so helpful at every step of the way! Even connect me with an insurance agent to get my plan started same day! They re great! I may be biased because she helped me but Kristie was fantastic!

Was lead to believe over the phone that the vehicle I went to buy I would get for one price, then told when I showed up it would be 5 thousand more than what was discussed. Car had extreme damage that was not disclosed or shown in any pictures. Completely unprofessional!

Luis and Jose went over and beyond on helping me find a car. Paper work was really easy. Luis needs a raise for sure people skills is outstanding. If I ever need another car in the future will forsurly be back to look at the inventory.

Very satisfied with the service provided to us by Jose. We got a car for my dad over the weekend with my dads credit not being the best Jose was still able to get us a nice car with comfortable payment and down payment. We drove over an hour just to work with him because he was more helpful than any dealer in my area. He also spoke good Spanish which was definitely a plus for us.

This place is not like any dealership in Tracy California. The people that work there treat you like family. I called to make sure they still had available the cargo van. They responded so nice and said yes. I live in Sf city and going an hour drive to Tracy it was worth it. From first minute I arrived they greeted me like family not like a buyer. �ngel the sale person he show me the cargo van and show me the car fax and he help me for my dream come true. Service was excellent. They don t push you they are there to help you. Humble people and the manager very understanding and nice. They made my dream come true. Thank you Manic Motors for the wonderful experience and you will see me soon again. Faithful Customer
