All I can say is, don t work customer service if you don t want to help people. Period. I work as a service advisor for a huge automotive company and I would never treat a customer the way that Kailee treated me today when checking in for an appointment. Horrible customer service, no eye contact, no connection whatsoever. My wife had called in to arrange everything before hand for me to be in and out. I m 7 months pregnant with a 4 year old son waiting for my car. I get that there s other people here as well, but don t say something if that s not the case. I honestly do not want to come back here again.

Stopped in to have my wheels removed and put right back on after a horrible altercation at Americas Tires and the minimal experience they have there and the tech who helped me at Les Schwab insisted on having it taken care of right then and there but some old dude who was busy helping his own customer kept interrupting us and stopping him from helping me forcing him to make it an appointment and not help me at that point he made sure I wasn t going to be helped until I came in with an appointment. Old dude needs a suspension that was disrespectful and unacceptable and the young tech needs a raise and paid vacation!!! You had hours left in the day to complete a 15 minute job but refused to allow a tech to assist me because I walked in without an appointment while the shop only had 1 other customer needing assistance! The difference in experience and urgency was terribly portrayed by the older bald dude!

Excellent service, good prices and the manager Mike and all his technicians provide great customer service! I purchased all new tires for two vehicles from them in the last two weeks and highly recommend the Tracy Les Schwab Tire Center.

Well this place is amazing. I called 15 minutes before closing. I desperately needed wind shield wipers. They stayed opened for me and installed them. Customer service is wonderful. Jeff and another young man put them on . I was back on the road in 10 minutes.

Took my car in for new tires and when I saw it after was very disappointed, they have really young guys who don't seem to have any pride in their work, damaged my custom aftermarket rims due to improper use of tools and/or wrong size socket which severely chewed up every lug hole, didn't even notice or didn't care but it was slapped back on and parked out front with no mention that it had been damaged and all and the install grease was left slathered on. To top it all off they took the spare tire and tossed it in the trunk of my car on top of my laptop and other belongings and also found a nice new good sized chip out of the paint at the trunk lip. Will not be returning. UPDATED: I removed the wheels for further inspection and found alot more damage done than I thought, I've added photos of the damage. Those marks from his prybar are every few inches all the way around the wheel.

Super fast service & super friendly people . I spoke with RICK That I need the Rims asap & instead of have them shipped the next day he told we will go pick them up for you today , thank you Rick and Rana & the whole team

I received fabulous service. Alex Delgado & Mark Rodriguez efficiently and courteously changed our tires after we had a blowout after a long day of traveling. Their timely assistance helped us get back on the road and their friendly nature put a smile back on our faces.

I went in yesterday after work to schedule an appoint to hacve new wheels put on my vehicle. I had to wait 10-15 minutes before someone came in to help me. I told that gentleman what I needed and he told me that he'd have to get a manager to schedule it. So I waited another couple of minutes and talked to someone (should have gotten their name). He took my information and told me to come back tomorrow at 4:15. So I did. However when I got there and after waiting for about another 10 minutes, I was told that they couldn't find the appointment and they "never schedule for 4:15". So I waited in line all that time for nothing.I used to have good customer service there and always recommended Les Schwab to family and friends. However that will now change as I will recommend that they go elsewhere from now on as I will never go back again.This is the Tracy CA store

The experience is unfortunately not good. Les Scwab wanted to overcharge for brakes. They wanted me to pay for roters that I didn't need. Shop around don't pay for things you don't need. I will never go back there again. I didn't pay I was just getting a quote

They fix my punctured tire for free, not even with labor. The person that talked to me was very professional and polite. How come I have not discovered this place before? Lol. You guys have earned my business and I'll be going to buy my tires from here on out.I would've love to give you guys 5 stars but my only minor alibi is that it took a little longer to get my tire fixed but it was also on my end for not having a appointment. Still, good service all in all.

I've made many purchases at this shop over many years! They have always treated me well and taken care of my tire needs.I recently had a flat and managed to get my vehicle there after re-inflatingMy tire. Once there, I explained my situation and they took it from there.The shop is always busy but they take pride in taking care of their customers. Upon completion, I was told that a two inch nail was the culprit which was successfully removed and patched.When it came time for payment, they told me...."no charge, it's on the house?!" I was surprised to say the least and thanked the staff member for taking care of me.It's the small things like this that keep customers coming back and purchasing their tires!They take pride in their tires and stand behind them!

BEST Les Schwab ever! Have been going here since they opened with all family cars( 4+) Best service Best pricing Best OVERALL!! Anytime we need help or service MIKE & JEFF and other service reps (sorry don't have all their names...but TRUST them!) Makes me feel we are in the Best of Hands with our vehicles for our family! Thank you Les Schwab Tracy CA!

Staff is friendly and helpful. Service has generally been good the times we have brought our vehicles in.I did recently call in for a quote on four new tires. The price was higher than other local tire shops. I did not inquire why, but did find out later that they include an alignment with purchase of four tires! I wish they would make this known when you call in for a quote, it would have definitely swayed my decision.

Worst experience ever. One star is even too much for them. I was referred to them by Jiffy Lube next door.Customer service is nonprofessional, arrogant, aggressive, and inconsiderate. They said one hour for diagnosis and will call me back with an estimate, never called !. I called after two hours and no diagnosis yet. After three hours they called with a diagnosis and estimate. Les Schwab's diagnosis turned out to be WRONG. I was lucky enough that they have no time to work on my car until after Christmas so I took the car to a local mechanic shop. It was diagnosed correctly in 10 minutes, fixed in thirty minutes with a fraction of the Les Schwab WRONG diagnostic estimate. My advice, get a second opinion and don't trust their diagnosis.Happy holidays to everyone.

The place where I had my cars new tires installed told me that the tires needed an alignment desperately. I took my car in for an alignment at Les Schwab and was told that all the alignment numbers looked good. There was no need for the alignment and I was not charged. I appreciate the honesty and excellent customer service...

They special ordered a tire (to replace one that failed under warranty- they would have gotten a good review for how easy the warranty process started). But, we had to call in just to find out the tire was sitting there waiting for us. So I try to set an appointment, they say to just show up. So I roll in at about 10:15 and eventually an told it will take about an hour. It has now been 2 1/2 hours and I am still waiting. Keep being told it is almost ready.

I go here often. Free tire rotation. Make sure to schedule appointments! They're quick and professional. I've never had a problem here. They take good care of my car. They are super polite. I especially love that they are speedy yet thorough.

Came in to get 4 tires and an alignment. Jeff provided a wide variety of tires as well as showing me the different designs and benefits of each. When it came to the alignment the rear toe would not come within spec until Garry noticed that the last place I has taken it too had incorrectly set the toe in the rear. He found the issue and corrected it all while explaining what was wrong. The lobby of the shop is nice as well with tables, refreshments , and a phone charging station for customers. Definitely one of the nicer looking shops in Tracy as well.

Les Schwab from coast to coast is a GREAT place for your tire & suspension needs. I stopped by the Tracy,Ca. branch or a FREE break inspection. They performed the task w/ care & professionalism beyond compare. They were very busy vet performed a FREE break & suspension evaluation FREE, DID I mention the service was FREE. The cost in labor was NOT an issue MY safety & peace of mind was. BEST service in the industry HANDS DOWN

I was really happy with my service overall. In line with what they advertise, I felt like I could trust them to not up-sell me, and they were honest about what needed to be done and what didn't. My two small complaints are this: when I dropped off the car and told then what I wanted them to work on, they put the order in the computer and asked me to sign the electronic signature pad. Nowhere did it show me what I was agreeing to when I signed and the cashier didn't tell me. I get that this is a minor thing, but in the interest of trusting people, you should tell them what they are signing. 2nd, when I picked up the car, they were very quick to shuffle me out the door, and didn't tell me anything about what they worked on, found, or fixed. In all of my other experiences, when I've had an alignment done, they always tell me how far off it was and provide documentation. I think these issues are minor but are the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. I'll certainly be back to have them work on my car again.

Everyone at Les Schwab are professional, kind, and thoughtful.They do what they know , and if not they will help you find the support you need.The service is always fast,and on time.Les Schwab in Tracy has earned my respect and business for a lifetime.On top of that you can get friendly and fast service even when you are traveling.The folks here at Les Schwab in Tracy, have gone above and beyond to help me in the most important times in life.

The Tracy Les Schwab is a great tire store. Not only are their prices competitive but they have amazing customer service and technical knowledge.Unlike other tire places Les Schwab also does alignments, great one stop shop. The staff is always working hard to get everyone's cars done quickly and they are sure to welcome you at first sight.I bring all my vehicles here and I am always impressed.

This Les Schwab Tire Center is very friendly and there is a lot of hardworking employees here. I took my 2001 ford E150 Cargo van here. The ride is better with these new eclipse tires I have on it! I had to wait 1 hr 55 minutes but it was worth it. I'd come again for brake service.

Stopped by to have them look at my tires since my pressure gauge alert went on and I had a tire that had already been repaired once. Jason was great. Checked pressure on all tires and filled them all up for no charge. Gave me a quote for new tires and wasn't pushy like most other places are. Will definitely buy my tires there from now on.
