zero stars if possible, recommend AAA to take them out of their list. This has been the slowest and most unprofessional and horrible workmanship experience i have ever had at a body shop. No updates at all i had to chase them everyday and visit the workshop everyday , My car is been there for 1.5 months and No updates yet.Very very poor customer service.i end up paying car rental out of pocket because of the delays from at their end.. , I dont recommend any one going here.

I have dashcams installed in my car, the techs placed tape on the lens, moved/damaged my lens, went through my car/compartments.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT TRUST YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS LOCATION.

This has been the slowest most unprofessional and horrible workmanship experience i have ever had at a body shop. No updates, overspray everywhere, nothing lined up, they went to polish and burned through the finish they had just applied. It looks like they don't strain their paint before applying, there was dust and imperfections all over. It took 3 weeks to receive an estimate and the truck was there for 1.5 months before they "finished". I had to take my truck back and it is still there 1.5 weeks later.

This place is the most unorganized shop I have ever been too. They Told me my car should take 3 days to repair and it was over a month. They would tell me something different every time I called. I even had to call my insurance co to let them know about their customer service. There was another lady and her son in there and was having the same complaints as me. I would not recommend this place to no one.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND NOR COME BACK TO THIS SHOP.I got into an accident back in March. My brother and I started our own plumbing company and unfortunately the accident happend on one of our trucks. Well let me start off with saying this is one of the most unreliable shops I've been to in Tracy. To start off when they did the estimation in the beginning they told my insurance it would only take 5K to fix it. Well after a couple of days my insurance called back and told us that they had done the estimate again because it wasn't done properly the first time. This time the estimate came but 9k more bringing it to nearly 15k total. I know its not something I should be worried about but that is only the beginning. After that C.C.C called us in an set an appointment to sign paperwork and get the process started there we received an email where C.C.C PROMISED us the due date of June 26th. Time passed we assumed everything was going accordingly until June 25th when we called to confirm the truck would be available. Jeff(manager) told me that the truck would still not be ready that we would receive a call back to give us a different date. August 17th I called back since neither C.C.C or Mercury insurance would give us an update. I spoke to a lady (receptionist i believe) who was checking why the truck was so delayed, she told me she spoke with Jeff who gave her all the details and the reason was because they had some back ordered parts, now she told me they would arrive within the week and that the truck would be ready on the 26th of August and we would get a call back to verify. We never received a call so I showed up to the shop on Tuesday August 23rd to see what was going on. I spoke to Jeff where he told me they were waiting on 1 part that was B.O. , he told me he would call me the day after to give me a new date. Yesterday Jeff called and said that they cannot get the piece, that due to that one piece been back ordered we would not get the truck back till mid or end of October. The way this shop is and has been according to the reviews is absurd DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND NOR COME BACK TO THIS SHOP.

Entire staff from check in to returning our vehicle, was excellent. They communicated well, had the car done on time, and the workmanship was great. Their arrangement w/ enterprise, allowing us to simply return the rental to their shop instead of back at enterprise s office was a big time saver too. Needing bodywork is never any fun, but, if you need to have work done, we d recommend Certified.

My wife s Tahoe was involved in a collision in the Bay Area. We chose certified collision to do the repairs on our vehicle. From day one they helped obtain a rental vehicle for us and expedited the service and repair of our Tahoe. They were a geico express repair place since it was other drivers fault. Everything was great from the service to the quality of repairs and paint. They communicate well with email updates throughout the process. highly recommend!

I stopped by yesterday at the Tracy office to get a estimate for repair. The staff was very professional the office was very clean. I received my estimate rather quickly and was given an estimate of time to complete work also., Looking forward to working with these guys for the repair on my truck.

If you need repairs and want to get ripped off take your car here. It is the best place to get screwed over because they will try to charge as much as possible and lie about everything as being required. I can think of quite a few places that does a much better job and charges a fraction of the cost.

Ok place. You have to keep on top of the estimators, though. We had a simple 4 inch dent in a left front quarter panel, and it took 2 weeks, no communication, no updates to explain why. No call backs after several calls.

Very good customer service and advisors / rep Ms Sherri very helpful and knowledgeable.Suggestion: after repair cars need to be clean very well shiny and no spots specially those made stainless steel parts.

Be aware that this location does not appear to have any protocols in place for Covid-19, the only people I observed wearing masks were customers in the waiting room aside from one technician. Disappointing to see when other businesses are making an effort to protect the customers and staff.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

My car stayed here for over 30 days. Insurance stopped paying rental. I was without a car for 7 days. No explanation why it took so long.

Very poor in communication about repair progress. Had to call quite few times to know the status of repair. Also slow in the repair progress. Took more than 7 weeks as opposed to 4 weeks as they promised.
