Great service and friendly. How ever someone there inflated my truck tires to 46 psi when they are supposed to be 36 psi. Man talk about a rough and bouncy ride. Honestly, I could have been killed because I was bouncing all over a mountainous road. Was sliding and bouncing all over! Almost felt like my transmission was slipping gears, but it was my truck bouncing on the road. Pulled over thinking it was my suspension, checked tires and wow they were bulging in the center. I deflated them to 36, and had no problems after. Very surprised a tire shop would mess up that bad. I'd still recommend this shop, but I hope they mention this and announce to the employees in the shop area to not over inflate tires and double check required/recommend psi.

I'm upgrading my previous review of 4 stars to a 5 stars due to excellent customer care from Angel. He price matched with Costco for great savings on Michelin tires. I usually go to the Livermore store. It's good to see good customer service in the Tracy. I might have to switch

This location is amazing! Had the best experience, came in to get tires I purchased installed. Even with their POS down, they had me in and out in under 30 minutes. The composure of the manager to help his team navigate the outage and still provide excellent service was amazing! 10/10 recommend!

Usually this place always takes care of you but I was surprised by my last visit. Sales person said they couldn't fix the flat on my tire because nail was too big and suggested I buy new tires. When I went to check at Costco, they were able to fix the flat.

Went in to have my wheels simply taken off and put back on and one of the guys couldn t stop talking about how he doesn t have the experience for this job and is more than likely going to damage all my wheels and said they are closed when it was 4:52pm and they didn t close til 6pm. He kept saying the job would take all day while insisting that I don t have any clue what I m talking about. Tried to tell me my brand new rotors were corroded and needed to be replaced as if I m a sucker who doesn t understand every inch of my car and every issue these c5 corvettes have. The disrespect alone has me furious after the thousands we spend there!!! So whoever that idiot was needs to be terminated. This isn t the industry for him. Balding Salt and pepper hair with a patchy beard and crooked teeth don t let that guy touch your car!

I came in looking to get one tire replaced, but thanks to Jacob s help and concern about the wear and tear on all of my tires I was able to leave with four new ones. He even gave me a tire for free to help me financially. I truly appreciate his help today.

Thank you George for all your help a couple weeks ago. I had a double blow out on Mother s Day not knowing how bad the damage was and George reassured me with two new tires it would be all good. I will never go to a different tire shop. Best customer service, quality and prices.

I came here so they can fix my tire, but turns out I needed a new tire. My husband recently passed away and I only had so much money. The team here gave me a discount so I was able to get a tire. So ever greatful for your help.

I haven t even gotten my car back from my service, but I have to comment on how kind every person that works here seems to be . I was extremely overwhelmed and they are all so kind. Just sitting here listening to how they treat each customer warms my heart.

I ve always gone to America s Tire with all of my personal and fleet vehicles. Today, I noticed a bubble in my rear tire. Since I have to drive 80 miles home, I stopped in here around 12 noon. My vehicle is a company vehicle with Enterprise Fleet Management. After 30-40 minutes of Can I get your name again? What s the company? What s the model? , they couldn t find any information and I was sent back out the door to drive home. Once home, I called me local AT (Auburn) and, BOOM, without a second question, they just asked for my VIN and I was done.After calling this Tracy location back, rather than get an appropriate Sorry sir, ____ wasn t trained to the level of our Auburn location , I received nothing but more confusion, hold times, gaslighting on what AT employees should be looking up (I received hints from the Auburn AT) and finally after 10 minutes, a manager told me sorry sir he just didn t know what he was looking for .So please, train your employees. This is safety, not landscaping or working in a toll booth. I m a smart man and generally know the inter workings of my company s finances and SOP, so let s start with admitting fault, training out staff, and not letting potential blowouts select business from a more equipped and knowledgeable location.

I went in for a single tire when a competitor's tire blew out on the highway. America's Tire Store put on a new tire for $106 beating the competition. Also my tire was in stock unlike the competition.The staff was more than courteous. No high pressure to buy two or four tires instead of one. Nice.As for the wait, I made an appointment online so I had no wait issues on a Saturday at Noon! The bill was exact to the cent to the online price on my phone!I think I will buy four new tires soon and swap out everything including the spare from 1996.

These guys checked the air on my class C motorhome with dulies on the back. Had to remove the hubcaps to reach all the air valves, way above expectations. I will always buy my tires there!

First time ordering tires, scheduling the appointment online, and visiting the store to get the installation done. I showed up 10 minutes early and was checked in immediately. My vehicle was taken into the service bay 10 minutes after I arrived (they went out to confirm FedEx had delivered my tires). I included special instructions with my order (which tire to keep as the spare and what wheels to mount the new tires on) and they were followed perfectly. Spent 30 minutes there total. The place was pretty busy too. No upselling either. Friendly staff. I can't speak to their product knowledge as I chose the tires online without using the robot website advisor. I would highly recommend scheduling an appointment ahead of time, if at all possible.

Great guys and service! My suv blew a tire, and I had it towed in! Customer service was amazing, and they fit me into their busy schedule. I was fixed and back on the road within an hour! I've been a loyal customer to America's Tire for years because they always come through!

Their job was to CHANGE A TIRE and they BROKE MY WINDOW.They said it wasn't their fault and when I asked to see cameras they kept blowing me off.

All ways a good deal for the on the road again type or the worrier type....personal vehicle care is a nerve experience...America's Tires has been a relief for the everyday on the road driver on a fixed income, or budget types. All ways a good reminder of the positives in a nerve wretching personal vehicle worrier for example rebates /availability/later on down the road stuff.

Worst customer service.... Yesterday, I had taken appointment and went there to show my car to this shop for one tire replacement and also to check other tire which was loosing air. They checked me in and after few minutes, they took my car in. The replacement tire work was going on. Meanwhile, for the other tire which was loosing air, they checked it and the Floor manager (I guess with his attire) said that there is a small nail or something stuck in the tire which is patchable, but the tire is not in repairable condition. I know that the tire tread had gone 70% and need to be replaced in about 500-100 miles. So, I kept requesting that person to patch it up now so that I can come back in a month when I have money to replace it, but he was very reluctant and rude in his reply and stubborn that they wont patch it. So, I had to ask them to put the same tire which has nail in it back onto my car. Looks like they are forcing the customers to buy new tires to make money even for a small patchwork and they are not ready to help the customers with the patch work. My advice is... Unless you absolutely have no choice, don't go to this shop. I like this America's tire / Discount tire Brand which has stores all over the state and country, but individual stores like this spoils the brand reputation.

JACOB & BEN are champions! Extremely helpful honest gentlemen. I refuse to go anywhere else for tires. They make the process of buying new tires so easy. LADIES you're in good hands with these 2!

The service was fast. It took them 30 minutes less time than expected. They took my car right into the bay when I came in. They were very kind and did not try to charge me more for a tire or trump up any added charges. They told me that there were some nails in my tire (that had only caused external damage)and the pressure was low. Thus the sensor went on. They did a free tire rotation and inflated all the tires removing any nails. I was very pleased with their service today! It was definitely stress free!

I got a flat tire at 9:30am in Hayward on my way home from a grave yard shift. I put the spare on and drove it to this America tires by my house and they had they replaced all 4 tires by 11:30am with keys in hand! incredible fast service it was about a 30 min turn around!

These guys are FAST! They put four new tires on and rotated my spare. Also put on wiper blades... all in less than 10 minutes.

Had a flat on my Range Rover. Could not find a R20 good year anywhere but they had it. No in their outlet though but they ordered. Excellent service, very helpful nature of the staff and they are very courteous.

My family has always bought our tires here. We come every 6K miles to get them rotated and aligned. For years it s been great! Recently I came in and they used a high pressure sales tactic to basically force me to purchase $47 windshield wipers. I was left with such a bad taste in my mouth, I called my father, who said they did the exact same thing to him recently as well. They pushed him numerous times to purchase wipers, and he said he had to be really forceful and defend not being interested in buying wipers. We have spent thousands of dollars here on our tires over the years, since I was in highschool, but this little experience made us question continuing to buy tires here. Be careful and stand your ground if they try to use high pressure sales tactics on you.

Was told appointment 3:30 @ 4:45 I asked how much longer and was told I did not have an appointment....really! Well they pulled it in right away but what a waste of my time on a Saturday! Little pissed....

This place is supposed to be the trusted tire shop in America and a no 1 place. But I have just disappointments with incapable mechanics they have for the second time.First incident happened around Jan when I had to change my tires they charged me 650$ and within 10 days there was a flat tire. I had to go back and forth and fix it . They didn t even care what caused that issue.2 days ago there was now an issue with my front rear tires that there was constant air escape and they didn t care to check things properly said change the tires and would only change in pairs . They don t do whole wheel tire car inspection at all. I did it paid everything and again pops up an issue of flat tire.Again I had to stand in the line with poor customer service not caring on what the issue is and they find it was a cracked wheel and there is no need for me to have changed the tire which costed me 600$ as the tires didn t have any issues. They said I had to now change cracked wheel which will be another 500$ . Never going back to this place . I would instead support local mechanics and small businesses who will do a better job.

Wow I am so impressed with this location. I have been to their south Sacramento and Lodi locations and they all offer super good service. We all know a low or flat tire is a show stopper. But America's tire rules!!! Just great to know they are all around.
