Went in to get my drives side mirror fixed. It took them over a week to order it, only speeded the ordering process due to me following up on it. The mechanic then said 2-3 days to get installed just for the drivers side mirror. Which it normally does not take that long, three days longer I call to follow up he lets me know it s not ready yet and he would call the paint company at 9:30am when they opened I said okay I will call back by 9:45am to get an update. Not even 9am when he calls to let me know my car is ready four days later the side mirror is installer. At this point it just felt lies after lies, he calls saying my car isn t turning on anymore keep in mind nothing was wrong with my car I just needed the side mirror. He the. Proceeds to says it s because my car is old, although I ve kept up with the maintenance, he proceeded to say I can buy a battery from his shop. Over all I WILL NEVER TAKE MY CAR HERE, I DO NOT RECOMMEND, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. At one point he was rude, and kept trying to blame that car for being old which was unacceptable

Had my car in the shop for 2 months and was calling in for an update every week but the lady at the front desk kept telling me the mechanic will call me back in 30minutes. He never called back.Decided to take my car back after hearing the same thing for 2 months. Car ended up having suspension problems 2 days after getting my car back.

I take my cars to him all time. prices maybe a little deep but the owner goes beyond his mean to help you out. He's a honest guy and trustful with the work is put in.

Brought my car Monday afternoon, got a free checkup test. A faulty alternator needed to be replaced. Left the car overnight and it was ready next day by lunchtime. Juan is the best. Fast service, good prices. I'll definitely be back.

I have been getting my cars repaired here for years. Never experienced any problems. They're very friendly, courteous, and they'll stand by their work. Their prices are low for the good work they provide. I highly recommend them.

Saturday afternoon our car wouldn't start. We were towed to 2 Mechanics and the Mechanic Juan gave us options. He did a great job and was willing to work with us. He fixed it promptly end even showed us what the problem was and explained it to us. Great hard worker. They just got 2 new customers

Went here because was worried about my Chevy Cruze check engine light being on. They did their testing found out it needed a new valve cover they replaced it for me Juan told me what to expect and really showed me the issue. Got home, car was leaking oil I was super worried because it wasn t before I immediately called him but rest assured he made me feel better by taking care of the situation. Remind you I live in atwater area. He paid for a tow truck to come get my car, took to shop and fixed the whole issue. I really appreciate Juan being an honest, reliable, and very great mechanic. The situation could of been very different but I truly appreciate how awesome Juan was with handling everything and making me feel confident and comfortable getting back on the road for my daily work commute! He reminded me his job his to make great customer service and he did that! AGAIN highly recommended to anyone.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I have been coming here for general maintenance for years. However, I have also had a throttle body cleaned, and an entire electric steering rack replaced on my Ford Fusion. The latter took about 2 hours to repair.The staff and mechanics alike are all very knowledgeable, trustworthy, and hard working. Wouldn t recommend anywhere else.

Not sure about these reviews. I've been using this shop for several years, my family also. Not once have any of us had a bad experience, in fact I'm not comfortable going anywhere else with my cars. Jenny, Juan, and Juan are good people and give me an honest and fair deal. I felt compelled to write a review after seeing these other reviews.

This place sounds untrustworthy and the mechanic seems unknowledgable. I called to get an estimate on some work on my car and the owner said she would email me the estimate. I never received the estimate so I called to inquire and was led to believe that it was emailed to me. After checking my email again, I called back once more. The owner answered again and put me on hold for 7 minutes and then I got disconnected. When I called right back, the mechanic answered and said the owner just stepped out. He began to tell me that he just emailed me the estimate (which I never did get) and quoted me the estimate which is the same one I told him that I got from a previous dealer. He then told me he called that dealer to talk to them. This place sounds very shady. Clearly they didn't want my business but they could have just said in the beginning that they couldn't do the work.

Place is trash and to over priced wanted to charge about 1500 to 2500 just to rewire my ignition harness and for the whole timing belt kit that s only about 370$ on the oem lexus website got it all done only 500 in labor and got all new parts for only 280 seals and all took about 800 max to fix the car from a more professional certified mechanic than these guys

Came in one day long ago due to a check engine light notification that others hadn't been able to resolve despite all the money I sunk into the services. They took one look at my car, went to look at the gas cover and saw that the gas cover was slightly broken and was the source of my troubles. Told me it would just cost $10 to get a replacement at an Auto Zone and they didn't even charge me for the service. They have my business for life because of that experience. Plus they have the cheapest/fastest oil change service in Tracy.

November 27 2017.I was stranded on the road at the West Wesley rest area with a time sensitive load going to LA. I called many different mechanics in the area. It was 3 pm. They all said they were closed for the day ... except Two Mechanics. They said they would stay late to help me. The tow truck arrived there after 430 pm. They were waiting for me. They fixed my broken belt. I would definitely go out of my way to give them my business in the future and recommend them to anyone.Nobody else was willing to help me.Thank you Two Mechanics!

Juan owner/ mechanic is very honest. He does all maintenance required to my cars. Also, my old car, he did a lot of magic to get it back to work like new. Totally recommend him to everyone.

I bought a new truck and decided to take it here for a simple oil change. He gave me the price and I agreed. After about 20 mins he came ou t and told me that my truck was leaking oil. So I went and looked at the motor and he poured new oil all over the top of the air filter box and intake manifold. These are places that do not have oil pumping anywhere around them. He told me I needed to leave my truck there so he can replace the manifold. I told him that's impossible for it to leak where he said. This guy is a complete scam. Be very careful when you consider taking ur car to him. 0 stars if I could. He also doubles the price of all parts no matter the cost or time to install.

The owner of this shop is such an incredibly fair, honest hardworking man! We ve been bringing our vehicles to Two-mechanics for many years and they always do a great job and if something does goes wrong they do what they have to to fix the problem. I m so sorry I forgot the owners name, but he s such a nice guy. Thank you for fixing my truck!!!

Two young girls got stranded and towed to this shop where they were told their battery was shot. Then they were charge $200 for a new battery and even when questioned to check the alternator they said they had and it was the battery. When questioned why such a high price for a battery the manager laughed. Three hours later they were stranded once again now it is night time on the side of the road outside of Bakersfield. No mechanics until Monday. When mechanic looked at it it was the alternator which if they had run diagnostic like they said they had it would have shown up then. BAD BUSINESS...I hope your daughters don't break down and get taken advantage of.

Do not believe his diagnostics. My work van had like 5 things replaced including 02 sensors, cat converters, distributor and other sensors. I picked up the car 3 different times after Juan said it was done. Every time I picked it up I drove it a block and the problem still existed. He puts a used $99 computer in and problem solved after spending $1800 dollars. He said he goes by what the computer tells him. Ignorantly I believe him or should I say I trusted him and used him for another repair, see other review.. Shady, keep in mind, no refunds and this took 10 days. Be very aware and get a second opinion.Reluctantly but having faith in him because he seems nice, I go back to Juan with a request for him to service my bmw 540i transmission which the dealer charges $750 dollars for due to the cost of the fluid, etc. He says no problem he's done them before and he will do it for $600. I pick up the car and hammer the throttle to see how it feels, it goes into (trans fail safe mode) and the car stays in 3rd gear. I take it back immediately and he says. "Sometimes the tranny fluid changes break up all the stuff and the cliches breakdown" huh??? I then ask him what oil he used. He says "Redline it's the best, I know what kind of hard driver you are and Redline is what you need" what? Bmw requires the specific fluid that costs $45 a quart that's why the service is so expensive at the dealership. Redline is 10 bucks a quart why the expensive service if that was used!? Now furious, I tell him that he needs to fix this, we argue for 10 days and it comes down to me telling him I will take legal action. He finally agrees to do something, he offers to get the tranny rebuilt by his buddy in San Jose who supposedly is a bmw specialist for 2k and he'll eat the labor, the conditions are that after the rebuild no warranty because of the discount and he must deal with the guy doing it, not me. Hesitantly, I agree, but after waiting 3 wks it's still not done, I call multiple times, he tells me that because of him doing for a deal it's getting done as a fill in and he had to wait for parts from Germany. So mad at this point I can't even think straight. After 4 weeks, he tells me it's ready. Excited, I finally go and get it. Guess what? it does the same darn fail safe thing. Now ballistic, I go back and he says here is the rebuild money back and there is no warranty, sorry. Arghhh, we have words, I leave. The next week, I drive to a local tranny shop and he said that he just worked on that car. ????? What did you do to it I ask. He said a flush and clean that's it.. Bottom line is he completely lied to me and the tranny never got rebuilt, it was just a paper trail to cover his but being liable for it. He lied to me 21 times I can recall. Crook!!! As I said, get another opinion before ever going there. The cause of the problem was the fact he used Royal Purple synthetic as opposed to the required factory oil. He even lied about the Redline. The funny part is, there is a big sticker on the bottom of the tranny that says to use the factory oil or the tranny will fail, he ignored that i guess, the Shop has got issues!!! Avoid!

Well to be Honest i got something i didnt expect and it was for the Better. Juan and Juan lol and Asmeralda showed me attention and respect and the job was Great and the price was ,lets just say Well below the average price. They Are simply the BEST..

WORST MECHANIC SHOP, WOULD GIVE 0 STARSThey are out for your money!I was traveling down to San Diego, and my car broke down. I have it towed to the nearest mechanic shop (Two Mechanics Auto Repair). I SPECIFICALLY tell them "I believe its my alternator the battery cant hold a charge". I even have the part ordered before I get there. After telling me they checked the alternator and the battery the only thing that was needed was a new battery. They charged me $200 for the battery (knowing im desperate). Get back on the road... Breakdown AGAIN (battery still can't hold a charge) have to get towed AGAIN only to be told by a TIRE SHOP that my alternator is shot and it TWO MECHANICS would have just tested my alternator they would have seen it was done for. TWO MECHANIC YOU OWE ME $200 FOR THE BATTERY THAT ENDED UP GETTING FRIED FROM THE SHOT ALTERNATOR THAT YOU NEVER CHECKED. Also, the TIRE SHOP got me a battery for $99.TWO MECHANICS IS A JOKE AND THEY ARE THEIFS, DONT TRUST ANYTHING THEY SAY.

Took care of my evap and starter issue that occured at the smog place next door, honest and incredibly friendly. Veronica is amazing, she deserves a raise for her customer service alone

Do not trust this establishment at all, I brought my MDX for AC repair and it cost me $170, a week later the problem is back, now he gives me another issue saying it just happened after his repair job. I then showed him a quotation and diagnose from another firm that was made before the first repair. He now says he will redo it for another $180 using free ac coolant and labor. What a scammer!

I been here a hand full of times there staff always seems to be on top of everything when i go there for repairs and they do good work. They do pretty good on getting my vehicles in and out and there price for there work they do is very reasonable.

Worst mechanic shop ever. My husband finally after almost a month picked up his Toyota 4runner it didn't pass smog so he took it there to fix whatever was wrong car sat there he would go by n ask what's going on n always on looking for a part bill shirt this guys a crook big time

Terrible experience! BEWARE! Had my car for six Months, kept my $1000 deposit and only did $200 worth of labor. Very unprofessional! I wish I would have read the other reviews here and on the other platforms before allowing him to work on my car.

After calling many other shops getting turned away , the receptionist was very kind and asked me to come on in ! Even tho they had to work me in they were very quick ! The price was right too ! Thank you all of you !!!

Brought my van in twice and paid $1,200 for two repairs only to return a week later and Juan asking for an additional $1,200. Avoid like the plague. Second opinion told me it should have been addressed the first repair.
