I couldn't have asked for a better, more professional company to repair my car. From the first estimate, to handing me back my keys with a beautiful repair job, every thing about them was first rate. Starting with Jesus walking me through what was going to be done, to Andrea keeping me apprised of how progress was going, they were on top of it the whole way. I highly recommend them. And got my car back 1 day earlier than originally estimated, it looks like new, and has a lifetime warranty on their workmanship. Just the kind of service I appreciate!

Only gave it 3 stars because Matt was very helpful, even went out of his way to assist me during my lunch time. Full disclosure I didn't even up getting the work done here as the price was absolutely ridiculous. I understand you get what you pay for, but I didn't believe the damage of my car was worth what they were charging as I did contact other companies. I definitely felt like they gave me this price because I'm a female. I might be wrong & this could just be their price. I have attached pictures of the damage to my car & the estimate they gave me. I was able to find a place that only charged me 895, so I went with them instead.

My vehicle was vandalized and Y&S my chevy Silverado look good as new. I really liked how they kept me informed on the process of repairs. Very fast turnaround. Truely recommend Y&S. Thank you for the great customer service.

While the quality of their repairs is good, it took them almost 7 weeks to repair my bumper so if you don t mind giving up your car for a couple of months, then go here.

They need to have a 10 star review so I can give them a 10 s. The parking was a bit complicated since my truck is pretty large. Now the customer service is awesome. The assistant "Maria" is a wonderful customer service representative that really went the extra mile. I didn't know if I had car rental and she made a few calls and got me a ride home and a rental. I am really grateful that I came to Y&N body shop. Maria made my day. Thank you Maria

Jesus was fantastic in ensuring the car looked like new after the repair. Very polite and reassuring when discussing. Outstanding service. Highly recommend. Repaired the car a couple of days before the time. Exemplary customer service by Jesus.

Very poor quality work in a bad attitude wouldn't recommend if it wasn't for I was made to go there by State farm that's another one that I would never recommend.

We've been going to Y&S for a long time. Sometimes for body work that insurance pays for and sometimes for work we pay for. They are excellent to work with in both situations. They are a State Farm (our insurance provider) approved body shop which makes insurance claims super easy.The quality of their work has been excellent. They have a lifetime guarantee, while you own the car, which we've only used once because their work is great.And the staff is always friendly and communicates well. I highly recommend them for body work.

Waited 2 weeks for appointment - that was ok -Called for update 3 days later was told work wasn't started -- So I asked purpose of appointment - no answer --Next updates said everything looks good for Mar 10 -Next update says we have a problem --. I understand --7 days later car is ready --What's with the 5/16 big gap between hood and grille ?? I don't think Mercedes allows this -- No answer from manager -- paint run on left windshield trim --$11000 front end damage -Was car checked for alignment ?? No -I'm retired mechanic -Downloaded system computer faults -(7) -Spent weekend adjusting hood and grille and working on codes -Y&S Torrance has no quality control -Next day I get text to review y&s from y&s -- l figured it would go to the owner and I would receive a response --5 days now -- nothing yet -- but the bill is paid -- Not recommended --. Almost forgot -- when I went to install front license plate the holder was not installed on the new bumper -- Back to Y&S -- good thing I am retired -Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

Y&S was recommended to me by State Farm Insurance as they are under State Farm's group of sanctioned auto body shops. The work they did repairing the front end of my car was stellar. They worked in a very timely manner and kept me updated on a daily basis through texts and the occasional phone call. Once they were done repairing my car, they cleaned it to the point where my car almost looked factory fresh. Y&S would not have come highly recommended by State Farm were their work anything but first rate.Service: Body & Trim

I was in an accident caused by the other party. This body shop was on the list of repair services provided by their insurance company.In my opinion based on over 50 years of dealing with auto repair and maintenance companies is that Y and S is simply as good as it gets in all respects!!Everyone I interacted with was Professional, Knowledgeable, Customer Service oriented and delivered what they promised, when they promised with curtesy and a smile.My car, a high end Lexus sports car, which had been damaged the entire length of the right side, looked like it just came off the showroom floor when I picked it up, i.e. brand new. All damage was repaired flawlessly and the paint matched the rest of the car perfectly.I am an OCD type and after inspecting the car for about 10 minutes - up close - I found the work to be perfect in all regards! I recommend Y and S without hesitation.Service: Body & Trim

My car was really shiny and clean when I pick up after repair. My engine ran so smooth like I just did the oil change. I thought Y&S did the oil change as a extra service. I worried about my battery because my car was there for 35 days but y&s must have my car running everyday or 2 days because it was running so smooth and y&s used about 1 or 2 gallons of gas (but milage was 1 mile only) I was going to visit and turn the engine on every week but I didn't. My tires were so shiny, carpet was all vacuumed and Cas was all washed.

Y&S repaired damage underneath and on the trim. We had other work done by them in the past and we were very satisfied, so we are returning customers. They gave a fair estimate, kept us up to date on the status and did the work quickly. They are easy to deal with and are customer friendly. This place really did a great job! I had a brand new car and got into a fender bender, and when I got my car back it was as good as brand new!The service provided was excellent and I was completely satisfied! I thank the crew so much for all the hard work and great social skills! Every detail was was properly delivered and put me at ease. I was so sad that it wouldn t look the same considering my car was driven off the lot with only 2 mi on it! And 4 months later had my front end smashed. Like I said I received my car back brand new again! Thank you to the team at Y & S auto body of Torrance! I would highly recommend your service to anyone and everyone Thank You.

My car had front end damage, I brought it to Y&S autobody for repairs and they made my car look brand new. They took the time to do the work and matched the paint to my car very well. I can't tell it was ever hit. The staff is friendly and professional.

Y & S Auto Body Shop on Crenshaw Boulevard is outstanding and they do impeccable work. I took my 2013 Chevy Silverado Crew Cab in there after having to only 3 weeks when I was rear ended waiting at a red light. The professional appearance of Matt was outstanding and he walked me through the entire process, constantly sending me updates of the progress and date of completion. Superior work and very courteous with all customers. I would highly recommend
