I was in a small side panel accident where someone accidentally reversed into me. My car was brand new and I was super apprehensive about taking it in. The team was very helpful and sincere. The entire time took 23 days but it was well worth it. They did a fantastic job and my car looks like new. Honest business and very helpful. I would highly recommend.

C - minus for the work done.Finger prints on parts of car that wont come off. Looks like a clear print of maybe a clear coat paint but its finger prints on front of car. They worked on the back. Then there are more finger prints on the silver parts that they removed to paint trunk. NOT RECOMMEND. If you don't need ur car then come here, sloppy ish work done . The worst experience at this place they told me maximum time fir car to be ready 1 month. It's is now 63 days later. Bearly getting car but need to come back because they lost a piece in trunk. Also tried to charge me 1700 4 just a uses trunk not painted anything. Then turn around and say it's 500 and total cost was 1330 , after they told me I could see about discount for paint job because I was getting a part fixed thru insurance. No follow-up calls entire time my car was here I had to call every time. Ppl have quit in the middle of working on my car. And they also didn't protect my interior. When I came to check on my car a week and a 1/2 ago there was all kinds of stuff inside my car on the seats with no coverage and then when I had solid a second time there was dust all over the inside of the entire car From sanding other vehicles with my windows open. This was the worse experience ever. The paint of my car was two different colors. They promised my car within 30 days, then they said another week, then another week. They said their owner may comp me something. When I came to pick up my car the owner comped me $100 off my deductible. I ended up having two pay two weeks rental car out of my pocket . Do yourself a favor and find a different body shop. This company is the worse !

I'm very pleased with the service provided. Staff is very warm and friendly. They worked very promptly with insurance process and completed full repair in a reasonable and timely manner.I'm very happy my car looks and feels like new!�I will definitely come back if necessary in the future and/or refer others.THANK YOU! Woody's...this place is extremely slow. They had my car over 2 months. I am not supposed to have issues with the car after they had it for so long. When I called them and explained that I hear a clicking noise when I turn my steering wheel they tell me to bring it back...I am terrified that they will keep it another 2 months. I will not recommend or ever come back here. They're way too inconvenient..they're excuse was the owner was in Mexico and they only had 1 worker who worked on the cars...just seek other options please

Well I was going through the comments before taking my sportage and eventhough some of you didnt like this place .I have them a shot,honest truth we have to understand that with accident involving insurance it's always a process,paper work and stuff my car lasted 2 months in there But I told them take your time I want my baby back In good condition. And yes I help them call the insurance so we did team on that . Bit over all cheezzz they did an amazing job.my car is beautiful and the girls in the front are awsome and the guys are very professional .so 5 stars for them THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH

Great body shop. A couple of days ago I got my car bashed into. My GPS system got stolen. I went to Woody's Body Shop to get my window replaced. It only took a few days. I got it back with no problems operating the window. I even got a car wash along with a buff and polish for no extra payments. The workers are very respectful.

I took my car in on AUG 29th it is now OCT 1 and I still don t have my car which was hit while parked and had rear bumper and panal damage. I would NEVER recommend this company to ANYONE! The manager Roberto is self serving, his response was basically excuses and excuses and more excuses. Never an apology for their lack of completing the job. Blame the insurance company, no problem but that doesn t explain why they NEVER communicated, I had to call each time to be told me my car would be ready on SEPT 17 but someone had a family emergency and it delayed my car being ready. Then SEPT 28, then OCT 1 and now OCT 2. Will it be ready who knows??? I sure don t!! Don t use them, I was told that they have over 50 cars and it isn t that easy to get them done. Then don t say you ll have it ready by a certain day. Also if you have too many cars and can t handle the workload perhaps you shouldn t have the business OR better yet take on what you CAN handle!! If I could give zero or a negative star I would.

10 Stars. Excellent quality work and better prices than other local shops. They gave me a ride home too. My Scion Xb had some bad body damage from a Parking lot collision and they made my car look new again. Very pleased with Woodys. The office staff is very friendly too.

Very friendly and very good at what they do. The work was done quick and car looked brand new not much else I can ask for! The parts to my car had been discontinued and they did the work to find the parts and for that I will forever be thankful. I would recommend Woodies body shop to anyone.

I have been a long time customer of Wood's Paint and Body Shop and have always received excellent customer service and been dealt with in a very professional manner. Particularly, maria. and carmen have always been very courteous and swift in the handling of my claims. They keep me abreast every step of the way, responding to all of my concerns. Assuring me that all the details of my repairs with infinity have been addressed and that if anything else were to arise related to the damage from the accident, it would be handled quickly. The process has gone so smooth, that even my insurance payment was left at the shop for me, I didn't have to wait for anything to arrive via mail. Thus far, I can easily describe this experience as hassle-free, professional, and efficient. Thank you woody'sPaint and Body Shop - keep up the good work! P.S. you guys are the Best in torrance

The lady in the front office that speaks and understands English well has great customer service skills! Car was repaired in excellent condition! Non issues or hassles.

Carmen is really rude I was not impressed by this body shop. Every time I call about my car Carmen always is rude about the questions I have ,She needs to work on her attitude. I'm also still waiting on my car.

Had to call multiple times to check up on work. No way to leave voicemails, no voicemails left when I requested updates on work. More than one month to repair a fender bender. Felt like a turn and burn shop. Should've made my insurance work harder, and gone to a shop I trust. C'est la vie...

I've been to other body shops to get my vehicles fix but so far I been back twice to Woodies Auto Body for two different vehicles, and I was really satisfy with the work.I really recommend Carlos the body man to work on your car......thank you

My wife took her car there and I liked how they left it afterwards, everybody is respectful and have great customer service. Plus they gave my wifes car a carwash and a buff..... GREAT SHOP!!! I really recommend it

Had to schedule a day to take my car, when i tried calling again the number is disconnected. Definitely not bringing my car here.

I had an accident in January and when they delivered my car, with electrical failures and the arrow on my car. I had another accident because of the arrow and they never left my car in good condition. And there is a very rude lady and she called me disrespectful.Services: Painting, Body & TrimTuve un accidente en enero y cuando me entregaron mi carro, con falls electrical y la flecha de mi carro. Tuve otro accdidente por causa de la flecha y nunca me dejaron bien mi carro. Y hay una senora muy mal educada y me llamo faltandome el respetoServices: Painting, Body & Trim
