They neglected to inform us in line that the vehicle currently being serviced was not only getting an oil change but their transmission too was being serviced. I waited 2 hours in their line. They finally opened up another station, but took the vehicles who just arrived. I'm very disappointed with this. They said for the inconvenience they would give me a20% coupon for the next visit. What a joke .I get this couple emailed to me.

When I say the most EXCEPTIONAL customer service I've received in years. EXCEPTIONAL Jeremy Christopher was sharp friendly and knowledgeable. A+ Excellent Team work .

Reasonable price and friendly staffs, be there around 2:45Pm, take around 25mins to finish oil change. They also check lights, tire pressure....just a little bit hard to get turn on the street due the traffic stared.

Quickest oil change ever. I waited about 7ish minutes for the vehicle before me to finish up. Mine lasted about 15 minutes and they did a really thorough job of checking everything they offer with the oil change. No additional charges were added without approval or explanation.

Great people work there very professional and knowledgeable ... great place for a quick oil change and minor service on your vehicle they also have instant coupons you can use.I appreciate the techs topping off all the fluids needed for my car and gave me recommendations for services I needed for my vehicle..definitely using again and would recommend

New staff all the time. The last guy who did my oil change damaged the under the hood cover by just forcibly pulling if off, not removing the fasteners, damaged all the eyelets.

Don t recommend doing some services with them. I had two issues which I am bringing up now: 1) I asked for a tire rotation they did not do it and I still paid for it. 2) They said they fixed my right from turn signal but they did not. I still paid for it. Just do better with your services. I have been told to always check on people like you guys to make sure the job is done right.

Professional and friendly service. The best drive-in vehicle service center around! Good prices also assure that you will no longer be ripped off by dealerships for the same routine maintenance. In addition to regular service, the staff recommend what things to have serviced the next time your car is due. Their quickness and thoroughness during my last few visits makes this particular Valvoline highly recommendable.

Never getting my oil changed anyplace else after today. So fast, professional and friendly, the team was awesome! The manager and assistant manager were both ladies (go ladies!) and as a lady myself I never felt patronized or like I was being upsold services I didn't want. Manager Christine, Jake and Asst. Manager Ennique (hoping I'm spelling these right) made the whole experience a breeze. I'll be back and I'm telling my friends!Services: Tires, Oil change

I just left here and I'm very angry and in agony I've never seen such a bad service; first the guy took the air filter out of my car which was very little dirty by the way and broke it and then when removing the screws to change the oil he managed to strip the screw and sent me to the mechanic

I waited till the Bay was open and pulled in when someone directed me..The manager made me pull out and told me some other lady was ahead of me. I have literally spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars here i'm here every few months.Service: TiresService: Tires

Not once have they tried to up sell us. They did recommend on the next one a possible air filter change which even I know that was coming up. They are fast and courteous and by that I mean, everyone has been very nice and kind. So far i trust them and will come here as much as needed

Usually go to Pep Boys for an oil change, well I won't be going there anymore. The service was exceptional and the workers, I didn't get their names, were thorough with their information and their work was quick and efficient. Was told of other services that I will need in the future and they didn't try and pressure me into getting it done today. Will definitely be back.

Great team and system. Was in and out in 20 minutes. Price was reasonable and was able to remain in the car the whole time. I've been here before when you had to sit in the waiting room and it was much better to have things explained as the job was done.

Very fast and courteous service. I had a headlight out but they didn't have it in stock. I went Pep Boys, they wanted $100 for one HID bulb. I ordered two from Amazon that night for $25. They arrived the next morning. I went back and the assistant manager Daquon installed them at no charge in under 10 min.

The people doing a service on my car were so unprofessional. They were giggling and laughing the entire time and any questions I had they lagged and acted as if I were a burden. Will never recommend or come to get an oil change again

I don't ever trust jiffy lube but I really don't like spending 2 hours at the dealership for an oil change so that's why I have landed in the bay of Valvoline. It did cost more than I planned to spend but at least I had it this time, it did help that I had a $10 off coupon which the honored. Give them a try you will like it.
