I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Tesla service center in Torrance, and I must say, the experience exceeded my expectations in every way possible. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism that instantly put me at ease.One thing that stood out to me was their exceptional customer service. The staff at the service center were not only knowledgeable and efficient but also incredibly friendly and accommodating. They listened attentively to my concerns and went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met.What impressed me even more was their dedication to their customers. Despite it being Easter Sunday, they were open and ready to assist me with my flat tire issue. This level of commitment truly speaks volumes about their commitment to customer satisfaction.Overall, my experience at the Tesla service center in Torrance was nothing short of fantastic. I left feeling grateful and impressed by the exceptional service I received. I would highly recommend this service center to anyone in need of assistance with their Tesla vehicle. my first review, which you will read below, was written during the first visits covered by the guarantee. I was satisfied with the service and gave it 5 stars. After that I contacted several times and each visit was worse than the previous one. In short: technicians either cannot identify the problem or cannot fix an obvious problem. Very low qualifications of technical staff. Some of those who work at the acceptance/issuance of cars do not even hide the fact that you are already tired of you here with your problems. I'm shocked by the Tesla service compared to the Honda and Toyota service. When I have more time I will add more detail to the review.Absolutely satisfied: polite and attentive staff, good service. English is my second language and technical terms can be difficult for me. But none of those with whom I had to communicate did not express dissatisfaction. I asked again and they explained to me and even showed me. I arrived on January 2 at about 1:00 pm with problems with Model X: the trunk did not open and the passenger door on the driver's side did not open periodically. Replaced the sensor in the door and some element in the trunk. The car could be picked up the same day around 9 pm. They gave Model Y as a replacement. Thanks to all the staff for their courtesy and efficiency.

They have always been great to work with. I dropped off my car a couple of hours before my appointment time, and they were fine with that. They completed all my repairs ahead of schedule. The staff is always cognizant of your arrival and will always say something along the lines of "I'll be with you in a minute" as they handle other customers. Sometimes, that is all we want as customers is just to be acknowledged and not ignored, like some places where we feel like we are inconveniencing them and that we are just adding on to their burden. I'm glad to have them close by in Torrance.

The team greeted me by name, and knew exactly what the issue was, within seconds of me arriving. Estimate of cost and time to repair were 100% correct. The waiting area isn't fancy but they have plenty of coffee, tea, and water. They even let me use a private room to take a work call. Great experience and would absolutely go to them again for service.

The team is constantly working to help everyone. I had some complicated issues and they were able to resolve them same day. Rosell was my service advisor and she was straight forward and honest the whole time.

This is my second guaranteed service. After receiving service for the first screen blackout, the screen blacked out while driving on the freeway, and I was scared every month with my children. The second service is a very scary experience. I adjusted all my schedules to be picked up at 11:15 a.m., but there were no texts or updates throughout the morning. After sending several one-way text messages to myself, I received a text message from the service center at 12:53 PM and said they would contact me again. Meanwhile, service ended at 11:15 am. And an hour later, I received a call saying pickup was possible at 4pm. Even when I called the service center, all I got was an answering machine. I was alone and unable to do anything while texting on the wall with no response. It was an emergency because I had to pick up the kids and take them to a sports activity. If it had been updated in advance, I would have found a different way to ride. When I asked him to tell me the time to pick up the kids, he said it was none of his business. I told you to do it yourself because it's my job. If only the service processing update had been done properly, I wouldn't have spent the day in a panic. In the end, the children were unable to participate in important activities and the service brought unsatisfactory results, so they had to request a third service again. This place really deserves to boast of the worst service quality.

Tesla Service is so much worse than the service I had with my Ford Focus. Uber credit instead of a loaner is a terrible experience. A tech did a sub par job with applying urethane on my control arms and when I asked about it, I was informed that this is "expected". The cherry on top is that after I got my car back I found that my visor was broken. I am fairly certain that I never hit or got anywhere near damaging it. Since I am unable to prove the visor was indeed broken in the service team's possession, I now have to not only pay to for the visor, but also the labor, replacing it myself is not really an option since buying parts from Tesla is very complicated. Funny that they are the wealthiest car company in the world right now but their service centers are like no money start ups. I hope I find a visor on eBay and never have to deal with the service team again.

I came here because Tesla told me the mobile technician wouldn t be able to help me with the gap in the front trunk hood not closing all the way.Unfortunately, I wasn t able to drive my car to the service center because the hood was open and my car wouldn t go faster than 15 mph, so I had to get it towed.After arrival, Tesla said nothing was wrong with my car and the hood closed fine if you pressed on it correctly.I tried multiple times and couldn t get it to work with the intake guy watching me (even though he did it himself just fine). But he couldn t explain properly to help me do it myself, so he went to go get a technician to help.While he was gone, I kept trying over and over again and finally figured out what worked. I had to close it first to latch with a gap and then press down firmly under the logo area with the heels of both palms and all my weight until it clicked again and fully closed.So the whole towing and appointment was a bit silly when nothing was actually wrong with the car. I just needed someone to show me how to close the hood properly. Watching YouTube videos myself wasn t enough. But I guess there was no way for them to know that beforehand.Thankfully this was covered under warranty, so I didn t have to pay.

I recently visited the Tesla Service Center in Torrance and was profoundly impressed by the service provided, particularly by ALBERT SCHULTHESS. His methodical approach to problem-solving is a refreshing contrast to the all-too-common practice of premature diagnosis. Albert takes the time to understand and meticulously address each issue, fostering a level of trust and satisfaction that is rare in customer service today.Equally commendable are Michael and Alex Ceja. Alex, in particular, demonstrates remarkable concern for all customers, taking the time to engage and assist, regardless of whether the issue directly pertains to him. This kind of dedication is both exceptional and highly valued.During my visits, Albert's thoroughness in diagnosing and resolving problems, along with his clear communication through the Tesla app, was particularly noteworthy. He collaborates effectively with the service team to ensure comprehensive solutions. Albert's caliber of professionalism and expertise is indeed a rarity.I must also express my appreciation for Andres, another key member of the service team, who played a crucial role in resolving several persistent issues with my Tesla, which included:1. Restoring the air conditioning, which previously had no airflow. (The previous technician replaced the wrong filters, and there was no airflow. Andres fixed the problem by replacing three HEPA filters in the frunk of the car.)2. Fixing a thumping sound that occurred when reversing. The problem was not resolved by the previous technician, but Andres fixed the issue, which was something to do with the brakes.3. The noise coming from the right backseat headrest has not been addressed yet - this is a very well-known issue and has been described by people all over the Internet in Tesla cars.4. The bad vibration noise emanating from the rear interior of the car has not been addressed yet.5. Repairing speakers that were damaged from a previous repair. This was the only issue fixed by the previous technician, but I m not sure if they were replaced or just glued since I cannot see it. But hopefully, he did replace them with new speakers. As it was broken during a service, a technician from Costa Mesa who came to my house showed me the problem and told me to get it replaced at a Tesla center immediately.Andres' ability to methodically and successfully tackle these problems highlights the exceptional level of skill and customer care at the Torrance center.Mark, the center manager, also deserves recognition for his attentive and comprehensive approach to discussing my concerns.As a Computer Engineer and Science Major, I advocate for a scientific, systematic approach in problem-solving, which encompasses:1. **Observation and Questioning**2. **Background Research**3. **Hypothesis Development**4. **Experimentation**5. **Data Collection**6. **Analysis**7. **Peer Review**8. **Conclusion**9. **Replication**10. **Publication**This process ensures that conclusions and solutions are based on empirical evidence and critical analysis. Tesla, as an innovator in the electric vehicle industry, stands to benefit greatly from integrating these principles into their customer service and technical operations. Tesla, while not the pioneer of battery car technology a distinction belonging to Nikola Tesla is a leader in its modern application. Adopting a scientific approach to customer concerns can significantly enhance Tesla's reputation for quality and customer loyalty.In conclusion, the exceptional service I received at the Tesla Service Center in Torrance, particularly from Albert, Andres, Michael, Alex, and Mark, has left a lasting positive impression. Tesla's potential to excel in both innovation and customer satisfaction is immense. What a great experience I had there. I made an appointment and Torrance service center was the only one that had an appointment early for me. When I got there, it was nothing but smiles and happy faces. Absolutely professional and amazing to work with and they were able to fix my car under two hours (your miles may vary and depends on what needs to be fixed.) The process is very easy and mostly done through the app. My car is fixed and good to go and they topped off my windshield wiper fluid and added air in my tires. Just a great morning at the service center and will most likely come back if something happens to my car. Thank you so much!!

Wanted to give a recognition to Ian, who was incredibly patient with me. I came in because I had a nail in my tire and we found another nail in the rear tire while we did the walk through. Luckily he caught it. I was definitely frustrated because this is the 6th time this happens to me with tires and nails in 2 years. Anyway, Ian, thank you for hearing me out and letting me vent. Also everyone at this service center is very nice and goes over things very well. I appreciated that too.

Used this service center to investigate why my leather steering wheel was bunching up and coming apart. Initially I was told it was not under warranty, but after speaking to some friends I was encouraged to check back.I called the Service Center back and had the most pleasant experience. Not only did they repair the steering wheel, they did it on the spot. Rather than giving me reasons to not do the repair they simply did it. Amazing customer service and extremely pleased. If you visit this location ask for Leland. His enthusiasm, kindness, and work ethic are what make me proud to be a Tesla owner. Bravo Torrance Service Center!

My AC was not working very well on my model X so I brought it over to have it serviced. Santiago was really great. Walked me through everything and kept me updated. I got my car back 24 hours later with the AC working well. Highly recommend this Tesla service center.

Great customer service. Should you have to wait for your car, they have water, a coffee/tea machine and light pre-packaged snacks. If you leave your car, they do offer courtesy vehicles (if available) & communicate effectively through the Tesla app, if you prefer that method (like I do).

This is by far my favorite service center in the LA county area. All of the staff there are polite, respectful & professional. They take great care of me, my car & even humor my kid when he accompanies me. Often, my car is ready prior to the quoted time frame.

I recently purchased a Tesla Model Y and, within just three weeks, have encountered numerous issues. From a tire leak to a rattling door panel and a non-functional door button. The most concerning incident was the aero shield coming loose while driving on the highway. To add to the frustration, Tesla charged us $650 for the repair, which we believe should have been covered under warranty due to the clear manufacturing defect. As a new Tesla owner, I expected a smoother experience and better support from the brand. I hope this feedback prompts improved quality control and customer care from Tesla.Service: Body & Trim

The car from worse to worst.one of the speakers is mot working at all after i got the car from you guys,And the other speaker s efficiency is not as high as I received the car from the manufactoy.The Trunk is makes noise when i close it. Very Very bad Experience (They don t have the experience to fix any car so how are they representing Tesla!! )

Yesterday a colleague told me my brake lights and blinkers were not working. So I jumped on the Tesla app to schedule an appointment I saw Long Beach was the nearest service center and luckily had the earliest available appointment. I arrived an hour before my appointment and was greeted gracefully right away by Jake. He told me I was right both my lights were out and they would run some test. I also told him my trunk has trouble opening at times. He said I would need to schedule another appointment which I understood. After 5 min Jake came back and told me it was something simple with my brake lights and it was fixed. He also told me they started working on my trunk and it should be out shortly. I have read countless reviews online about people having issues with the Tesla service center and I was worried I would run into the same. However Jake and the people here at Long Beach gave me nothing to worry about! Hopefully I don t have to come back for my car but if I do I won t stress.Service: Body & Trim

This place is too close to the techno kings reach. Everything is in spec and if you want to fix anything you have to pay out of pocket that should be covered under warranty. Poor design and throwing cars together as fast as you can will lead to issues. Doubtful that I will be getting another Tesla due to the build quality and terrible service.

Received an error code on my car and brought the car in 30 mins before my appointment. The car sat for 1 hour before I asked if someone was going to look at my car. My car moves into the shop, I was given the estimated time of completion 1 to 4 hours. I sat in the lobby, I was checked on by an advisor once. I asked for an update and my car wasn't even checked by anyone. Asked for my car back and left, apologies were given but nothing else but a waste of my time.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Better than Tesla Centinela by a lot. Friendly service. But needs to be more detailed. I picked up my car after a windshield replacement, they gave me the key & told me where it was parked with no other instructions. I saw the car still has tape on the top of the windshield and so it prompted me to ask for instructions. That s when the person that gave me the key directed me to somebody else that now gave detailed instructions/care after a windshield replacement. It was my first time having that type of service done to my car but regardless of that they should be telling me what was done & what is supposed to be done after.

Came here for an issue with my passenger door. Both visits I was in and out and experienced friendly service. They even showed me some additional features on my car. I will come back to this center if I have any other issues.
