Clean area for the customer to rest while waiting for the car maintenance. Car will be washed before they handed it back to me. One thing I want to complain is they made a little scratch inside my car on my driver side handles (maybe while they clean inside?). It's not a big deal. The scratches are not really obvious but you know... the scratches affect my mood while everytime I see it. For the next car service, I probably will not ask them to wash my car. Overall the experience is great, the staff (Vanessa) who works there is professional, she knows and help me to schedule for my second key fob set up. Very friendly.

Service department at this dealership is the best there is in the business. I have been treated very well at Lexus of South Bay. They have been so nice. I will continue to have my Lexus serviced here. Fernando is like family I he knows his customer. Factory driver s cushion came out amazing and so does all my service needs! All the best Fernando. Brought in my car for a routine service. Supposedly their car wash machine loosened a grill from the front bumper on my IS350. That same Piece flew off on the freeway right after leaving. I tried calling Vanessa multiple times about it but at the end of everything I m suppose to pay $1,800+ for that. I understand that I have an expensive car and that any item on the vehicle is going to cost an arm and a leg but that is Ridiculous. It s an $180 part and over $1,500 to install.I was told by Vanesa that they noticed that the item was already loose and that the Car wash machine must ve loosened it. Would ve been nice to report that to me before I drove off. I ve been going to this same dealership for years. And many times for Service and never had any issues until now. I recommend to inspect your vehicle thoroughly as they do before you drive away because they will leave you out to dry if something went bad on their watch.I m not happy, not satisfied.

Vanessa was really nice. She has great customer service. Overall it was a great experience. I will definitely continue getting my car serviced here. My 1st service was at Beverly Hills where I bought the car and their service was terrible! Thank you Vanessa at South Bay Lexus for a great experience! Plus they rinsed my baby off! Look how great she looks!

This Lexus service department is top notch! Melissa Markel and the other service members are super friendly and attentive. The price was lower than I expected and Melissa made sure I wasn't paying for services I didn't need! This is now my go-to service center for my Lexus. They made us feel comfortable and treated us like family. Thanks Southbay Lexus!

Vanessa was professional and kind. I got my car back in a timely manner! She booked a Lyft ride from the Dealership and back once the service was completed. She made sure to communicate with me. Vanessa provided excellent service. I will definitely be coming back to see her for my future repairs.

Service department does a great job updating you with videos of things that need to get fixed.Working with Fernando is always a great experience. I feel like he has my best interest in mind and we talk over the maintenance issues and plan out what needs to get done now and what can wait until the next round. I ve had the pleasure of doing business with him for 148K miles and it s been a great experience every time.

Melissa - my customer specialist is AWESOME as always! All staff I ve encountered were professional and really nice & courteous. Facility is clean, and I love the coffee machine in the waiting area but too bad it was out of order during my visit . My only tiny complaint was that the parts I ordered on site costs higher than the price showed in the Lexus website, but Melissa was nice enough to give me some discount and explained the situation. Overall, I m satisfied with the services I ve received so far. Thank you Melissa and staff

This is a LONG overdue shout out to Lisette Figueroa and the technician who replaced my car s battery.On the afternoon of Friday, DEC 8, 2023, in horrible LA traffic, I drove to Lexus South Bay, and made it there pretty close to closing time. I had had numerous AAA jump starts because my car would not start without them, so I desperately needed a battery. I was also distraught because my mom was gravely ill, so I had to get back to West LA where she was hospitalized in order to be by her side.Because it was so late when I arrived, the guy who greeted me told me I d probably have to come back another day. But I really needed the battery replaced so I asked to speak to the service advisor on duty. That young lady was Lisette.In short, after hearing my plea, she called a technician and very nicely asked if he would work longer (on a Friday no less) to install my battery. He agreed and I was beyond grateful! Because the battery was under warranty, Lisette told me it would take about an hour.While there, I shared with Lizette that my mom was really ill and she listened intently. She was compassionate and comforting which helped to put me at ease.I then sat in the waiting room but about 25 minutes later, I became anxious and decided I d better leave and get back to my mom. I informed Lisette that I d leave the car and catch an Uber back to the hospital. But she gently stopped me and told me not to go because my car was just about finished! Five minutes later, I was in my car, completely relieved, and headed back to the hospital.I know my review is long and not typical, but I just wanted Lisette and the Lexus team to know how much I appreciate her going the extra mile for me on that Friday night back in DEC 2023. She could have rightly informed me that I arrived too late and my car could not be serviced, but she did not. Instead, she made sure that my car was in working order when I left. This thoughtful gesture meant even more to me because of my mom s grave condition (she passed away 3 days later) and my fragile mental state.So thank you, Lisette, for your outstanding customer service, stellar support, and kind disposition! You exemplify the qualities and people skills that many of us should strive for!Lori R.

My experience at South Bay Lexus was excellent. Had an appointment at 4. Was originally told I might need to leave the car overnight to have new rims and tires put on. Melissa got me in right away and I left a satisfied customer in about an hour. They documented the work with a video once it was complete. I thought the service there was above and beyond.

Thank You SB Lexus - Great team work!~ you are all awesome! Lisette helped me out and gave me the personal attention I very much appreciated and needed. It was all headache free when all service was said and done. I am thankful for the prompt attention to detail to get my vehicle on a good maintenance track. Watching a video of the inspection was super informative and new to me. Icing on the cake of the super great service was the super awesome technology thrown in for my super simple service.

Brian Jones was great. I arrived at my appointed time and he and the technicians were ready to inspect my car almost immediately. I love the professionalism and cleanliness of the facility. Waiting room is pleasant, widely spaced and clean. Bathrooms are clean.Services to be done on my car were clearly explained to me and any additional, recommended services were presented to me as well as the costs. Nothing was done without my permission. Cost value of the services is sufficient. I really enjoy taking my car here.Services: Tire rotations, Transmission repair

My SUV was towed to the dealership. So my service was unplanned but frankly not unexpected.Fernando the service rep was fantastic. He worked w me to prioritize work & answered my numerous questions. I found him to be personable & professional.Although it was an expensive repair I can tell right away my car is running better & quieter.I m looking forward to another 100k miles w my 350rx!

The staff at South Bay Lexus is exceptional. From the moment you pull up to the concierge to the time you re back in your clean serviced vehicle, you are given the best service. My service associate, Fernando always gets me in quickly, explains what s included in the service, provides an estimate, arranges transportation and calls with other recommended services after my car has been inspected by their technicians. They are truly professional and personable. I recommend anyone with a Lexus go to South Bay for your service needs.

South Bay Lexus never disappoint. When I show up for my appointment, I m always greeted with a smiling face. They check my car in, my service advisor Fernando is always kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. The facility is welcoming with coffee, snacks and of course a nice area to watch TV or shop. The pleasant aroma of candles and Golf attire are my go to.

Lexus of Torrance has always provided a first class service experience. I m always treated well, the waiting area is lovely with cold water, coffee drinks and sometimes a nosh. The service advisors and people who greet you are professional, friendly and helpful. My car is always fixed properly, and Henry communicates my service status timely. The loaner cars are always fun to drive and complimentary. My car is returned to me washed and cleaned inside. That s why they always receive the award of the best car dealership in the yearly vote for the best of - .Thank you Henry for taking good care of me and my car!

This is my second time working with Melissa Markel at SouthBay Lexus and she never disappoints! Melissa is very organized and thorough with explaining what my options are regarding the service needed for my Lexus vehicle. She is very knowledgeable and supportive when it came to my questions and concerns about the service my car would need. My car runs well again with no complaints. Every time I go to Lexus South Bay for service, I have the best customer service experience I can imagine. Brian Jones is the reason. He is always so pleasant, funny, real and easy to speak with. He feels more like a close friend than a Lexus service person. In terms of the service he delivers for the actual vehicle, he ALWAYS goes above and beyond. Every time I come in, I see Brian doing every single thing in his power to help me as a customer and to make my life as easy as possible. Before Brian, I was hesitant to get service done at Lexus because I was convinced it would be way too expensive. Brian has consistently shown me how getting Lexus service can actually save me money and time. They are always very friendly and professional. They have a great waiting space and offer a free water and coffee. Sometimes it can take a little while for service but mostly it s about an hour and a half. I would highly recommend them!

South Bay Lexus is pretty nice. I made my appointment on line. My call was followed up with a phone call from Vanessa for confirmation and to answer any questions. My appointment went very smoothly and easy, from the drop off and handing off my keys, to meeting Vanessa and signing paperwork, the shorter than expected wait, and getting my car back. Excellent customer service! Everyone is so attentive to detail and makes the experience of bringing your car in effortless! Brian Jones is my advisor, and I always have a great experience! Answers every question & doubt that I may have about my car if I don t know how to use it, and he even set me up to speak with a Tech that knows all the bells and whistles on the car! Highly professional service advisor, Fernando, carefully walks you through the process. The technician also uses technology to communicate what he's doing with the car, loaner car girl is sharp, conveys a wonderful personality. Everything and every step is explained to the customer. You don't have to think. This dealership truly takes care of you. The electric loaner car was amazing, and our GX was returned spotless. All around excellent experience.

Got my car serviced at the South Bay location for the first time and I was extremely satisfied with Vanessa. She was professional and didn t get a weird shady vibe that I normally get from most places. She took care of everything in a timely manner and she was accommodating. Definitely impressed compared to the Woodland Hills location, where I normally take my car for servicing. Thanks Vanessa!

Everyone was so pleasant and courteous. My vehicle was repaired in a timely manner. Joven was attentive and made sure that he put me in a loaner before he kept my vehicle. Everywhere you turned, the Lexus staff said hello, smile and offered assistance. I ve never seen anything like it! I will definitely be returning to this location for any of my future Lexus services.

I took my Lexus in due to a check engine light being on and vehicle felt like it wanted to turn off at a stop. Gerardo was the Service advisor that attended me and it was a great experience.Every question or concern was answered in detail and in a timely manner. Gerardo assisted me with a loaner vehicle while my car was getting serviced and it feels great to know Lexus of South Bay was attentive to my needs.
