Why would you give Elon your cash up front wait for months or beg a Italian car manufacturer to put you on a wait list. Or even worse go to a gypsy lot that feels like buying a car from a Turkish bazaar.When you can come get and have the simplest and fastest car buying transaction ever. Ask for Enrique he was able to take of most things over the phone and via email. Excellent service my only regret is that it happed so fast I didn t have time get make a complimentary Latte to go. The finance manager was also very easy and no pressure tactics here.Thanks guys!

My experience with Mr. Talal Barikhan was memorable, he was straightforward and precise in his communication. He had a good attitude towards customer service, he was friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure that I am happy with the purchase of the car.I had an odd request for the sales contract date to be revised and the car to be delivered to my residence which was accommodated without any hesitationI am very satisfied with my purchase and I expect to come back to Mr. Barikhan for purchasing a LX600 or GX 550 for my wife in the future.

I am very happy about my car leasing experience with Brandon and Jay at South Bay Lexus. From the time that I made the call to the dealership to signing the paperwork, it was a seamless transaction.I called another local competitor dealership for a different class of vehicle a week prior and the customer service within the first 30 seconds made me determine that I did not want to do business with them.However, when I called South Bay Lexus; Brandon was immediately warm and polite, not aggressive and extremely respectful, communicative, and knowledgeable about the vehicle that I was interested in and also presented other options for me to consider.Jay, the Finance Manager was transparent, friendly and responsive to all of my financing questions.The entire process from start to finish made my car leasing experience painless. Unlike my previous experiences with other So Cal dealerships over the years. As a woman, salesmen at dealership comes off as intimidating; these two gentlemen made me feel comfortable and welcoming without typical the sexism that I ve dealt with in the past.Cheers to the new year and a loyal new customer.

Bryan made our experience of buying a car super easy and enjoyable, the dealer is super clean, they have a big selection of cars. We were in and out with in 2 hours, and that was with me giving them a hard time with the already great deal I was getting.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a car from this dealership and I must say, it was a truly fantastic experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by Enrique who was incredibly friendly and approachable. He took the time to really get to know us and understand our needs, which made us feel at ease and well taken care of.Enrique was not pushy at all, which was a refreshing change. He was patient and attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure that we found the perfect vehicle for us. Our sales rep CT was awesome!! Very helpful, extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in, and when we decided to purchase but needed to finish paperwork quickly he was able to expedite that process. Finance was awesome as well and got its in and out in less than 45 min!! The car we purchased (RX 500H F sport) is beautiful, comfortable, sporty and a smooth enjoyable ride however the amount of safety features on the car and the fact that you cannot disable some of them will result in us most likely not purchasing another one. You only need your car to beep and ding at you so many times before you want to drive it off a cliff!! The dealership and our salesman and finance guy were awesome though!!

My experience at South Bay Lexus was wonderful! CT was my sales representative and he was attentive from beginning to end. Jay helped on the finance end and he was also very kind and fast through the process. What I appreciated the most is that I didn t feel like either of them were trying to upsell me on things I didn t need. They listened to my needs and recommended the appropriate things to me. I had a great experience with Enrique at South Bay Lexus. I had no intentions of purchasing a new car but life happens. Of course my first instinct was to call Enrique. I have been a customer of Enrique for several years now. I ve followed him from Lexus Santa Monica and Beverly Hills.. they definitely lost an asset to their company. I have always received the best service, he s so knowledgeable and patient. I was so worried about the whole process but he made me feel at ease. He always walks me through every step, makes everything clear and easy. The process was quick, He s so quick to reply with any questions or concerns, and within two days he helped me find the best Lexus Rx 350. Everything I needed at the perfect price. I have no doubt that I will come back again. Highly recommend." He s the only one I trust.

We were extremely impressed with every single party we dealt with at South Bay Lexus. Nathan Kunkle, our salesman, was the most professional, kindest, knowledgeable, helpful individual we have ever worked with at a car dealership. His manager, Johnny Hong was also terrific and very fair when providing the final sales offer. We ended up leasing not just one 2023 Lexus, but two brand new Lexus . Tim Ryan, the finance manager, was so very pleasant to deal with and made the paperwork process easy and quick. We HIGHLY recommend South Bay Lexus for anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle.

Service was great at South Bay Lexus. Did not expect to get a car when coming in this day, but, found above and beyond what I was looking for. Trevor was extremely patient and thorough with sharing and comparing vehicles and options. John, manager, was kind and helpful through the process. Jay in Finance was so informative and so diligent in walking through my options. Appreciate the South Bay Lexus team and would recommend to anyone in a heartbeat.

We love Ramon. This is our second car that we purchased from Ramon. My mom Vanessa just bought a convertible SC over the weekend ! Ramon was super patient and great communication with a smile always. He made everything so easy he was not a shark attack like other sales reps.

Moved from the Irvine area (where I bought my Lexus) to Santa Monica and looked online to see where to service the car. The reviews at Santa Monica were not great and saw that South Bay Lexus got impeccable reviews for their service. These online reviews did not disappoint. My service advisor Fernando has been great both times I have taken my car in and the process was smooth and easy. They provide a loaner if needed for lengthy work and send a video to confirm the work after its completed. It takes about 40 minutes for me to get out to South Bay Lexus to service my new Lexus but based on their professionalism, handling of my vehicle, and great service, I know they have their clients best interest at heart. Will gladly make the drive twice a year to get the best service for my vehicle. Thanks to everyone at South Bay Lexus.

Buying a used car at South Bay was an easy and pleasant experience, which I was starting to believe didn t exist anymore. I had encountered so many hidden fees beyond the advertised price while car shopping, but South Bay s no haggle transparent pricing was exactly as stated. The 3 hour round trip I made was worth the experience and price. Ask for Mohammad! He was incredibly helpful and made the process simple and quick.

We had a great experience with Nathan Kunkle, the South Bay Lexus Sales Consultant who assisted us when went to that dealership to look for a new car. He was knowlegeable, patient, and very helpful. He was also outgoing and friendly, yet low-key in assisting us.

The car buying experience at South Bay leaves a lot to be desired. Salesmen don't seem to want to provide any service when requesting paperwork such as Lexus certified inspection reports. They follow the CarMax 1 price model for used cars, which is nice. They don't seem to follow Lexus standards when certifying cars either considering the condition of some of the certified cars on their lot. Overall I don't recommend purchasing a used car from this dealership due to their weakness in documentation and mediocre ability to provide service.

An excellent place to get my new Lexus. I love their salesman (Tim) is well trained, very patience to explain my questions, and the professionalism about the car information. I highly recommend this place. Even though I drove about an hour to this dealership, it is totally worth it.

We had a seamless experience at South Bay Lexus. Our salesperson Trevor was very knowledgeable and helped us choose the right car for our needs. There was no pressure or hustle which actually made it a pleasant experience. Since our car had not yet been delivered to the dealership, Trevor kept us posted each step of the way so we always knew what to expect. I can t say enough about the staff, especially Jay in finance. Their professionalism and kindness were much appreciated. When you purchase your next vehicle, this should be your first stop!

My experience purchasing a new car from South Bay Lexus was excellent from start to finish. I started the purchase online with a very user friendly website. Once at the dealer everyone was helpful and friendly. The process took 4 hours, but I think that is how long it takes. I was very happy with the whole process and I would recommend South Bay Lexus to anyone who is looking for a Lexus. BTW I love the car. Thank you for a great buying experience.

I had the best car shopping experience of all times at South Bay Lexus! Sale Representative, David M., was excellent. He showed me several cars that didn't fit me either style wise or financially, then he showed me the car of my dreams and it was a done deal! I feel they really worked with me to get me the vehicle I wanted. Kudos! To Mr Matte and Mr Shin who made it all happen. If your shopping for any vehicles in the Lexus family please add South Bay Lexus in Torrance on your list.

Quick and easy NO Haggle Pricing on used cars. I bought a 2011 Camry for the asking price which was thousands below blue book! And unlike most dealers nowadays, it s nice to see that the advertised price is the price you see when you get there, free from the added markups that seem to be the norm. When I m in the market again, South Bay Lexus will be my 1st choice!

I had a wonderful experience with Enrique from South Bay Lexus. I texted him and let him know at what time I would be at the dealership. The dealership and people there are nice. Enrique was very professional. He was quite personable! He showed me around briefly then got right down to business. He helped me making division on the model of car with his honest professional opinion based on my preference and needs. His explanation of the car to the details that was more than I expected. We had the deal after two test drives. I was not under pressure in the process. Mr. Park, in the finance dept was very nice. Make it simple, Enrique was very friendly and professional with a personal touch. I bought the car and left the dealership happy.
