My vehicle was vandalized by degenerates. The Shop is impressive very organized and clean. It appears every effort is being made to preserve the integrity of the entire vehicle not being worked on. I am patiently awaiting completion and have said multiple times I am not in a hurry to get it finished I can wait for quality and good workmanship . I ll post a review when it s finished with photos .

Tim! Thank you so much! Southbay Certified Collision is amazing! Not only did they fix my car, they completely cleaned it! I'm so sorry my rims were so dirty! I didn't expect you guys to clean it and do it so well, but seriously, thank you! From start to finish, the process was quick and seamless. I would 100% percent recommend this place! And just for reference, Southbay BMW will refer you to them! Ask for Tim!

Recommended through South Bay BMW. Nice to me and Bowie. Made sure to get good parts and gave me freedom on when to take it in as I m unfortunately unable to get a rental. Hoping to get it soon!

HORRIBLE communication. Shady business. They had BMW for a month and a half, lied and told me it was repairable the whole time. Mechanic (Tim) coincidentally gets covid and goes MIA for 8 days during the process (but doesn't tell me until after). Meanwhile my car is sitting at their shop racking up $6k of "storage fees". Whole time I'm sitting around waiting in the dark to hear about the progress on estimates for repairs.Eventually, the insurance company let's me know that this guy was sending secret higher estimates for the cost of the work behind my back. They end up deeming my car a total loss and I completely lose my car because of this. Don't do business here.

Absolute fraud of a company. The unethical and unprofessional behaviors of their employees are borderline criminal. Do NOT take your vehicle here, they will attempt to do anything to rip you off!!!!

I brought my sapphire black metallic M2 in after somebody backed up into my front bumper cover. They repaired and repainted it in no time flat and worked with the insurance company to adjust an estimate and make sure that I didn't pay a difference. They returned the car washed, waxed and looking fantastic. They're also very friendly. If/when there's a "next time" I know who to go to.

South Bay Certified Collision Repair Center is top notch in all aspects and extremely high quality. Fantastic work and wonderful experience. Customer service is awesome from Toni at the front desk to Joshua in the back. Awesome people that do awesome work. Great communication, service, etc. They are the best!!

I still don t have my car it has been in there for months. They have not yet gotten to my car yet. My car has been with them for over three months. If you need your car back on time do not go here they charge you way too much and they are not fast enough. These guys are not the guys you want to take your Mercedes or luxury vehicle. PLEASE DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID BY LISTENING TO THE MERCEDES DEALERSHIP DO NOT DO ITService: Body & Trim

I've been through a couple body shops for custom work and the random bump (gotta love living in LA), but I have never had one go so far above and beyond the pickiest person's expectations. From the beautiful living woman at the front all the way to the dealers in the back, they are right on top of it and know exactly what you need before you even ask. I've had 1 repair done here and the hope of a 2nd turned out to be a total loss, I was kept in the loop on all of the communications between the adjusters and my insurance and when I went in to clean out my car I was offered a moment alone to say my good byes while they got me a few bags. While I was cleaning out my car whenever one of the shop guys walked by they would say I'm sorry we couldn't fix it. They even offered to help me carry everything to my rental. I would also like to add that thre first time I was in I was studying for my boards in thr waiting area and when I walked in with my medical bag the woman at the counter instantly remembered me and gave me the biggest congratulations! They're truly the best shop you're going to find in So Cal!

Terrible suppose to be high quality go to pick my car up after 60 day and the windshield is whistling from not being installed properly the second time , I thought i was doing the right thing by coming to bmw collision repair but boy was i wrong terrible experience.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim
