I was very excited when I finally picked up my 2023 Honda Civic Hatch that I had dropped off for a paint scratch that was nicely repaired and painted over. However, I was distraught to see the amount of interior damage leftover from the repair process. First, my roof console was scratched beyond belief from the prying tools they used. Second, my dash seems to have been smudged or dirtied in some way by the repair/painting process as well (This was NOT present when I dropped off the car). Finally, there's now give on my driver-side map light vs my passenger side, which could have been from the prying and pulling of the roof. I have brought this up to them when I picked up the car AND I have started a case with Honda. Hope to update this review once a resolution is reached.Though they did an excellent job repairing the outside, I would definitely keep a close eye on the inside of your vehicle when picking it up.

Very easy to work with and they did good quality work. I found an interior scratch on my door, brought it to their attention. I was told to bring it back in, which I did, and I worked with the technician to resolve the issue. Although my car was clean on the outside, it definitely needed some cleaning on the inside

Terrible experience here. I hardly post reviews but if I could take back going here to repair my car I would. They did not fix my car completely, then tried to say that the insurance wasn t covering the repairs, gave me different statements or instructions every time. Horrible.

The bumper lights were not a part of the claim but the shop made the lights worse. They didn't call to let me know the bumper lights were in disrepair. I have been a customer since 2007. Good paint job but I can t close my window and Honda needs to fix it. They also damaged my molding when I took it off and scratched it up. My passenger side window does not close on my convertible it keeps open about six or 7 inches because of the molding that they put their improperly. The rep did not respond to when she will repair these items she just said it was like that when they got the car. There was no problem opening and closing my windows when they got the car and one piece of the molding is completely coming off.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I went here after a little old lady hit my car as I was driving along and she pulled out from a parking space causing extensive damage to the side of my Camaro. Then, two days later, I went to go to work (I m a Hospice RN) and saw a large dent in the drivers side rear panel - I had been the victim of a hit and run during the night. I was furious and had to pay my deductible of course for that repair. Scott Robinson Honda were fantastic dealing with both AAA and State Farm insurance companies, arranging a rental car, and doing such a phenomenal repair job that my car looks like a new car! They were a busy shop (I can understand why!) but didn t leave me waiting and explained everything that I needed to know. I will definitely use them again - you even get a lifetime guarantee for the paint! I almost forgot, they also valet cleaned the inside of my car - it looked amazing! The service at the Crenshaw Blvd was very good. Jeff, customer service guy was very friendly, courteous and polite, called me, "Mr". This is the kind of employees that draw customers in and come again and again.Great job, Jeff!

The body shop fixed the front end of my car after a mishap with a cinder block retaining wall and just did a marvelous job. A friend recommended them to me and the work they did was high end. My experience with Scott Robinson Honda body shop was absolutely satisfactory. All personnel were knowledgeable about their job and knew what they were doing. (and no, not every company is like this). I went to another body shop to get an estimate and they were going to keep my car for a month... something that took you folks only 5 hours. Quite a difference. No, I'll take you guys anytime. THanks for the work and service and professionalism.v/rLue

Giselle was very rude, unapproachable, and unaccommodating, doesn't want to give me an appointment, so I spoke with her supervisor.Monica, Danielle and the guy that helps transferred the things from the rental car were so helpful, kind and very accommodating.Unfortunately they left the inside of van so dirty, and not vacuumed. The rear window and lift gate of my car were smashed in a collision. I drove to the shop, and they inspected my car and gave me an estimate within 30 minutes of my arrival. They told me when it would be ready, and they called to let me know when it could be picked up. It was ready for pick up as promised, and it looks like there was never any damage.Service: Body & Trim
