Hector and his team saved my vehicle, after Allstate and the 1st shop deemed the vehicle a Total Loss ($17k to repair), Ron's Body Shop was able to completely fix it for ~$6500. The vehicle looks brand new again - They were able to save the quarter panel and 1 other sub-panel that the 1st shop gave no option other than to cut-off and weld on a new panel, which could end yp causing future rust-out issues.

I would give Ron s Body Shop ten stars, if I could. I was devastated when my Jeep was hit while parked on a street and then when I found out it wasn t drivable with all the damage. Fearing it was a total loss, I dropped it off at Ron s Body Shop and spoke to Hector. Immediately from the first phone call and on, Hector eased my concerns. Hector is extremely knowledgeable with the process of getting repairs and dealing with insurance companies so that I had very little to do. He kept me updated on every step and copied me on every estimate that was exchanged between Ron s Body Shop and the insurance company. Hector provided me updates on a regular basis and knowing that Ron s Body Shop was performing the work, I felt confident in the repairs. I just picked up my Jeep today and it looks amazing! You can t tell it was in an accident and had an extensive amount of work done at all. It honestly looks even better than when I first bought my Jeep (used). To top everything off, Hector & Ron s Body Shop worked with me on the deductible I had to pay to the insurance and made it easier on me financially, which took a tremendous amount of stress off my shoulders. I highly recommend Ron s Body Shop & Hector for any auto repairs needed. I will be returning to them soon with one of my classic cars for some work. Friendly and efficient. Did a great job on my Jeep Renegade body work. Also detailed the exterior and interior! Job was completed sooner than expected! Highly recommend!

All bad.. brought in my truck to paint the front and rear bumpers, paint and replace the front lower valance and replace the front headlight assembly which I brought in myself. Dropped it off on monday tried to pick it up Friday when they said it was finished. Had to leave it till the next Wednesday cause of the terrible job they did. Paint flaked on the front bumper immediately and had scuff marks and they didnt wax the truck like they said they would.. Left it for a repaint. When I got it back it was better but they still didn't clay and wax the truck as they said they would. Opened the door to find the seat stitching had been ripped and the seat scuffed to which the (i think he was a service manager) came out and said it was due to wear and tear basically calling me a liar. Git home and opened up the hood not only did they not adjust the headlights to make them even they didnt reinstall all the screws for the headlights! Horrible experience.. Dont go there if you don't have to..

I was rear-ended during Friday afternoon rush-hour traffic. The damage wasn't too bad, but the rear hatch was dented and wouldn't open. The bumper was also damaged.My neighbor had his car repaired at Ron's Body Shop and was happy with them, so he referred me to them.Since liability was clear, I decided to handle the claim myself rather than involving my insurance company. I'd never heard of the other driver's insurance company. The claims adjuster was awful. She routinely failed to return my calls and emails. Hector at Ron's Body Shop held his own when dealing with the flakey insurance company and ultimately got them to pay for all the parts and repairs.Hector, Rick and Vanessa were all consistently professional, courteous and responsive. I am very pleased with the quality of both the repair work and the paint job on my car. I highly recommend Ron's Body Shop.Service: Body & Trim

Please do not take your car here if it needs mechanical repair...It took 3 inconvenient visits and you shouldn't have to bring your car back 2 additional times for them to do it right. Also, their communication is not professional since 2 managers different days said they would call me back and never did! I will say the exterior cosmetic work was excellent....but on the whole I cannot recommend Ron's Body Shop to friend or foe.

This body shop is very interesting. Lots of nostalgia to see. As a local I always passed by but never used partially because of coworkers not recommending. The work performed on my vehicle was ok but it did take long time and a few return corrections. Would have had a higher rating if not for the long wait and constant bickering among staff. I will not return unless I absolutely have to.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They fixed my quarter panel as if nothing bad ever happened. They returned the vehicle by the promised date. The car was clean detailed and vacuumed. They did miss a fastener screw, I returned later and and put the screw back in, so actually I'd give them a 4.99. Rick was easy to work with. They offer lifetime warranty on their work. I'd definitely recommend them.

Great place. EXTREMELY helpful. Fun interior, too. It's fun to look at all the old stuff in there. I dropped off my car there and then shuttled me back to my house. They were in collaboration with my insurance (AAA) and everything was seamless. They even detailed my car before i picked it up. Shout out to Hector. Great work!

Walked in and was amazed at this beautiful shop! Greeted by a very soft spoken and kind secretary and directed with humor and smiles to the Specialist I needed to see. This is a very nice place and the staff is even nicer.

Enjoy your your car body repair!From the time you enter this shop you realize this is a unique experience. The place is covered with interesting sports and antique car paraphernalia, very interesting. Meet Meesh a courteous and knowledgeable rep. Quick quotes, fast appointment times and excellent professional service!5 + . Ron's body shop in Old Torrance is exceptional. I have used their service on a couple of cars over the years and have always been very pleased with the work they have done. They stand behind their work and provide outstanding service. Highly recommend Ron's Body Shop

April 2018Professional customer service and top notch workmanship. I brought my truck to Ron's and they absolutley went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I've been taking my automobiles there since 1997 and they have continued to earn my business and I appreciate the effort. Thanks again to Fred and everyone at Rons Auto Body.

They are complete idiots here!!! I call to get an estimate on a project of which I was incredibly detailed in I was incredibly descriptive and this guy named Rick tells me that it is going to cost anywhere between free to $10000. No professionalism.They just want your $$$ not your services. Forget about loyalty. There are better options then RonaDon't come here

I have taken my cars to Ron's on multiple occasions and they have always been friendly and professional and have always done an outstanding job. I had a VW Beetle convertible that was only a few months old that was rear ended while parked on the street by a driver who fell asleep. For some reason, the insurance company did not total the car (probably because it was so new). I was nervous given the amount of damage done, but Ron's fixed it and made it look and drive like new. That was 3 years ago, and their work has stood the test of time. I was just sideswiped on a rainy day in the same VW Beetle and plan to take it to Ron's tomorrow. Keep up the great work.

I'm sure they have seasoned veterans in the shop that are capable but man, they sure are overpriced. Oh and the attention to detail is not really what you get. Seriously, 1000 bucks to touch up a bumper after it had been serviced there.... Give me a break.

Over spray everywhere, greasy finger prints all over the tan leather door panel, not ready and filthy upon return! Just not what was expected! Really gone downhill since other experience.

This was an insurance job. In order to get my business, the guy said he would also repair my windshield wipers at no additional cost. When i picked up my car, windshield wipers were not repaired and the salesman had a sudden case of amnesia.

Told me 2 weeks for my car took them 5 weeks with a bunch of excuses every week why it wasnt ready..finally when ready get there after they called me to pick it up and they still needed to assemble and out parts on for another hour and a half.. get car home find parts they didnt even paint that they put on..horrible
