I found this location while searching for auto shops that could deal with a variety of issues. I had a transmission issue and my check engine light was flipping on and off. I came into the shop to meet Charles, a nice young professional mechanic who knew exactly what I needed and how to fix the issue. My car was only in the shop for 2 days, 2 days!!! It really was a great value. This guy is a one man army. Smart, analytical, and calculated in his approach to fixing my vehicle. He provided exceptional quality work at a very fair price. This is my new spot to deal with any auto issues. I would refer this place to anyone who respects the value of good auto care. Awesome experience- relatively convenient location. Amazing service from Charles! Called him last second (even while he was closed) and he was willing tomeet me over at his shop to check out my check engine light and replace my faulty battery for me. all for such an amazing price i wouldn t even THINK about going anywhere else. if you truly care about your car i wouldn t take it to anyone besides Charles over at Pro Tech. 10/10Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I first went to ProTech Performance after getting appraised $618 (without install) from a dealer for a new mirror on my 2017 Chevy Silverado Z71. Not only was the owner (Charles) very professional with the way he conducted his business, but he also allowed me to view the whole process while he was dismantling my door panels and reinstalling the new part. Currently, I contacted Charles last night in desperate need of a tire rotation on my truck. Within the hour he responded and said I could come in early morning to get what I needed. I was in and out within 30 minutes and couldn t be happier with the service I received. Been to Pro-Tech several times for a variety of issues. The head mechanic Charles has always been extremely helpful in diagnosing and quickly servicing my vehicle. Did very quick work when getting an oil change and had me going on with my day in a snap. Came back with some transmission issues and was told exactly what was wrong. Amazing service at an even sweeter price. Charles the head mechanic took care of all my car needs. He was able to repair my Silverado after hitting a pillar. As well, he has changed my brakes, and changed my oil. I got to Pro-tech at 11 this morning and I m out the door with my 2015 Chevy Silverado starting and running perfectly in only a few hours. After a month of issues Charles at Pro-tech got my truck running and starting flawlessly after doing a starter and battery replacement. Charles was super professional and the prices are extremely reasonable. One of the most reliable, trustworthy, and honesty mechanics I have came across. Keeps you updated on your status of your vehicle throughout the whole fix. Shows proof of removal and replacement of parts. List goes on but one really good attribute is the customer service and how great of a person the mechanic is. Pro-Tech Performance has been my go-to shop for our cars since 2018. We have 2002 Toyota Corolla and 2007 Toyota Camry. Given than both cars are super-old and with high mileage, it still runs good and maintained well in this shop. Charles is professional and very helpful with dealing with car issues. First off I only go to Pro Tech Performance. Amazing trustworthy service that you can t find at other places. Charles is a beast and will take care of any issues your car has!!!! Came to pro tech with my 2001 Toyota Highlander, the transmission was slipping so bad and Charles was able to rebuild and completely fix my transmission. The transmission is shifting perfectly. This message is for Charles the mechanic, I'm sorry to say to you buddy my name is Chris I'm the one who had the 2003 Tacoma my issue was that the engine light has been turning on while I'm driving.I know that was my second time coming to you to fix the problem but the light is still turning on when i start the engine. I don't even know what you did with the sensor but I think you don't even know how to fix it. I know you put a brand new sensor but why the engine light is still going on????? And you charge too much.
